My recent visit to the Forest Park location was overall great. Mr. Stuart showed that he was competent, patient, and friendly. As far as the mechanic, I have not noticed any issues while driving in the recent wet weather and running errands. Thanks to all.

I went to Firestone the Forest Park, GA location because my car suddenly went crazy one night driving home. My engine light came on and began blinking. An alert popped up on my dash saying, engine was not operating at max capacity. My car went down to 50 MPH and would not go over 64 MPH.My OBD scan tool gave me the code PO301. Misfire in cylinder 1. I relayed that to Firestone as well.First Issue, they don t apply the diagnostic to the overall price. Whatever! My biggest issue is that Firestone applied a bunch of charges and did not address the main issue I was facing. After following up with Stuart on the diagnostic results somehow the price is over $1800. They didn t address why my engine was having issues and why the sudden change. Talking about I need a fuel flush, all these ignition coils and all new spark plugs. They think I m dumb! I might need to replace items but to tell me they will not fix my car without doing all is foolish! I wasn t getting an alert for multiple misfires but just the one cylinder!I had to take the car to a trusted mechanic elsewhere and instantly they found the issue. A spark plug broke and part of it was inside of my engine. Fixed it instantly, replaced it and I was back on the road. My car drives amazing now. Firestone is a total scam!!! Please don t get sucked in. They are worse than the dealership! I will NEVER be going back there!

The services was actually good. They replaced my battery and fixed a tire with a nail in. However I was curious as to why I paid $30 in sales tax. When I multiple the subtotal times 8% my sales tax should have been approx $21. When I asked the manager on duty about this he had no explanation and almost no concern. Can someone please help me with this?

I went to this location and asked for air in my one front tire. I was told to go around back and park and someone would be with me momentarily. After waiting 45min I went back in to check on the matter and again was told someone would be with me. And again I was overlooked and after another 32mins tried to asked for a member of management to speak with and the young man told me he was the manager and after I explained my situation out to him he pretty much ridiculed me and I told him I'd put out an complaint and that no one should be treated in such a way he laughed in my face and said not like anything would be done and that his job was secure. And I thought that was very much rude and arrogant. Especially when I left and went down the st not even 5min waited and got air and left and they had customers there already they were dealing with but yet was treated in such a better manner than I was at Firestone .definitely if it can be avoided I'd suggest not going to this location at all ever.

I recently had front rotors and pads done on my 2018 Cadillac xt5 and Paid a nice amount. As much as I paid I would think that they would use ceramic pads for low brake duct and NO noise. Well I was WRONG. WOW This is Terrible. Half a star for product 2 star for time 5 star for salesman lol I will be going back Tuesday February 27, 2024 to replace pads. Standby for response SEMPER FI

after got my front brake done- less than 2 days brake makes a loud squeaky noise when press or release every single day throughout a day on /off SMH called a store to make appointment to bring it back still waiting for over 2 hours for my car pulled in. I saw there is another review last 2 weeks with a similar issue with mine

I am quite dissatisfied with the level of service I experienced at Firestone. Julious (a asian male), the service advisor, has in my opinion tarnished the company's reputation. I believe he approaches women in general with a prejudiced attitude and attempts to gain an advantage by establishing his own regulations. Julious tried to stop my tire warranty early because, I suppose, he needed to meet his quarters for the day. His discourteous and ironic demeanor resulted in a negative impact on my whole experience. When I returned, I was serviced by Julious, who informed me something different than what Nathaniel, the first service adviser had said. Then he adds, "You should never go to him." How was I to know when they both worked for the same company? The individual conveyed the impression that Nathaniel lacked proficiency in performing his professional duties. Honestly, Nathaniel (a black male) made the experience great when I did my oil change! Upon revisiting this establishment, I have observed that the customer service has undergone a transformation. In my opinion, the activity proved to be unproductive. I already had to wait 2 hours for an oil change, even after my appointment time, and I had to return two days later to be treated unfairly. I strongly recommended HR to investigate Julious. His customer service should be allowed as Firestone representative.***I going off the names on my pdf file.

They lied put on invoice tires were rotated and tires were not rotated.....it's not cool how they lie to women. THIS IS SAD AND BAD BUSINESS.

I don t know who this new manager is, but he DEFINITELY needs customer service training. Not sure why the change, but HUGE mistake. This new guys attitude is awful.

Bought 2 tires. Weeks later, one had slow leak. The one in Forest Park is SUPER SAD DON'T BUY TIRES THERE. WENT TWICE FIXED STEM...STILL SLOW LEAK. NEVER TRIED TO OFFER "NEW TIRE" . WASTED MY MONEY, NOT FRIENDLY. SAD, AND PITIFUL!!!

I always make an appointment for whatever service I need and they never care about the appointment! So don t waste your time with appointments. It s literally first come first serve. Also one time I paid for a front end alignment and I watched them not touch the car but pulled it out the garage and parked it like it had been serviced. They let me pay for it and everything. I rode off and car was pulling like crazy. I immediately pulled back in and they acted like I was wrong when I explained to them they just parked my car in the last garage and left it there for 45 mins not knowing I was watching the entire time.

