Antonio and his team are great! Very thorough and efficient. They give you a range of oils and prices. They check the car thoroughly. At the end you get a free, basic car wash (and you can add more car care if you want). As far as the oil change went I was pleased. I couldn't do the car wash because it was raining, so I got a rain check and went back today. Wasn't happy at all didn't get a good look till I actually sit in the driver's seat and to think I gave him a $4 tip.

This is my story. I went to change my oil as usual everything was fine. The next day I notice that it was missing a screw for the plate to protect the filter.I return the weekend so they can fix the plate. ( just find other screw and fix the issue) but to my surprise one of the tech told me that he is going to take out the plate that is no necessary because finding another screw will be impossible. lol I reply that my car was complete and I need the plate on it .Also the tech offer me to get off my car and resolve this situation outside , like threatening me.Then the manager ( I guess) talk to me and I move my car inside the shop and less than a minute find a screw and fix the plate.So next time be careful, check your car and make sure everything goes as should be.

Excellent service. They replaced my interior cabin filter that looked like it had the original (2014) filter that no one had ever ver checked. Everything was broken down and I didn't feel pressured or oversold. I highly recommend them. Normally they are off , but stopped by Thursday morning at 8:35 am. They had one car each in the oil bay. I waited 15 minutes, and no one came up to get my information. Another car pulled up in the line beside me and waited 5 minutes . They talked to her forever getting her service order, so after 25 minutes of waiting with so little cars for them to do, I drove off.

Customer service was fine before. I got a coupon and brought it in and the guy doing my oil couldn t tell me if they d honor it or not. Said they just let them bill it in there - I don t know. The man also barely looked me in the face and seemed inconvenienced with the whole job. I get having a bad day, but at least answer the customers questions. I came for the discount but likely won t again because it s out of my way and my receipt shows I didn t get it.

With so much competition, I was surprised with the underwhelming experience I had here. I felt herded. They seemed to not recognize their own coupon, they claimed that I was receiving a 10 one time credit for a $ regular car wash .so really it's a 5dollar credit smh, the the $5 off was met with lots of extra charges which weren't explained till I got a bill. They didn't check any other engine fluid like regular VALVOLINES that charge LESS, than this store. They left my oil change light on and rushed me through the car wash. Never agsin....

Excellent service. Oil change was completed very quickly and staff was extremely friendly.Pricing was in line with similar business (but no sales pitch for additional services$. Also offered a veterans discount which I truly appreciated !

Great price, as they include a full service car wash with the oil change. Didn't try to upsell me with a bunch of stuff we did not need. Nice waiting area with an xbox as well. Clean restroom was a bonus. This is our new stop for an oil change!

Very professional and friendly. They will not try to sell you items that you don't need and they give you a free car wash w/vac with an oil change! I stayed in my car during the oil change... a nice thing to be able to do... and was in and out in 10 minutes. The place is hidden in plain sight and is a great place to get an oil change or wash.

Great service. No upsell, no attempt to fraudulently claim a repair not done (showed me the worn-out part!). Oil change is fast, free wash and detail is a very nice touch (tipped the detailers $6.00). Great people, wonderful service, nice extras. Grate service. Everyone was really nice. Oil change and car was in less then a hr. Only thing is they really need to change/update some out of date things like the lobby and the washers look like they have seen better days

Exceptional Experience. Exceptional resultsI took my 98 F-150 to the good folks at Valvoline Express Care earlier this week. $42 for an oil change and full service car wash!!I left my vehicle and ran errands with my wife. They followed my requests word for word and wrote down all recommendations WITHOUT pressuring me to upgrade my service or receive additional work!My truck hasn t been cleaned on the inside in months, and after they worked on it... it looks spectacular!

Was nice that I could stay in my car the entire time. I felt it was kind of expensive, i get an oil change and more for the same price at the dealer. Also, they couldn't do a tire rotation due to the one lift being taken.

Great experience! The employees were so nice and helpful. The building seems pretty new, and it's well kept and clean. I was very comfortable sitting inside while they changed my oil.

horrible service! went in for an oil change..and ended up with a broken sensor off my tire and no manager has contacted me yet..called and left several messages no replu....a bunch of rude kids work here and hang out...now they've changed the name..it use to be bolt.

Car Wasj. My only problem was that I had to wait the first day I went there and grew frustrated and left after no one even bothered to recognize that i was even there. I left and came back the next day and was met buy a service rep within two minutes. The rest of the service was wonderful and I was taken care of expeditiously.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Waited 15 mins for them to tell us we had to pull up to bay but no one informed us about that so we waited for 15 mins for 2 other people that got there after us to go first rude not good customer service or instructions walmart has better customer service.

Good service, would be faster if the guy that took care of me leave the cellphone on the side for a minute, if the manager do not tell him HEY!!!! I might be there still seating on my car waiting.

Do not take your car there!!!!!! they are not only over price, but they will do a lot of suff without asking you and then they expect you to pay what they did with out asking you first. Extremely disappointed!!!!!!! Super bad service!!! Do you a favor and don't go there.

Impressive large and clean lobby with tvs, seating and lots of kid activites. Ice cream and beverages for sale. Free car wash with oil change. Friendly staff. Will come back.
