The technicians are very professional and they are kind gentlemen. I have confidence doing business with them as a female, unlike some other places I've done business with and you feel like you're being taken advantage of. I didn't spend excessive time there and the prices are reasonable. Additionally, they took great care of the issue that I had.I will make them my go-to auto care.I highly recommend and appreciate the technicians at FULL THROTTLE!!!

I ve been going to Lloyd for years now. He s honest and straight to the point. I love that he doesn t waste time. Him and his team work diligently without stalling. He treats my 2012 Toyota with care. His prices are reasonable & he by knowing his clients, it makes you feel like family!

There seemed to be total transparency. The owner fully explained what was needed and showed evidence. The work was done professionally in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend this shop.

Lloyd is very unprofessional, unpleasant, and his customer service is awful. He's very argumentative. In addition to his less than professional attitude, his work is shotty as hell! My son car never worked properly after he installed an engine, he installed brakes and did front end work on my husband car and it's squeaky and brake warning light is on. Please don't waste your time going here. I used the Asians at Certified Auto repair on Jonesboro Rd and had an amazing experience! Their prices are cheaper too!

Good, reasonable, fast & next door to Johns so I can eat while car is being serviced. At first, I'd ask my friends about his prices to make sure I wasn't getting overcharged & I always get told that I'm getting a damn good deal. Especially considering the quality & efficiency he delivers. This is one of those businesses that u patronize for life.

staff is extremely knowledgeable also extremely courteous and patient I love it one of the best repair experiences I have had the pleasure of encountering in a long time pricing is extremely reasonable and once again like I said earlier the owner and his staff are extremely knowledgeable. Also I would like to add to my Reply the owner is a Corvette guy that keeps it 100 I am a Corvette guy myself / C Corvette convertible / mustang guy myself I will do plenty business in the near future with this company this particular location God bless enjoy your day everyone

James LLoyd the owner operator and master mechanic is a one of a kind type of person that you want to do business with and wish there were more people like him. I have had 3 separate dealing with him and have brought two different vehicles to his shop and on all 3 visits he has shown outstanding character and moral fiber. Rather than pick my pocket he gave me straight honest advice that not only saved me a fortune but literally took bread out of his mouth. Regardless of how far I move away in the ATL I will make the journey to take any and all my vehicles to him. You know you will get an honest assessment and you will not be overcharged.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! I brought my car in because of ABS breaking system failure then all of a sudden it was my TRANSMISSION! I was very disappointed because I had been coming to Llyod so long but this time he tried to get over!! The total cost of a replacement was $900 total , $600 for transmission replacement and $300 for labor. I paid $300 on a Tuesday so he could get the transmission ordered and and put in by Friday. Since I have been coming to him for over THREE YEARS, HE AGREED that the $300 could be paid on that Friday and I was to give him the last $300 for the labor that following Monday. I showed up that Friday to give him the $300 and my car hadn t been touched. He couldn t show proof where he even ordered the transmission!! He begin to get loud and disrespectful so I did as well! In all I was able to drive my car HOME WITH NO TRANSMISSION PROBLEMS!!!! He basically tried to ROB me of $900 for his own good!!! DO NOT GO HERE! He is SNAKE!! Tell your family, friends and spread the word. DO NOT GO HERE!!! My car needed 2 $60 BRAKE SENSORS!!!! DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP!!

He is very unprofessional and attacks potential customers without provocation. All I was able to do was pull in the lot before he began his rampage. I simple made a U-turn and took my business down the street.

The owner, lloyd, is super unorganized. Hes the only one you talk to when you call their number. Idk if he has stretched himself too thin or what. He doesn't reply to text messages & even what he says otp can't be guaranteed. He was supposed to leave my diagnostic write up in the car when i picked it up, didnt. Was supposed to leave my key accessible for pick up, didnt. He had the nerve to y e l l at me because I called him after business hours & he answered??? & I only called because he doesn't text. Bright side? He didn't charge the $20 for diagnostic. But then again I didnt get the write up either. My opinion; don't go here.

A couple of months ago I got my a/c compressor fixed and it's been blowing ice cold since then, 2 weeks ago I got a high mileage oil change & drove my vehicle from Georgia to Florida with absolutely NO problems. The technicians at this shop are ASE Certified technicians & I will take my vehicles to no other shop in Atlanta.

My daughter took her vehicle for routine maintenance [oil change, top off fluids, tire pressure check, etc.] Her car drove worse afterwards than before she took it in. The owner has terrible customer service. No opening and closing times posted. Ask you to bring car in at a set time and shows up hours later. Do NOT take your vehicle to this shop. Had to give 1 star because 0 star is not an option.
