Absolutely do not trust. They broke a screw on the wheel during a basic tire rotation. The other screws were so tight that I had to pay for a new screws and lug nuts

I was recommended this store from a good friend, Mr.Luu. His recommendation was much appreciated because they were faster than any other shop while not skimping out on the quality of work. Mike told me to come at 4:30 and by 4:55 my car had two new tires on the rear. They were respectful, nice, and had competitive pricing. Seriously, give them a call if you need anything for your tires.

I cannot say enough about Mike at the tire store. I pulled in half an hour before they opened then he got there early and took care of me in five minutes - he plugged a flat for me. You cannot beat awesome customer service like that.

Have done business with Mike and the crew many times. I have never had any issues and pricing is always fair. They are always polite and willing to go the extra mile to help you out.

Mike and his crew are fantastic! Flat tire on the way to NC and they fixed it in 15 minutes. Plus we got to stay in the air conditioned car the entire time. Our own private pit crew, great job!

Wow! Mike and his employee are the best! Had a flat and need a tire replaced. Shocked at at the super low cost of replacing the tire.If you are new to Flowery Branch and are in need of tire repair or reolacements this is the place to go.

Very Happy with my new Toys tires for my 4runner..Mike was awesome today in getting me in & out of the shop as a very satisfied customer. He said I'd love the switch from my Michelins to the Toyo & he was right. Very smooth riding tires. Will be a returning customer.

Fast, courteous service. I called ahead to order my tires. Mike called me when they arrived. Drove over and 20 minutes later I was on my way. Couldn't have been easier. Will definitely shop there again.

What great guys! Needed a new tire due to sidewall sliced. They didn't have the tire but put on our spare and sent us to a store where we could buy a new tire. Very professional.

I sold a boat of mine so when it came time for the new owner to pickup we saw that the triple axle trailer needed some tires. We bought 4 new ones. We arrived around 3pm and watched as multiple vehicles came in and got tires changed. Overall it took both gentlemen 3 hours to change 4 tires on a triple axle trailer along with me helping them to push it along as it was getting dark and we needed to get the boat on the trailer still. They did say their compressor was down and not making air but acted like they didnt know how to turn a wrench as I watched them try using their guns with minimal air. They finally completed the job and I gave them a 10 dollar tip so off we went. Next morning gentleman driving to Florida with his new boat had made it to Stockbridge when the entire rim and tire went flying off down the highway. I felt really bad for the eldery gentlemen and explained they did a bad job and made us GA boys look bad. I'd never go back nor reccomend this place what a hell hole.

I literally just had a nail removed and the tire repaired for ten bucks in less than ten minutes here. Granted, I guess I should drive on it a bit before making a judgement call on quality, but just yesterday, the dealership told me it would be 140 to replace the tire because it wasn't repairable. Great service and extremely friendly people.

These men are Angels! Worked with me to find tires for my truck. Plugged up my other two tires that had nails in them. Discounted my second set of tires that I absolutely need. We have lost everything in a home fire so it's hard getting everything back together. Thank you gentlemen! I will send everyone I know here from now on. Bless this business always.

Got 2 used tires with good tread, spent a fraction for what I would have spent at many other similar places. Nice people and highly recommend. Also got free coffee

Took my car to the tire store to get my tire patched but it only needed a new stem.It had been leaking air and going flat.They could not have been any nicer and friendlier.I recommend if you have tire issues,go see them.Great service.

