I recently had my car serviced at United Auto Care, and I must say I was thoroughly impressed with their service. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly and attentive, taking the time to listen to my concerns about the vehicle. The repair work was completed in a timely manner, and they kept me informed throughout the process, which I greatly appreciated. Not only was the issue resolved efficiently, but the quality of the work was exceptional. I left feeling confident in the repairs done to my car, and I would highly recommend United Auto Care to anyone in need of automotive service.

UAC provided diagnostic analysis of my 2015 Chevrolet Tahoe last week. My engine was running alittle rough and the engine light was "on." They changed the sparkplug due to carbon build up which was a result from not driving my low mileage (25k) SUV enough. Corrected my trouble! They also provided wheel rotation and oil change.I've been using UAC for 10+ yrs and they've earned my trust for any of automobile service need. Extremely satisfied with my service and the reasonable rates.

Ryan and his team are incredibly professional, economically fair and personable. Auto repair is an area that my understanding is limited. The work performed on my vehicle years prior is still standing up to time!Find a trusted auto repair shop and stay as long as they're in business. That's how you prolong the life of your vehicles!!!Thanks bunches and see you soon.Thank you for taking care of me.Dr. Tan Mattos

Awesome job. Gave me top of the line customer service and advice on what was best and needed for my vehicle based off of not only the car company s recommendations but their experience working on a car like mine s and checking over it like as if it was their s.

I never thought I would say the words "honest and fair" in the same sentence when describing a auto repair shop. That was until I ran across United Auto Care. I own a 2010 Range Rover who's brake pad light displayed as needing repair. From the initial phone call to UAC I felt at ease. Took my Range in and they did an inspection and gave me a quote to the repair cost. Although high, i knew it was still cheaper than taking the car to the dealership. Received my car back within 2-days only because i requested a additional part to be replaced that had to be ordered. The drive out price was cheaper than the estimated price because during the repair they determined that my rear brakes didn't need to be replaced...so they didn't. I wouldn't have known one way or the other but they did the HONEST thing and didn't charge me for a parts and repairs I didn't need.I can tell they are Faith based individuals and it felt good to see honest, sincere, and trustworthy people. I will be back and will recommend them to all my family and friends. Thanks Danny, Jeff and the rest of your amazing team...FAVOR!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Brakes, Vehicle safety inspection, Brake service & repair

This review applies to two recent visits, for our CR-V and our Dodge Ram 1500. Both times the vehicles were taken in for oil changes but the inspection identified several issues that needed to be taken care of. I waited both times and was kept informed of any problems as the work progressed. Both times the work was completed quickly considering what was needed. Both times I was completely satisfied. Whenever UAC returns our vehicles it is apparent they have made repairs as the vehicles always perform better. We have always been completely satisfied with their work.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Auto A/C recharge, Wheel alignment

So I normally only do food reviews, until my experience at this place.I needed brake work badly and I came across a few reviews of this place and decided to give them a call (not to mention it's behind my neighborhood).Right from the the first call to them, the owner, Ryan was very pleasant, personable and accommodating. I didn't need an appointment and he assured me he could help and penciled me in.The location is very convent, clean and welcoming. Not to mention the family dogs running around (so cute).I had a great experience. Friendly place and staff. Everything was very well explained to me and I even got to speak to the mechanics as well as Ryan extensively.Everything was completed in the same day and nothing felt upsold. I was very confident I got great service and it is clear this shop has high standards.I would recommend this shop to everyone.I now have a new mechanic I trust!

This company scammed me out of $600. It is good to know your car and things about it when dealing with shops. I took my car to them to get a noise diagnosed. When I dropped the car off, I told them exactly where the noise was coming from and knew exactly what they had to do to attempt a diagnostic. They told me one price. 4 hrs later, of course that called me with another price because they had to remove maybe 10-12 bolts in total. Almost $200 more for those bolts. He GM calls me 3 days later and says the 1 hr job took them 4 hrs to do. He claimed that I needed new parts that were just installed a week or 2 ago before. I asked him how did he determine this. What damage did you find? He replied, we didn t have to look, you had already told us . I kid you not. He was not able to tell me where he found ANY damage because there WASNT ANY. So fast forward. I instructed them to put the parts back together which when getting a diagnostic on a vehicle has always been included all of my life. But this shop tried to charge me another $400 just to put it back together. So they charge you to take a part off and charge you again to put it back how they found it. I asked to speak to owner, Ryan. IT NEVER HAPPENED. GM had every excuse in the world. Then proceeded to tell me that the owner said he called me and discussed a price with me and I kept telling him he didn t. Hours later he claims that the owner must ve talked to someone else with same type of vehicle. I asked him why wasn t I told that it would cost to put a part back on after taking it off before they took it off. He kept changing the subject. So in essence, paid $600 for nothing. Vehicle is no longer making horrible noise after changing the oil pump at a different shop. Mind you I was told the lifters and camshaft that were brand new, needed to be replaced for $6800. That s the price of the entire engine plus 25%. If I didn t know any better, they would ve did me much worse! DO NOT GO HERE!! I will be taking the next appropriate steps!

