Alright, it's been a month....I had to be SURE! LOL! I originally went to another shop but they said they don't touch transmissions so I called this place and from the moment Marvin answered (I was distraught honey!) , it was a smooth and kind experience. He related everything I needed to know to prepare me for the process and time it would take and my car is back and better; no problems.I didn't originally go here because of the reviews but ignore the bad ones! That means they were told something they didn't want to hear and this facility is very honest, rather its what you want to hear or not. I'll be back for future services.

Marvin and Thomas helped get me back on the road. After having to be towed in unexpectedly, I was assured by the vast experience and knowledge at Auto Tech. My problem was diagnosed and resolved completely and quickly, with options to repair being disclosed in detail with each s pros/cons.

I needed front end work done on my car. it took them a total of 3 days from start to finish to complete everything that needed to be done. they were so fast and affordable and I recommend them as my family mechanic.

I was referred to Autotech in Forest Park and told to ask for Octavio (Jos�) concerning a repair I needed for a van. Our shelter van for the Clayton County Humane Society was in desperate need of repair as both side door handles had broken off and we couldn't use these doors at all. We rely on this van to shuttle all of our animals to and from the spay & neuter clinic, vet visits and adoption events. When I arrived at the shop I was greeted by Avery at the front desk. He was extremely nice and helpful. Once he realized that I was from a local no kill shelter that operates 100% on donations, he spoke to Jos� and they made the decision to donate their services to us for FREE! He immediately ordered us 2 handles and installed them the following week. They even paint matched the handles and made them look amazing. I can't stress enough what a wonderful job they did, but also how kind everyone I encountered at the shop was. Thanks, Autotech!Clayton County Humane Society

My experience with autotech was beautiful I purchased my first rv and the wrong fuel was put in so I needed my tank flushed while visiting family for the holidays Marvin got me back on the road in no time and shared lots of valuable information the price was decent the staff was super friendly and informative I truly appreciate them,they'll get you together

Only come here. I'm telling you. It's hard to find a trustworthy shop nd this is it. I have 7 vehicles. They had their hands on all of them. Their work is solid

My manifold hose broke. I was told they had to get one hose from the dealership and one from another place and one from another place. I was told my engine was blownalso. I bought the part needed from Parts Geeks and had it installed for $125.I was told $700 by this place and it is only a 10 minute job. I viewed it being done on YouTube. I was charged $116 for Absolutely nothing.

These guys truly professional. My overall bill was higher than expected going in. But the results are umatched my car feels like a new car. And they diagnosed and fixed something that we were oblivious to. my mechanic had my car for over a week, brought a lot of parts and it still wasn t fixed. I went to Auto, they fixed my car after 3 days! Great communication, good service I didn t care about the price because it was done right. I bought tires from Sam s on 11/02 , was told I needed a wheel alignment. On the following day took my car to Pet boys to get wheel alignment, was there for about 4hrs.I drove home, didn t notice anything. On the following day my wife said she felt unsafe driving her truck because the steering wheel was tilted to the left. My wife called & they said just bring it in. I arrived at 9:15, didn t get my car until 5:05pm. I drove the truck home, this time the steering wheel is tilted to the right! My wife made appointment at auto tech, for 7:30am this morning, Mr.Marvin was courteous & very respectful & up front with his price. He told me that he would have me out between 11-11:30, he called me at 9:23 & said he would have me ready in 15min. My steering wheel is aligned with my tires! & he reset one of my sensor! Thank you so much for your service and help, I will bringing my vehicles to for now on ..thanks again!Service: Wheel alignment

Just before the 4th of July weekend my family an I were traveling when a red light I had never seen lit on my dashboard as we were passing through Atlanta heading south. I took the next exit, pulled over, and checked the owner's manual. All it said was "Call the Dealership immediately." So, I googled a local dealership and could not even get a live person on the line. Another quick google search showed AutoTech was about 800 yards away, so we drove there and explained our dilemma.Marvin was clearly torn as he had a lot full of vehicles, but clearly wanted to help us while we were stuck traveling. He was able to work us in and get a new Alternator on the car. The car was an older model so the part had to be shipped overnight, but we were ready by lunch the next day. He also helped us get a hotel and even called a cab to get us there and back.The price was not cheap, but it was fair and the service was great (you get what you pay for). The car made it to Florida and then back home with no issues.I just want to thank them, and I would recommend them to anyone.Service: Engine repair

Great place to come for auto repair needs Marvin and his staff give the most honest and professional service, I sat there waiting for my truck to get serviced for a check engine light because I needed to pass emissions to renew my plates. While I was there I kind of was listening to Marvin take calls from customers or soon to be customers and his honesty on pricing was astounding he was straight forward and didn t try to cheat people out of money for services they didn t need. When they finished my diagnostic check the price he quoted me to fix the issue was a few hundred dollars under what I expected to pay, long story short they fixed the issue with no extra fews and I passed the emissions with no problem on the first try. Do yourself a favor and go check them out you want be disappointed!Service: Auto engine diagnostic

They really do care about you and your car, they're nice,friendly and well worth money. Because they actually fix your, Thanks too them, my old car pass emissions with no problem. Also if you have a problem please let them know and they will work with you!!!I will be returning sure enough!!!

