I was off the rip disappointed because it says on Google and their website that a front end alignment is $50.00 when it's actually $80. However, I decided to get it done anyway considering the young man was so nice and they could get my car done right then. I also got a 30 day warranty. The young man you see in the pictures is the one to greet you. Let me tell you something, this young man knows his stuff and gets you in and out. Unfortunately, I did not get his name, but he's amazing! The pictures of the lawnmower, well I'm not sure exactly what the issue was but this young man was apparently able to fix it for him and didn't even charge the gentleman. There's still some humanity in this world, and I was at that moment happy I had decided to stay instead of going elsewhere. I am a customer for life.

This review is long overdue. I apologize. This shop was amazing!! My tires were serviced here December 2022. I searched this place on Google. From the time I pulled up, and got out of my car, I was greeted and seen about with urgency. I had a brand new tire that needed to be put on, and they did it with no problem. I ended up buying my 3 other new tires with them. And they were reasonably priced. They had to order the new tires, and they came early the next day! I would definitely recommend them to everyone, and come back to this tire shop. Thank you!

I called to verify if the place would be open on Sunday. I brought my vehicle in Sunday at 1:04p.m. I didn't get it back until 5:30p.m. M vehicle was completed between 4:30-5. All I was getting was a front end alignment which according to the mechanic would take 45 minutes to an hour and I had 1 customer in front of me. I did not get a call saying it was completed. The mechanic said he was too busy to let me know after I went back myself. I was still charged the full price for not having a vehicle for 2 extra hours outside the specified time frame, and I think I was overcharged. My last front end alignment cost me $80, they charged me 100, and wasn't willing to go down on the price for them holding my vehicle. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, very sloppy. I'm big on customer service.

I came to replace my front tire and so one of the mechanics came and changed the tire. They did not check to see if it was the right size but still put the tire on and sent me on my way. Not even 12 hours later the tire pops. I called to ask why they put the wrong side on my car and they hung up in my face. Terrible customer service, lack of knowledge, and just mediocre.

I love going there for my minor car needs. They're knowledgeable, courteous and quick to get you in and outta there. Also their prices are reasonable. Definitely will go back

Used tires are bad tires spray painted black. I had brakes put on by the guy with the eyebrows and he overcharged me and took forever. He was too busy hitting on a girl who just wanted air in 4 tires. Long story short I would go to either of the tire places on the left or right. I was a regular customer until this new guy.

If I could give a zero I would. We came here to get a full set put on and it took forever. What really frustrated us was that there were hispanic customers that came in after us and they stopped to service them instead. However, there was another young black man that was waiting before them as well. Bad customer service if you ask me. This was our first and last time coming here. I highly wouldn t recommend unless you re Hispanic.

Avoid this place. All I wanted was an alignment. That s it. Nothing major. Saw great reviews and decided to go. I was wrong. Got the run around and was told to come back at two different times even though I saw other cars (even more the second time) being serviced. I was polite and came back. I initially arrived at 12:00pm and was told to come back at 3pm. I pulled up at 3:10 and then I was told to come back at 4pm (the hours states they close at 6pm) So I stroll back at 4pm to them closing the garage doors and turning off the lights. I didn t even get mad or yell I just calmly asked what time they open tomorrow and they guy told me 9am not even assessing/ apologizing for the horrible customer service or lies to come back at multiple times At this point I don t even feel comfortable spending money here and I will warn everyone. I don t want say racial discrimination, but it was very interesting and odd. Thanks for making the most of my only off day dealing with this bs.

Great service!!! The employees at the location are very nice and friendly. They displayed great customer service on the phone call.When I arrived, they were speedy with their service to greet me and situate my needs. The did a great job of notifying me of any mechanical issues that they noticed to help advise me as a customer.As far as speed of service, the job was done before I could even complete this review. I highly recommend this location!!

I could feel something wrong with my tires but wasn't sure what exactly was the issue. It's hard to find honest people in this business but I can tell you the people at Amal's tires are genuine hard working people. Fast and great service with friendly staff and reasonable prices. They are definitely worth the drive. Check them out!

I bought a tire from that shop for 60 dollars that i only had for 2 weeks.While traveling from my event,around 1a.m on the expressway,the tire went flat. I didnt hit nothing and there was no hole. Took it back,so they can fix it,they were very rude,and put a hole in my tire saying that i hit something and couldnt refund my money or just put anothef tire on.Worse service

Great quality at a great price, I got four new tires and an alignment at the best price i saw by far in the area. They also had my car out quick. I got nuthin bad to say about these guys, they earned these 5 stars for sure

Visited on a Sunday because I had a tire that kept loosing air, guy found a nail in the tire and plugged it and charged me a fair price. The service was great and I was in and out in under 30 minutes. Keep up the great work.

Had gotten a flat tire earlier today and seen Amal s Tires was one of the few places nearby to get tires fixed. Ended up leaving 11/10 satisfaction. They got a tow truck to come out and bring my car to the shop and fix the issues I had. Their honest and will try to accommodate anything that s wrong. 11/10!!

Very nice...even tho there was only one person there at the time,my wait wasn't too long..also got great service,and great price on what I needed done...had to replace a rim,also bought a tire to use as spare!

I went to this place today because my tire keeps losing air. So the guy looked at the tire and said I need a tire because it s been plugged and the plug is where the tire is losing air. Ok fine he said a used tire is $50 so he went into the bay not even checking then comes back and say they don t have my tire size. They guy didn t even check, I don t think he wanted to work. Now to top it off he gonna say it s $5 and I said for what he gonna say for checking your tire. TOTAL RIP OFF! He didn t even offer to put air in my tire but gonna charge me $5 for doing NOTHING! I will never return here and I will never recommend this place. No wonder they didn t have no business!!!! They don t deserve the one star I gave them.

Only place I come to get all my car needs. Alignment, new tires, got my forgiatos here, mounted balanced and installed. Great people here always work fast and best quality. They just tinted my windows too

Victor was sooo helpful on this cold and rainy Christmas Eve. Stayed after closing to help me with my emergency flat tire and didn t over charge me or anything. If I ever need tires I will return here!

Worst service/workers. I had been supporting this business for years, and the service was good and the workers were nice. But within the last year or two the two guys who work there now won t provide service. I don t want to think it s a racial issue, but if not that, it s a gender issue. I ve tried on four separate occasions to get a tire for my 98 suv, new or used and was immediately told they don t have any. No one checked, asked anything. Ok. I thought maybe it s because my car is an older model and they don t want to deal with it. Ok. I took my new sedan style car there twice and faced the same issue. I was in a bind today at 7pm when my car indicated that the pressure was low. I didn t have time to deal with a flat and knew that they were open until 8. I went against my better judgement and went because they were the only ones open. Two other cars pulled in at the same times as me. I was told that they re closed while the other two people received service. I have just conceded that they don t want to provide service for whatever reason. Whatever. They suck. I wish I could leave no stars at all.

For what is, an inexpensive and quick tire shop that also does alignments and other work, it is first rate. Don't expect a classy waiting room, the wait won't be long anyway.It is sandwiched between 3 adjacent tire shops and a Meineke, so it has to provide value, which it does

I purchased a tire 9/3/2020 Then 9/11/2020 the tire is damaged and they are telling me that I have to replace the tire even when, they have a warranty that states that if any thing goes wrong with the tire in 30 days the tire can be replaced on them guaranteed. I have been here shopping for a year now never had these issues. I will never give them my services again that day I bought two tires and plugged one.Now even for being a loyal customer they don t honor their warranty agreements. Very disappointed and money waisted.