I went to just get a nail out of my tire, simple, right! I had just had an alignment at my local dealer two weeks prior, please note my car has less than 10K miles and a 2021. They put too much air in my tire, then stated I needed an alignment which I did not need. I'm not sure what else they did to my truck, as now my truck is very bumpy, I called and went back when I walked in no one acknowledge me for over 10 mins, I left!!! This place is horrible, off to the dealership to get fixed for whatever they did too cause my truck to now ride like this. All I needed was a simple patch on my tire! Horrible experience! Rip off, you got $25 from me, but just know I'm never coming back!Service: Tires

Wait time with an appointment is 2.5hrs - 3hrs. If you drop the car, leave then come back. They won't even attempt to start the work until you come back so they have you sitting waiting on the lobby. Super shady and inconsiderate

I initially brought my car in on Monday to get two new tires to replace the damaged old ones. After picking up my car I noticed that both new tires were on the both on the right side instead of both being in the rear. As this wasn't what was agreed upon over the phone, I brought my car back the next day to get it corrected. The outstanding staff there not only explained to me that the old tires were directional specific, but went the extra mile to remove the old tire and put it in the correct position as to honor the agreement. This was the best experience I have ever had at any tire place. I would absolutely give them my business again without hesitation.Service: Tires

The two people in the front office of this Firestone should not be there. I had a few inquiries about vehicles and both seemed bothered by my questions. The smaller Asian man couldn't be bothered with his headphones in his ears and wouldn't even talk to me, and referred me to his co worker. The coworker couldn't answer any questions regarding completion times, let alone make a phone call to let know that the initial consult was completed. Overall very poor communication and customer management skills. Would not recommend to anyone

Had an appointment at 2 pm. Got there at 2:20 but I called and they said come on even though I was late . So when I got there, they were pleasantly open t I squeeze me in. I made a day out of shopping across the street. THAY HAVE ALMOST EVERYTHING. Th mechanic and I stayed in touch. It was a wonderful experience !! Be careful walking across the street though!

It was alright nothing special and they have a weird way if you're using there Firestone card what I mean I went to up my dad's vehicle for him and was using his card and they wanted his social security number in order for me to use his card very weird to me

Why I can't find a Firestone that does great work anymore? I've been to three different Firestone in the Clayton County area. The best Firestone that I've been to was Firestone Clarksdale Mississippi. I called the store on Jonesboro Rd and the person that answered the phone acted like he didn't know what he was actually doing. He also stated take my vehicle where i got my service from. I stated that I didn't want them to work on my truck. The tech then advised me that he couldn't locate my account. Ive been with Firestone as an account holder for over 20 years and never had any rep to state that. I need a Firestone that cares about the customer. Please point me in a direction to a Firestone in Atlanta GA that will take care of there customers vehicle.

Yet again. It's consistent from location to location. State to state. I went to a location yesterday I'm the first one there!! Nope can't look at your car for 5 days. I call another location around 5pm. Which is an hour away. Guy tells me yea come first thing in the morning 7 am. I get up early make the hour drive guy tells me can't look at it till next week! I understand business I know everyday is not easy. But I also understand bad customer service! Now I have to drive my unfixed car a hour back home.

The location is super busy and I still have the same problem with my brakes that the location was supposed to fix. The front counter person has a nice attitude. He makes you feel welcome. The only reason I have two starts was because of his nice attitude.

Beware of this shop and their employees and management. They took advantage of my elderly aunt. She ask them to do a diagnostic on her truck. They did a break job instead and charged $1750. They locked her and her daughter inside of the business and would not let them out until she paid them the money. The truck didn't need any brakes. She had breaks put on in August. She only wanted them to do a diagnostic test for her engine light coming on in her truck. This place cannot be trusted. Poor customer service. Mr. Wallace promise to give my money back of $1750. My Aunt has not heard from him yet.

Been in several times. My service has always been timely. I recommend them to others. I've had less than stellar experiences at other locations. This one is by far my favorite.

The worst experience I ve ever had twice. Took a government vehicle there to get an oil change, left the facility for 2 hours, came back only to see they had not began work on the vehicle. After about an hour of waiting, I noticed the tech in the beginning stages of putting new tires on the vehicle. When I spoke to him about it he informed me he speak with the fleet management company and they authorized him to put tires on. No problem at all but at least call the person who dropped the vehicle off to inform them.Came by today to get an oil change on my personal vehicle because I was in the area. I get the invoice and I ve never paid this much for an oil change in my life and I drive a pretty standard sized car. The oil change took 2+ hours and during that time I walked outside multiple times while on different calls only to see the tech just standing underneath the vehicle. Would never recommend anyone to use this location in particular. Unless you are getting more than just standard service done they will take their time with your vehicle.
