First let me say that the customer service is A1.I took my car here to get the bumper repaired and painted. I dropped the car off on Tuesday at 1:15pm and received a call on Wednesday at 3:35pm letting me know my car was ready for pick up. If you like fast, neat, good prices and great customer service I would recommend you to go here.

They did a spectacular job on my 1997 Honda Civic. My second visit at this Forest Park location. Will do business in the future if needed... Very satisfied customer..

I know my car was terrible I m just accident prone unfortunately, but the staff at Maaco made the repair feel like a breeze, it was done so fast and my car looks good as new! Maaco provided 10/10 services for my body work and painting on my brand new car a 2019!Nissan Sentra. They estimated the price to be under $700 for a fix that was $2100+ anywhere else.The fix took only 4 days!! My friends vehicle took 24 days for a bumper problem of equal magnitude from another auto repair shop. I m coming back to this specific maaco for all of my needs. 5 star experience

Poor communication, poor time management poor quality paint job (after 2 separate paint sessions) looks matte on left side and glossy right on the side, and my key fob was lost. Very frustrating, annoying, and unsatisfying experience.Service: PaintingService: Painting

I received superior customer service from Ms. Ashley the manager. I was very nervous while making the appointment because I have only trusted my dealership to handle my vehicle's needs. Ashley's transparency comforted me thru the entire process. I needed a rental and Ashley also talked to Enterprise. Her recommendation provided excellent customer service from them as well. Very unprofessional! I was told to come 3 different times. I was given three different prices just for a door adjustment. The manager who was not a mechanic or body mechanic gave me a estimate that was crazy and didn t even properly look at my vehicle. Poor customer service as well no one apologize for me being inconvenienced and wasting my time traveling back and forth. GO ELSEWHERE!!

The overall job was satisfactory . However, I was not satisfied with the amount of time it took for them to complete the work. I was told that my vehicle would be ready 7 to 10 days. It took 3 weeks! I tried to be patient and understanding but what I didn't appreciate was the dishonesty in telling me when my vehicle would be ready. When I started to inquire about my truck at the 2 weeks point, I was being told a different day of completion each timed I called. For my inconvenience, they did adjust my bill which is good business. I would cautiously use Maaco again because of price and quality of work.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Do not go here! Horrible work! The body work that was performed on my vehicle was not a professional job. They had to knock a dent out of my right side fender which was knocked out but it was not identical to the left side fender and it was extremely noticeable. The paint was not blended and also had bubbles in it when I went to pick up my vehicle. It looks as if my vehicle had been painted with a paint brush. There was chips in my paint that they had claimed to be grout on the hood and front bumper of my vehicle that was not there when i dropped my vehicle off. They asked me to leave it for 25 minutes so they could fix these issues. I left the vehicle for 3 additional hours only to return to the vehicle still not repaired. And dust was left all over the inside of my vehicle. Before taking your car to this Macao consider taking it to a hood spot because that s exactly what this is.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

My car had to be repainted. I took my car on Monday and it was supposed to be ready on Thursday. On Thursday I was told in wouldn't be ready until Friday. On Friday I was told by Justice that it was being painted to 2pm and I could pick it up at 5pm the same day. How can they give a customer a car painted 3 hours earlier, I asked Justice? When I asked for the supervisor Shauna, she wasn't there, Justice had no explanation, when I called back twice no one answered the phone. It's Saturday and they've had my car since Monday I can't reach anyone at Forest Park Macco and no one has called all week. This is zero customer service. I really need the owner Ericka to call me because I don't know what is going on with my car, I can't reach anyone at the shop, no one will call me and they've had my car a week.Don't take your to the Forest Park Macco. They don't deliver when promised, they don't communicate with customers, and they don't answer the phone after they get your car. Under new management they are giving the same poor service as the previous owner.BEWARE OF MACCO FOREST PARK GA!!!!!!Service: Painting

This is not a trustworthy business. My truck had frame damage and I brought it to this shop in February because they said that they repaired bent frames. They required me to pay over half up front in cash. I thought this was weird but trusted them. Then after a month they said that there were additional parts I would need and that I needed to purchase them myself and bring them to them. I have never been to an auto shop where I had to purchase the parts myself. It has now been 5 months and I just received a call saying that my frame is beyond repair.I do not understand how a professional business can run this way. I was assured that their team was certified to do frame work. This is CLEARLY not the case. After taking my money and time I am left with a truck that is still useless.This is either a case of a con artist taking advantage of a trusting customer or an incompetent shop who doesn t have the ability to do what they promise. I would highly advise anyone to avoid this shop.