I m not a person who keeps a car long enough to do maintenance. So having said that, Mr Marvin and staff were excellent. The customer service was outstanding!! They fixed my car with no problems or delays!! And they explained everything to me in layman s terms. Not to mention they didn t charge me an arm and a leg either. I would highly recommend this shop and I will be using them again!!

First off i will Like to thank Marvin and his brother for taking great care of me . I had A issue with my check engine light (purge valve ) before coming to the store . I spoke With Marvin on the phone the day before we talked about my issue and suggested i come In to get it checked . I came in the next day . As I m waiting on my car Marvin gave me great knowledge On my car that i didnt Know about . The part for my car had to be ordered and didn t take very long at all . Sat in the waiting room was very comfortable. My check engine light is cleared and problem is fixed i passed emission with no problem same day (mins later actually) . Great price won t over charge you . I m a female and mechanics usually take advantage of us . NOT THESE GUYS .

They cheated me out of my money charged me a 90 dollar diagnostic fee and could not figure out what was wrong with my car. Charged me 135.00 for a emissions setting and did not set my car. Put a piece on my car that did not fox the problem and told me that i needed something else that would cost me a additional 345.00....i spent 879.00 and ended up with the same car i had when i took it in.... NEVER AGAIN WILL I ALLOW SUCH STUPIDITY UNDER MY HOOD.

I lost all my coolant 10 hours from home but fortunately close to Auto Tech. Was able to drive there and they told me how long it would take and how much it would cost. Both were exact and very reasonable. Professional and courteous all the way.

They don't honor appointments. I took my Infiniti to them 3 times to diagnoses overheating and they worked on everything except what it took to fix it which was the thermostat. They scheduled me for an oil change a week prior and didn't even bother contacting me of cancelation until i arrived on a BMW. .Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Oil changeServices: Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

Best shop ever! 10 stars, they give up front prices, no hidden cost, no up sales, great repair prices. The mechanic was able to explain why the engine light was on and how much it would cost to fix it. To my surprise I paid what we agreed upon. There was no B.S about other repairs. I just left the vehicle with them and everything was taken care of. Also on the diagnostic test sheet you can see the codes for faulty parts, which is something scam shops don't provide. I would recommend getting your vehicle tested and serviced the same day. They are not required to keep information after the test is finished.

Marvin and everyone at Auto Tech were great and understanding! I had one of my commercial vehicles and drivers have some issues while out of state. Marvin got us right in and took care of the problem. I highly reccomend Auto Tech and will use them again if need be.

they do a good job w/ your car, but they over charge. My dealership sent me here, because they partner w/ US auto sales....my first time I needed tires and an alignment. They wanted to charge me almost 300$ 2 front tires and alignment. I left, bought 2 new front tires for 150. And free alignment! 2nd time my dealer towed my car to them, because my car stopped running and I had no clue as to why. It eventually was found that I just needed a new battery...they wanted to charge me 240. For a battery and maintenance. I asked if I bought my own battery what would the price be, he said 140 for maintanice. So I took my car, but not before they charged me 40$ for a diagnostic. NO OIL CHAGNGE, NOTHING! Just simply hooking it up to a computer, and seeing the battery was dead....what a rip off!!!! Now Mind you, I took my car to autozone where I bought my battery and they put it in for free....idk if it s because I m a woman they wanted to over charge me or if this is just their way, but I will NEVER go back to this place.......BEWARE!

The owner Marvin isn t professional at all, talk to you very harsh, rude, and hang up in your face. They lied about tearing the vehicle down, we would have had to give authorization to tear down the vehicle. We didn t give anyone permission to tear down the vehicle. They charge us $75 to release the vehicle claiming it was for a diagnostic. I don t advise anyone to take your vehicle here at all cost avoid this unprofessional place.Service: A/C installation & repair

I took my car there thinking the repairs would cost $900+. The repairs ended up costing much less. The customer service is excellent. They were fast and friendly. This is my new spot for my car repairs.

Basically got robbed for a problem I already knew was wrong. Not the best customer service. Will not let you complete a sentence without over talking you. Worked on my car without prior authorizaton. I brought it in for diagnosis. I get a call saying they put a part on there. I didnt tell them to do anything other than diagnose it. Car not fixed and charged diagnostic fee twice for same problem basically. If you wanna get robbed be my guest. I'm out 300 and still don't have a working car. Plus now I smell gas and I didn't before I brought my car to them. I went to them based on these google reviews. They must be fake or people they know. I don't recommend.

Fortunately, I got a referral to Buck's in Newnan, and Larry's New and Used tired in Riverdale.
