This place is MONEY HUNGRY I took my car there with the problem (starter need to be replaced)in mind ... they charged me for a diagnostic and said the problem was was not the starter it was absolutely nothinh worng with the (starter it fired right up ) something else was the problem the wiring they said cost me 380 dollars . They tried to charge me high on car parts that I had a warranty on battery i had it replaced due to warranty ... Long story short i paid for the problems that they said was wrong with the car and when i arrived to pick the car after i paid they said that the starter was bad IT just started acting up when i cranked it the morning of my arrival...and that it needed to be Replaced .. They didn't even take ownership of the misdiagnosis of the car i would paid for the Starter if they would have waived the the labor cost .. THEY ARE JUST ABOUT GETTING OUR MONEY AT ALL COST .. please don't waste your time here this place have been around but they must be under new management that dont care ... They are a Rip Off go to Certified Automotive ip the Street you want be RIP OFF... THANK ME LATER !!!

They fixed major parts on my Volkswagen Passat and the price was very reasonable! They fixed it within 3 days. I truly recommend this business for any severe repairs! I will be coming here again!!

They overcharge sometimes. Majority of the time I have went to this mechanic shop to get work done on my car, Tony regular price is $500. I asked him one time do you charge any other price besides $500? Even one of the mechanics was shocked at how much Tony charged me. He said wow he charged you $900 to do this work. My mother in law went to them only to find out they charged her $500 fix her grandson car and they didn't fix everything they charged her for. I had those same suspicions. They do good work but at times they cheat you out of your money by overcharging you for labor they may or may not perform. They use to be reasonable when I started going to them. They overcharge me and others I have referred to them.

My brother told me about this place. On Christmas day of ALL days, my car started giving me problems. The morning after Christmas I went out to find a shop to see what the problem was. After going to 3 repair shops with No help (due to either being closed or really short staffed), My brother Ray called Auto Tech & Body Work and spoke with Keo. Keo asked me to bring my car in for a diagnosis. When I got there, they immediately diagnosed the problem then Keo and Mason (the owner's son) got to work. They ordered the parts, kept me informed every step of the way and within a couple of hours had my car repaired. They are really friendly and helpful. Great. Experience due to the circumstances.

I called on May 19th to get a quote for getting my Abs light sensor and sh-awd lights on my dashboard and spoke to Kel who told me the price for a vehicle inspection and a diagnostic check would be 40.00. I came in today and Kel inspected my vehicle and within 20-30 minutes I was informed of exactly could be causing my vehicle lights to come on. The part was replaced and now my vehicle is back up and running the way it should. I read the reviews on their honesty and I was just so pleased with the professionalism. I will definitely come back whenever I need assistance with my vehicle. You have earned yourselves a loyal customer. If you are needing an honest and trustworthy mechanic come here it s hands down the best service I ve received in Forest park. I m truly grateful for them. I took my car for brakes. Tony told me another part needed to be change. Total $700. Well, I changed my brakes for $300. I took my car elsewhere and I was told I didn't had any damages. The owner and his staff are the most thorough and honest group of mechanics I've ever dealt with. It can get a little pricey at times with my car being notoriously complicated to work on, but the quality and service always matches what I'm paying.

Tony (shop mgr) was very concerned about the issues I faced with my vehicle. He toke the time to review all possible scenarios and fixed the problem in a short amount of time! This is good so far especially with foreign cars. The turnaround is fast as well(depending on what type of repair your needing to have done)

Have known owner for over 20 yrs. Excellent mechanic along with staff. Does not overcharge you. Explains in detail what needs to be done or what has been done. Very reasonable and known by most dealers, tow companies, and used car parts dealers.

I would definitely recommend you this auto shop. I added a full tank of diesel oil into my gas car and the engine broke down. In the morning I went to the Willett Honda South dealer shop to check the price. They told me that draining the tank would be 500 bucks. If the diesel oil went to the pipe, it would be 900-1200. If it went further to the engine, it would be 5000. So I decided to tow my car into another shop. I got my car into auto tech and they told me it would be 300-400 for all I need. They cleaned my tank, pipe and engine. The price is 350 together with 10 gas fee. What's more, I sent the car there at noon and my car got repaired at around 4 pm. After the repair, my car is just as good as before.

THEY HAVE SERVICED ALL OF OUR CARS FOR OVER 20 YEARS INCLUDING MAKERS: LEXUS, INFINITY, CHEVROLET, HYUNDAI, HONDA, AND MERCEDES. THEIR WORK WAS SO GOOD MY INFINITY DROVE UNTIL 321,000 MILES AND THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT AT INFINITY WANTED TO KNOW WHO HAD DONE THE WORK! As a single female finding a car mechanic can be very stressful! The transmission for my 2003 Nissan Xterra needed to be replaced and a friend of mine suggested that I check this Team out.The customer service is top notch and the mechanics are professionals!The repairs only took 2 days and my replacement came with a 6 month warranty.If you are in need of serious car repairs and you don't want to pay dealership fees shop here! It will be worth it!