Terrible, out of $3k and cars still not fix. Do yourself a favor go somewhere else. The technician is will blame you for their mistakes and then try to sell you $8k engine for an old car. Receptionist Danny is great.

I think they tried to scam me. I took my car in for an engine light, they said it would not start and they would need to replace the entire ignition, which is the first time it did not start after 3-4 months of continuous use without any real problems. I went to try it myself, and it started when they jumped it. They told me the battery is bad and needs to be replaced, and I told them I would rather do it myself. (Autozone tested the battery later and it was in good condition and did not need to be replaced. THEY LIED.). They also told me the Mass Airflow Sensor was bad and needed replacement, and quoted me 230 dollars for the part with 120 dollars for labor. Amazon had them for 25 dollars, so I declined that as well. They said they cannot continue the diagnostic without replacing the sensor and charged me 99 dollars (the original diagnostic was quoted at 120 dollars) for what they had done so far. When asked exactly what they did so far they said, "the diagnostic". And would not go in further detail. The only information they gave me was the mass air flow sensor was bad, the battery was bad (which it wasnt), and the ignition was bad. When I went to AutoZone later they said they sell high quality mass airflow sensors with lifetime warrantee for 80 bucks, and i replaced it myself in less than 2 minutes with a single screwdriver, saving myself 270 dollars in the process. I have no choice but to come to the conclusion they are trying to scam me and potentially others. Maybe the ignition does have a problem, i bet the mass airflow sensor has a problem, i know the battery doesn't.Edit: the battery is going bad, the ignition problem is minor and ignorable. The mass airflow sensor did need replacing. I retract my accusations of lying and instead complain about outrageous overpricing. (120 for labor to undo and redo 2 easily accessible screws is insane). Still weirded out by the fact I had never had battery problems until I took it in though

We have a diesel truck that some little roadside assistant idiot put gas in. We tried to fix it on our own but it still wouldn't start. I googled diesel mechanic near me and this is the first place that popped up. I don't trust any car place so I read reviews and everything I read was good and 5 *. I called them and talked to Ryan and he gave me a number to call for a tow truck that didnt cost an arm and a leg and had it at the shop within 20 minutes. Ryan called us within a couple of hours told us what it was and gave us a price. The next business morning he said it was ready! We were ecstatic! He told us a few more minor things that needed attention but said it was an easy fix we could do...really? I have never taken a vehicle somewhere that didn't try to bleed you dry. I wont take my truck anywhere else. I very highly recommend this place. Ryan is the best! 10 stars needs to be added just for this place.

United Auto Care is by far the worst auto repair shop my husband and I have ever dealt with. Sadly we dealt with them unsuccessfully for several months, and our vehicle was never actually repaired. They were rude, deceptive, and condescending. We never really knew what was going on with our vehicle, and whenever we called to inquire on the status of the repair the employees seemed bothered or irritated. Every time we spoke with someone we were told a different story. Over the course of several months we spent thousands of dollars trying to get our vehicle fixed and they could never really tell us what the issue was. When we requested refunds for deposits and repairs that were allegedly made but somehow never actually fixed the issues we were bombarded with excuses and policies to justify why weren t eligible for a refund! It was a total nightmare! I wouldn t recommend this repair shop to my worst enemy!

Miserable experience all the way through, the entire time it seemed as if they had no idea what they were doing, not to mention overcharging an insane amount for purely labor. 400 for labor alone in a single day! Expect to be ripped off.

