Last summer I took in my 2002 7.3 with 50k miles for a loss of power when towing a trailer was told it need $5000 of repair turbo riser,ball joints, rear end seal, shocks I was traveling and was stuck so I had no choice after 7 days got it back rear end was leaking, took it back 2 more days seal was defective got the truck back hooked up 5th wheel left camp ground still NO power took it back found hotel and spent 3 more days turns out the problem was the fuel pump. They did not charge for the fuel pump as it was the original problem and was missed by the experts So I am out 12 days and 5k they did do all the work they charged me for, but was it needed? I don t think so.I saw the reply. Is this not your business in the photograph?

I dont advise everyone to take there vehicle here. I had a 2015 Duramax that needed a fuel system because water was in the fuel. They wanted to charge me $17000, yes $17 thousand dollars. I can just about buy a another truck. I could understand that if a needed another engine. While Im their talking to the mechanic, a lady walked in fussing because they charged her almost $200 to tell her whats wrong with her Jeep and the $200 could have fixed her Jeep. Will never bring my truck here again.

Dropped my truck off for an inspection and made it very clear I just want an inspection and no work done. they deemed it unsafe to drive and didn't want to further inspect it but I drove the truck from Knoxville Tennessee a week prior and had 0 issues guess I m just a risk taker?? I did not receive any kind of inspection report or anything besides the receipt when I picked up my truck. guess I paid 150$ for a mechanic to tell me they don t want to drive it

These guys are awesome! I m over in Austin, TX, and had been stumped on a wiring question for a month on my 96 F250. Evan responded to my message within minutes and solved my issue instantly. It says a lot when a shop several states away is willing to help with something like that. If I lived in Flowery Branch, I d take my truck there for all my service needs. Thanks guys!

Called these guys from California, had some diesel issues, needed a remote diagnostic from them in georgia. They were very professional and happy to help, not acting to be bugged much, didnt hurry me along even though a reputable shop like them, im sure are busy. Highly recommended !
