Just left there 30 minutes ago. I love their service. This the 2nd car of mine they installed music and won't be my last. They're quick and the prices don't beat you in the head. Highly recommend!?

So I came to this store trying to get my front tag installed and I had all the hardware and Two screws to Have it placed on the front of the car these people told me 60.00 I feel that s way too much money for two screws I felt like because my car was a bmw they felt that they could scam me out of money I kindly said nevermind I ll go else where the dealership don t charge that it would have taken less than two mins sad this place used to be great but when the young lady is not here I think she s the owner s daughter they try and get over it s sad.

Man I walked in told them what I wanted and my budget, took me directly to what I was looking for. Asked the schedule and they said we can do it now, no problem. Got two twelves, box, amp and Back up Camera all installed same day within 2 hours. Soon as I pulled around they jumped right on the job. It even rained and that didn't stop them. Very professional and quick. Clean install. Very satisfied. Price was right too. Didn't try to hit me over the head. Would recommend to anyone.

Took my Benz out there with everything I needed. They told me that they would have to bypass the factory setup and I had to buy an amp that s cool but now my BATTERY is totally DEAD and Mercedes batteries AINT CHEAP!!!! paid these dudes $800.00 I ll never go back or RECOMMEND them. Take y all bread else where!!!

First time I went, the owner was cool, gave me a fair price on the subwoofer + installation I needed, and he let me think about it overnight before making a decision. Went back the next day, told him I'll do it, and him and his team installed the sub in about 20 minutes. It was professionally done and everything sounds and runs great. I definitely recommend this place to anyone!

Subs and audio is great the professionalism is not they gave me the receipt told me I had a 30 day warranty to return the subs I go yesterday to return told me to come back today and the owner will be here and came today and they still didn t return told me no refunds only exchange absolutely stupid spent 1300 dollars on this place go to radioactive in locust grove they will actually return ur stuff and honor there warranty

Great service Gave me time and date to come have Subs installed everything was done professionally and works great , they even have a free arcade street fighter game to play a friend in while you wait highly recommend

Bought some step bars 3 months agoFor $180, dad had a accident and could go back until a few days the guy make racist comments about me being Mexican which I'm not and I don't dislike the complement but he later on said he tought I was deported and that's why I couldn't go back to get a refund which make me very upset!!!!, he finally gave me a refund for $150, for some lights he was very happy because he upsold me the lights after taking $40 he still ask me to pay him $10more "for installation "The guy try to sell me a second time the SAME stepbars and hes coworker reminded him I was the same lady that return them , in my opinion this place is a scam!! Would never reccomend anyone to this place he forsure lost business with me. And I am a business owner and it's a Shame the way they work

Over priced an he give you a warranty on custom sub enclosures but if u dont have your receipt he will act like u didn't buy the sub box from him an will try to Go back an forth over something he created and sold u ...go somewhere else!

Never go to this place gave me a bad tire today 7/27/2018 didn t want to replace gas receipt then decided to give me a tire and gave me another bad tire.. after the putting the tire on at the place had to take it off and replace another tire customer service is horrible short dude has bad attitude don t understand enligsh horrible place.. sells bad electronics had previous issues as well. I am a business owner and they way they operate is not good for business was never mad and upset never did a review on anything but this is my first one ... GUYS DONT GO THERE !!!!

Waited over an hour & a half for nothing. This is my 3rd time coming here. Was told my subs went out, came back the next day, they serviced 2 ppl prior to me & left me waiting while they sat around, talking & playing. Very unprofessional!!. Theyre def overpriced. Wont be be coming back again.

Took my truck here to get a full system install, really helpful people imo, I don t trust audio guys so I watched them do the whole thing and they did good work. I m only giving 4 stars due to the prices but over all I can t complain.

They are not licensed to do the work and messed up my car by cutting wires that messed up my whole electrical system to my car. I was not having any problems with my car until they cut wires that wasnt even suppose to be cut and didn t tell me and my car was also smoking due to the cut wires.