We have used United Auto Care for the past several years, Danny at the front desk always greets us with a smile and a friendly hello, he is extremely knowledgeable and answers all of our questions. The vehicle is checked out by their professional technicians, Danny calls us tells us what is the problem with our car, gives us a total amount for repairs and a time the car will be completed. At times because of money being so tight for everyone right now, he helps us prioritize the needed repairs and then helps us come up with a plan to complete the rest of the work. We are called when the car is ready for pick-up, we go and pick up the car, Danny makes it so easy and quick to pay our bill.He always tells us to have a great day and the most important thing, and unfortunately people don't say it anymore, but he always says THANK YOU FOR YOUR BUSINESS and if you need anything, let us know. I would recommend UAC to everyone.

This place is such a scam! My mom was charged over $2000 and still having the same issues as when she brought it in. I was quoted $600-$900 for a part that only cost $160. They will charge all kinds of additional diagnostic test and upsale you. Do not go here! Especially if your a woman because they will take you for a fool! The worst part is the owner claims to be a preacher so people will trust him but he obviously is taking advantage of people.

I've had work done there twice in the past year, and I'll continue to go back! They're are friendly and upfront with everything, and took the time to listen and explain exactly what is going on. My vehicle has always been ready when they said it would, and the prices I've been quoted is what I paid. No hidden charges or surprises, which is really appreciated. I have some more work to get done, and I won't bother to call around, because they've definitely earned my business!

While I was disappointed that my vehicle wasn't ready a little faster, I was very pleased that they went through the repair thoroughly to ensure I wouldn't have any issues. The car is running great and getting me where I need to go. Very professional team and customer oriented.

Update:Is there any way to give negative 5 stars?I was staggered by the unprofessional response to the original review. Would not normally respond, but after basically calling me a liar, here goes...Washer Fluid & Past Mechanic Error:Would be a futile effort in debating.Texting: you had to remove our number from the block list your words not ours. Not MY words. That was NEVER said by me in ANY conversation of which I was part. I don't know how to block numbers on my phone. Nor do I know how to un-block numbers. Nor would I even think to block numbers.Regardless, I never received a text until the review request.Ready to Pick-Up:The truck was, indeed, being pulled around TO THE LIFT. While the truck was on the lift, I waited long enough to take A FEW work calls. It takes over 30 minutes to put air in the tires? That's "promptly" delivering the truck to me?I asked about checking the tire pressure when I dropped off the truck (when discussing checking the brakes). You just didn t do it until I reminded you when I paid.Writing the Review/Text:I was in the midst of writing the review when I received the text requesting a review. I wasn t upset in the least. Just wanted to share the experience I had with United. After multiple requests to abstain from texting, one should think to remove the number from the automated text list. Hence, the return text message to email or call me.Discount: Moot PointUnited counterbalanced the discount by charging the extra labor.Telling Half Truths :In essence, you are calling me a liar.As stated before, the review writing started BEFORE receiving the unwelcomed text. So, I didn t literally spend any more time doing anything that I wasn t already doing.Being blatantly rude & demeaning a customer's character when you get a bad review is not acceptable. I probably would have bettered the rating had you responded professionally & then phoned me to discuss the review further._______________________________________Original Review:Let's just hope the work is as high quality everyone touts.I'm having United's work checked by a retired mechanic friend.Day 1:Dropped truck off before 10 am. Was told I would hear from them before end of day that day. Never heard from them.Day 2:Called them. They were "running the diagnostic right now". They would call once the diagnostic was completed. Never heard from them.Day 3:Called them. They asked if I received the text from them. Never mentioned they would text me. Never got the text. After several requests to have the estimate emailed to me, they said, "OK, I'll text the estimate over to you". Huh? Had to demand the estimate be emailed to me, not texted. They overcharged for the diagnostic. They apologized & corrected the diagnostic fee.Day 4:Truck is "ready for you to pick-up". Wonderful...days earlier than they told me it would be ready!HOWEVER, they "had to charge" an extra labor fee due to stripped bolts from work previously done on the truck. The work they claim was previously performed on the truck had never been done in the past...hmmm.Claim they couldn't get a call through on previous days (excuse for texting me), but when it came to the day for them to collect money, the phone call came through without a hitch...hmmm.When I got there, the truck that was "ready for pick-up" wasn't ready...hmmm.After paying barley under $2,500 & waiting 30 to 45 minutes to take the "ready for pick-up" truck home, I left with the truck still in need of washer fluid. Why did I need washer fluid? It was topped-off less than a month ago & only used once, maybe twice since. Whatever, it's washer fluid, right?Due to lack of effective communication & the EXORBITANT cost for repairs, I won't be back...even if they do quality work. Just not worth the frustration & cost.
