My experience with Atlanta Truck Parking has been nothing but great and very professional. Love the 24 hour security and the staff alone has been awesome as well. Although, when issue do occur, they re on it and I just love it. So thanks for all you ve done for myself and my fleet.

We've been storing our truck and trailer there for some years now. We couldn't ask for a better facility. They're easy to get to, affordable, secure, and so friendly. All Pro, no Con.

I had a negative experience at the yard yesterday.Security was very rude and then I got booted off the yard for offering feedback about it.I drove over to meet someone on the yard and when no security guard showed me any interest at the main gate I drove right through thinking I would meet my contact at his truck.Then the security guard chases after me (a little too assertively) and tells me I need to check in. I explained I didn't know and that there were no signs or boom gates explaining that I should check in so I made an assumption.The security guard then made a sarcastic comment about me being a "smart guy".I don't get the sense that if I was a regular here and had an issue that they would be able to resolve it with/for me. I wouldn't feel comfortable bringing my own trucks here in future.There are also plenty of people driving around above the "3mph" posted speed limit (security guards included) that are going unpoliced but for some reason I got policed for not knowing any better.If you want me to check in, put a sign up asking me to do so. If you want to block my access, put up a boom gate. Please don't blame me for being new and then figuring it out on my own when you don't come out to greet me.PS If you look closely, there's a lot of negative reviews about the confrontational attitude of the owner and staff (maybe that's a theme?) and a lot of positive reviews that seem over the top and indulgent.

Keisha is beyond OUTSTANDING! She is so professional, and has always been pleasant, with an extremely positive attitude! It is very commendable! I don't usually do many reviews, but honestly, working with Keisha to handle my fleet's parking in Atlanta, she has always made it a positive experience and we are always taken care of. Keep Keisha, Atlanta Truck Parking, she is truly an asset to your company! AND I AM NOT JUST SAYING THIS! Wouldn't waste my time if I did not mean every word of this! Thanks Keisha!

As first time business owners who needed a place to park their first truck/investment in a part of town that we were unfamiliar with, Keisha made sure that we felt safe and that any questions or concerns we had were addressed. She was so great! Very professional- which is exactly what we needed.Our team continues to appreciate the safety precautions she has in place and the security that she offers for all of our equipment. I have been here for two yrs parking my truck, yes the prices has increased slightly but what hasn't. They are super nice and it is always great when you go to park they know my name, and recognize my truck. If I'm out to long they always ask if everything is OK. Great service and management helps if I call with a problem it is handled quickly and efficiently. Helps mind mind be at peace when I'm home or out on the road. Thank you

04/28/2023 - Spent the night here waiting for a load pick up in Atlanta. Went on their website and completed the reservation request form. Had to upload copy of DL, Insurance Card and photo of Truck showing DOT and MC # s. The cost for the night for our Truck & Trailer was $40.00. A little expensive but well worth the cost since our Shipper was less than 7 miles away. Quiet and secure place to rest your head. I will stay here again if ever in the area and need a safe haven for the night. Remember, this is not a Truck Stop , it is just a place to park. There are no restrooms or food options available, so plan accordingly. Be safe out there!

The pros and Cons...Cons: off a congested roadway, it's very pricey, short term is way to expensive. The check in is very annoying but necessary. LOLThe need to offer a discount if you have more than one truck.Pros: very clean if you like to keep your rig clean most of the spots are on pavement. There's a shop open 6 days a week for service. The staff is very friendly and professional.

Can't say enough positive words about my experience with a very challenging situation. Needless to say the employees on site and owner who helped me are top notch. The lot is safe, and those working on site truly care about your truck and experience.

I called for last minute parking and Ms. Keisha was able to accommodate us, she went the extra mile to assist me. The security has helped my drivers to park my freight and secure it. The whole staff is professional and very experienced. I sleep well knowing my business is in great hands and handled with care. Thanks ATP for being a great asset to my business.

Great place to park the commercial vehicles. Convenient, close to the airport. Very nice lot, secured and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The staff is knowledgeable when it comes to trucking and are always willing to help. Highly recommend.