Jason was very helpful and professional. He explained what need to be done with my car and gave me a real time pick-up date that didn t change. I was only asked to pick my car up the next day due to it raining, which was better for me anyway. Jason explained my warranty once I came to pick-up my car and answered any questions I had. Jason has to be by far the worst manager I have dealt with. I brought my vehicle in 1 1/2months ago from an accident claim thinking my vehicle would get worked on. I would call to check on the vehicle told it would still be getting looked at. So two weeks ago I call and tell his assistant who no longer there that I would come and get my vehicle because no one had still started on it. She even gave me a reference to a body shop who maybe able to help. So I go in today to pick up my vehicle and i m told it doesn t start and may need a battery or starter. And that I also have to get my vehicle towed that I drove there to another body shop. This has by far been the worst I would never recommend to anyone.

From the moment I arrived, Shuna the manager made sure I was served by the whole team with excellent service. It made the process so much easier to have all hands on deck in regard to the paint and body work that I needed to get done. This is hands down the place to go for body and paint work at an excellent price.

This place is the worst. If I could give negative 5 I would. Had my vehicle from May 3 thru June 2 and no work done. After taking vehicle someplace else realized that had nit even ordered all parts necessary to complete job.Had to take vehicle to Fayetteville location and it was NO better. CUSTOMER SERVICE sucks!!!!I would NEVER EVER recommend this franchise to anyone.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

My car was painted carelessly. Paint on my tires , molding, and under frame. They didn t cover the trim like they should have. Very disappointing in a paint job that cost me 1600.00.

Paint job was great, I feel good driving my car now its all shiny and new looking. Customer service was great and Banita made sure I had a ride home and came to get me when car was done. The price was good and fit my budget they have different packages to fit all budgets. Check them out.

HorribleI went too get my bumper painted and replaced! I provided my own bumper! When the quote was given the man said it would be done in 1 day, that one day turned into several! Finally Monday came he told me somebody dropped my bumper and it messed it up he would redo it and take 75 dollars off! I go too pick my bumper up on Wednesday the guy say o i supposed too put it on for you? So now i have to find somebody too put my bumper on and the paint job was horrible!

Forrest park is the perfect macco location the owner gives and exact estimate of your vehicle repair prices are reasonable and they don t continue to call needing additional money or parts. My main concern was paint match. I drop my car off and when I receive my vehicle back it looked exactly like the factory. I would recommend anyone to them it s worth it

First off I want to say that Maaco Inn Forest Park did a magnificent job on our van we purchased, my name is Regina and my husband Greg and I purchased a yellow DHL van several years ago and we wanted to be painted white, Shana at the desk when you first walk in is very pleasant and is always pleasant and has a beautiful spirit and personality we took our van and on a Thursday and we received it back when promised. I must say I am that individual that always gives reviews good or bad, I have had my own business for 12 years. My husband and I started at Dui School back in 2009 so professionalism, courtesy and great customer service has always been our motto and you have a wonderful person at the front face of your company, Sitting at that frost desk is Miss Shana, sooooo professional and she always responds to my calls hands-down the Maaco In Forest Park on Forest Parkway is very professional and customer oriented, I was able to meet a couple of the employees very nice and very respectful. I am a 55-year-old lady and it is imperative that we always treat customers with respect and common courtesy, this location exceeded my expectations. To the management at Maaco At this location Miss Shana is definitely going the extra mile to get the job done, well done Miss miss Shana well done continue with that great customer service positive attitude and responding to all of your clients it is very important because you are the first person we see you when we walk in you got the job done girl thank you thank you thank you thank you God bless and stay safeService: Painting

Poor painting and prep work. Very disappointed in the level of service with everything from paint not matching, visible trim areas covered in new paint ....to car battery drained at pickup. Maaco rep gave countless excuses and took no responsibility for any of the above issues.

The ABSOLUTE WORST customer service. The woman that sits at the front desk is terrible. She's a liar and is unprofessional af. She continuously called and texted confirming that the car would be ready for pick up the next day. Every time we went to pick up the car it hadn't even been started on. So she made up a lie each time, which I called her out on. How many tomorrows does it take for the car to be ready? She didn't give a discount and was just rude.

Is under new management and she is very understanding and helpful to have I your needs met with upmost professionals she has on her team, and make sure that you are happy to do business with this shop in Forest park, GA. You will find this Maaco has what it take to get the job done right and then in a timely manner so that everybody's happy

Word of advice never do business here! My vehicle was here for paint/body services for approximately 7-8 months and to make things worse, my vehicle was stolen from their shop! Seriously, they should just throw away the whole shop you ll regret doing business here what a nightmare!!!Service: PaintingService: Painting