I have to take a minute for a "That a Boy" moment. I read the other reviews posted about my favorite tire dealer and wanted to set the record straight. I just got some new shoes for my work van, got good tires at a very good deal. These guys are always saving me and my company money. I do not agree with the review of "These people are way overpriced for their low quality tires! I do not recommend wasting your time or money here." (fixed the spelling in this quote cause i CAN spell)As always the guys at The Tire Store of Flowery Branch were fast and gave my van friendly service with a smile. After a quick call, they informed me my size and load range tire was not in stock. They called there warehouse and had some for me in 30 mins! That is fast, way better than a couple days like there competition. Soon as I arrived, the tires where delivered already and on my truck in less than an hour! During this time they also helped find a brake flaw from previous service at my regular mechanic! Talk about full service. With the speed and precision of The Tire Store, not to mention the great positive service that goes the extra mile. You would be crazy not to do business with them. My company and my personal self will continue to use, and support The Tire Store of Flowery Branch for years to come. Thanks a lot guys!!!! Another SUPER satisfied customer.... keep up the superior service.5/16/2015I stopped in at The Tire Store of flowery branch again today, bought my girlfriend two new GT class tires. I had the tires ordered at the end of the day yesterday after the owner and i TALKED OUT what the vehicle needed. I was told the tires i wanted would not perform the way i needed them to. So instead he recommended the GT class tire because it was closer to the factory recommended tire. Not to meantion they were 18 dollars cheaper than the ones I selected. When I arrived at 10 am they were already there waiting on me. I had pleasure of the wonderful and speedy crew change out the tires, balance them, and on the car in 18 mins. Astonished at the faster than light speed paid for them and was back on my way. I headed home after a few more errands and bragged about my experience to my girlfriend. After a drive she to was surprised at how quiet the tires were, no tire roar on the road while driving. She especially liked the enhanced grip they offered and the steering firmed up in a good way making the car feel safer and more stable to drive at 50+ mph. She and I believe that the car has not driven this well since we bought it. Over all my girlfriend was so pleased with the tires I even was rewarded and showered with praise.To sum up... The Tire Store of Flowery Branch is a good small company with superior service and price. Today I saved money, got a better class tire to keep my family safe on the road, light speed service with a knowledge of there trade that surpasses the the large chains by far. Should you buy tires from The Tire Store? The answer is yes,... you cant lose.

Great folks to buy auto of any type from. Will work with you to out you in a car. What ever your need is. If this place don't already have it on their LOT. They will find what you want. I should know. I'm driving a Truck I bought there. Haven't had any trouble with this truck.

My service was terrible.. I go up there to get all new tires. They mount and balance them in very quick time which I was please with, but what they didnt tell me is that my tires )which they guareenteed me to fit) were scrubbing on the front of my truck and I had a blow out a mile down the road. They didnt offer to pay for a new tire or not even my money back or towing. 1200 dollars plus the 200 I paid them down the drain. I will never ever go see them again and discourage anyone from going there. (Edit) (5/2/15) I know there is always a "Clint" and I'm seriously a nice guy I work hard for a living. I lived at sterling on the lake at the time. To go into detail I had a lifted truck on 35/12.50/16 a nice truck if your into lifted trucks and I wanted to put the stock rims on. The guys assured me they would fit but while putting the back tires on he had a concern about needing spacers but said they would be fine. I don't know his name but he was bald headed with a goatee and the other guy had some facial hair and short brown/black hair. But I noticed a smell after I left and these are not bad people they were friendly and we're talking to me the whole time but by time I got maybe 3 quarters of the way there my front passNger tire blew and it was a super swamped tsl all brand new btw which are not cheap. I called them the time it happened and they refused to do anything about it. Maybe I had a bad experience idk but the bald headed guy assured me they would be fine. To all who had a great experience in happy for you but I didn't. I work with people everyday and know how they can be there is so many different types of personalities I know, but I'm not a bad guy I don't want to see a business fail. Just to improve. I hope you all have a good day and to pay attention to detail when getting any type of service done on your vehicle.

I overpayed for a mounted tire in the amount of $15 (not balanced just mounted).He noticed a nail afterwards and said it would be$10 to plug it.All I had on was $5 at the time and he wouldn't do it. I consider that poor customer service.

Great service, had flat tire on my boat trailer, they helped me jack it up, fixed it in minutes while I waited and re-installed it, all for $10.00. Excellent experience, would go to them again.