There is a previous review stating the owner is rude and that is so accurate. It s sad when bad customer service is coming from the owner. She claims that I was rude but she was sitting on the phone yelling at me and expected me to listen. And then she called back. Some people just like confrontation and you will definitely get that here. The previous week, I called on a Friday to confirm if I still had the same parking space after my truck was out for 2 months. She said yes. I drove 14 hours from New Jersey only to sit for 40 minutes because they gave the space away. I never pay late. I was 4 days late, got a $30 charge and was asked to move my truck immediately. Good thing I already had another space. Truck parking lots are a dime a dozen. I strongly recommend finding somewhere else to park.You can continue to argue by yourself. You're only showing your potential customers how nasty you are. Unprofessional is an understatement.

My experience here for the last 6 months has been awesome. The guys at the front greet me by my name and know my company name by hard. My truck is safe here and I've had no problems at all. Would definitely recommend

I highly recommend ATP to anyone looking for a safe home for your truck. I needed a driver to not have access to my truck due to me needing to discontinuing are Independent Contract agreement. By the time they receive my message the driver was already inside the truck. They stop the driver before he drove off, told the driver to park and retrieve my fuel card, and keys from the driver.Best in the business if you ask me

We have been working with Atlanta Truck Parking for years and our experience has been great. You are not going to find a better group of people to work with in Atlanta. Your freight will be safe and everyone is very nice and always happy to help.

Very good secured lot. I haven t been parted long but so far so good. Well greeted in and out. From the bad reviews it just seems like ppl trying to bend the rules. If you follow the rules won t be any problems. Ppl want a secure and safe lot but don t want too do things too keep it that way. Far as the price it s a lol high but realistically your only paying like 10$ a day. Where you gna find that at.

The lady that owns this place has a VERY nasty attitude for no reason. You would think if she read the reviews here and see the same thing here has been said about her several time. She would try to do better and be a little bit more professional. Someone need to do a self reflection. ITS NOT EVERYONE ELSE ITS U. YOU ARE THE COMMON DENOMINATOR IN EVERYONES EXPERIENCE.

When I was in search for truck parking I was referred to Atlanta Truck Parking. I'm so glad that I was. Keshia and her staff have done an excellent job in keeping my equipment safe and keeping me safe as well.They have their rules of:speed limits: this is too ensure the safety of others not getting hit.Not leaving trash on the premises - to ensure rodents won't get into your equipment.Security: So that Noone can come in and tamper or steal your equipment or load. Also, they are big on who enters the premises especially if and employee have been terminated.Paying your bill: Keshia have been more than understanding with this pandemic going on. I came to her in honesty and with respect she was more than willing to help me in the time of need. I can't thank her enough.Lastly, Keisha is very business minded and matter of fact!! She knows her job!! I love that about her. So I'd you're looking for Great Truck parking choose Atlanta Truck parking!! You will be glad you did!!ArlettaKing & Dutch Transport

I honestly thought that this was not the right location after reading a couple of the other reviews. This place is HUGE. Ample parking, nice Manager and Security team! We have been parking here for a few years now. After trying several other locations throughout Metro Atlanta, I must say this one is the best in the area! The one we tried before this had some unsavory activity and the ground smelled horrible! This location has 24 hour Security, which was one of my top needs. I am never concerned about if our work truck or personal vehicles will be damaged or vandalized when I return. They have cameras all over this place. And women can feel safe here during day or night because security will not allow anyone onto the premises without proper ID. This location is a Clean, Safe property.

First and foremost if I could give this place 0 stars or negative stars.....website "OMG" and the lease agreement also "OMG" and the price . To me personally I just couldn't convince myself to give this company my business because I really care and value my peace of mind. But Hey don't take my word for it just do your due diligence of reading the lease agreement very very carefully before you sign it.

My husband has been parking there for 3 months,2 days he went into the office to talk about extra charges they charge him and next day the lady in the office sent him notice of termination with no explanation what so ever. I wish I know the owner to tell him or her this is why you need a professional to run your business.

Not the prettiest place but we drop and hook here so I'd say no problems and appreciate that we can stay overnight because atl is hard to find parking.

I been parking my truck with Atlanta Truck parking for a lil under a year now, and might I say I feel jus as comfortable parking them here now as I did almost a year ago, I give them 2 thumbs up!
