AlternatorI just happened to be on the home telling my husband that I didn t know anyone with a shop to tow the vehicle too when Ken overheard and told me he was a mobile mechanic. It took him 30 seconds to confirm that I needed an alternator. Within 30 minutes he had the old one off and the new one on. It was by grace of God that Ken was there when I needed some help. He was professional and efficient. I have passed his number to two other people already. I have found my new mechanic. Thank you so much Ken. I really appreciate you.

I m very satisfied with Ken s mobile service! Definitely now going to be a regular anytime I need anything fixed. He s actually a mechanic that can detect the real problem and fix it right away. He s no joke. My experience is a 10/10.

Ken is the best mechanic I ve ran across mobile or in a shop. This was my 2nd time using him & he saved me a lot of money & possibly even my job because he got me back on the road quickly & at an affordable price. He s straight forward & is very detailed in what was going on with my car. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who needs a reliable mechanic. Thank me later

One of the best mechanics!! I had an issue with my car loosing oil. I was stressed cause I had to be at work the next day, well he literally squeezed me in the same day, was out to fix my car within a few hours! He had me up and running with no leaks in no time!! Very trustworthy and reasonable priced! He even took the time to walk me through and show me videos of under the car!! Will definitely do business with him again!!!

Ken charged my boyfriend and I $65 for a diagnostic that was included in the labor charge. So I ordered the radiator because that s what he said was needed. A few days later he comes back to replace the radiator then he says I need a lower hose radiator. I am being told this after the diagnostic, the point of a diagnostic is to tell me everything that s wrong and the parts you will need to finish the job. My boyfriend ended up paying him the rest of the money of $175 because he said he will come back and finish the job tomorrow. So I was able to get the other part the next day, and Ken says he can stop by in a hour and a half. 3 hours goes by and Ken just goes completely ghost. He stopped answering the phone, he stopped responding to text messages. I understand how busy Ken may be, but communication is key, and he has not communicated in a professional manner this whole time we have been dealing with him. I am sure he ran off with the money, I am sure I did not even need a radiator. All we needed was the hose because it was leaking out all of the coolant. Just remember that God sees all Ken! It s already hard out here, and you re not making it easy. Also, I read a review posted by someone named, Kash H . The way he treated Kash H is the same way he treated us! If you are young and don t have any experience on cars DO NOT go to him.

I can't express the heartfelt service Ken delivered. I was in tears, stranded in an area unfamiliar to me. My belt had broken, the truck was overheating and my power steering went for what seemed to be all at once. A still small voice told me to, "Google mobile mechanics". I chose Ken and he was there within minutes and he reassured me all would be well. Ken diagnosed, purchased and repaired everything seamlessly and I was on my way and forever grateful. I highly recommend!

Met Ken at AutoZone this morning. Said he d come to fix my brakes when I got off work. I was sure he wouldn t because it was so late. He did!!! Ken is fair and hardworking. Worked on my truck until after 11 at night. Had all of his own equipment, including lights. Highly recommend and will utilize his services for my other vehicles. Thank you so much, Ken!!! Seven

Ken is exceptional in every you would want a mechanic to be. He was EXTREMELY FAST, EXTREMELY KIND, EXTREMELY PATIENT, and EXTREMELY FAIR PRICED. I literally spoke to at least 3 other mechanics that was going to charge me no less than $100 more than hecharged me. He took the time to take me to the auto parts store to exchange my part and that alone took 3 times longer than it did for him to complete the entire job. Not once did he show any sign of frustration or impatience even though I felt like I was going to spontaneously combust. I will without hesitation call him for my all of my automotive service needs from now on!! Thank you Ken!!!!

Ken was fast, efficient, and effective. My car broke down at my daughters school and he got there in 15 minutes and did the job in 30. My life was in shambles before he came. I called 33 mechanics before him and he was the only mobile mechanic who was able to get to me quickly and get the job done. I am so thankful and grateful for him. My car is running smoothly and he's going to be my go to mechanic from here on out. Thank you, thank you! Y'all book with him!

If you are looking for a dependable mobile mechanic, look no further! Mr. Ken s response time was very quick and was able to get me a quote on the spot and honored it as well! I needed a water pump replaced on my truck and he came out and did just that. I was able to leave my vehicle in his care, in which made him very trustworthy. He finished the repair in a timely manner and made sure everything was working and flowing smoothly once he finished the work. I gave this man 5 stars due to the fact that he went above and beyond and made the situation hassle free! I will definitely refer Mr. Ken to all of my friends and family.

If you can't even drive a car, I doubt you can work well on one. I don't trust any mechanic I see that can't drive in a straight line or go over 45mph in their beat up Chevy. Send your mechanics back to driving school.Edit for his response: I most definitely do have the correct mechanic, the business name was on the back of your Chevrolet, and I even double checked that the county listed on your license plate matched the location of your business. You simply can't drive.

I had an appointment with a mechanic shop that had pushed my time back & wasn't very knowledgeable about replacing a cracked radiator on my truck, so I Called Ken and he was to me within 30mnts ! He was professional and very knowledgeable of his work ! He replaced the radiator In no time . Now I'm back on the road safe & Sound ! I recommend his services you want be disappointed

Ken went above & beyond and especially for it being Saturday morning! I told him what I thought was the issue before he arrived and he had already diagnosed the problem & had a solution when he pulled up and he was absolutely right! We got parts and my car was fixed within an hour. Knowledgeable, professional, well worth the price and I will definitely recommend everyone to utilize his services! I call Ken he pulled up in like 30 mins. I had him debadge my vehicle. He s a real down to earth guy. Also gave me a few good restaurants to take my wife on a date too!! I will definitely be calling him again for any and all future mechanical issues!!! I would recommend!!

I was having this issue with my Acura and it was misfiring on startup and my check engine light was flashing so I looked for someone to diagnose it and sure enough I found the perfect person to do the job he was fast and straight forward I even learned something new from him.Thanks again Ken and I ll be calling you again if I have any issues down the road .

Mr. KEN IS THE MOST kurtis, respectful mechanic that I have ever dealt with. His prices are beyond reasonable. He will try his best to help you regardless of your situation. From this point on, he's the only mechanic allow to will touch my vehicle. BIG FACTS.

Ken was professional and courtesy upon arrival. Didn't waste no time on replacing my alternator. Also gives me some points on the maintenance related questions. Not to mention, he charges the lowest among 4 places that I called. Highly recommended if you are looking for someone to fix you car and did not want to get charge with a ridiculous price.Service: General repairs & maintenance
