They will not answer the phone nor return calls. After a tow from an accident, we received a business card with 3 phone numbers. One goes to a voicemail box that is not set up. It s obvious this number has a person hitting send to voicemail and is screening the calls. The second has a voicemail box that is full. The third number is infinitely busy and must be an off the hook landline. They have 2 Google business pages, same business but the first one seen in search has more reviews and is highly rated. That phone number is the cell of Travis. I tried calling and texting and even left messages, no return call ever. They are running a game to get your business and sit on your car for storage fees. The last day my insurance would allow they finally processed the car. Invoiced my insurance for 3 days of storage and tow $710. This place deserves zero stars. Lazy, rude, disorganized, greedy. Family owned and run means no one gets fired for poor service. When I showed up in person to figure out what was going on, there were 3 visible people in the office. They kept passing me off to the next person, then the woman tells me, You re not our only customer . What sort of business uses that excuse one who client blames. I was as polite as I could be but upset. They obviously think customers are the problem. They have too much business to handle effectively or efficiently. If you can avoid using this company please consider anyone else.

Abysmal service. Returned my vehicle with mud caked on steering wheel, all over the interior and everywhere they put their filthy hands. They took offense to me pointing this out then refused to clean it. SHAME

My car was towed less the 1.6 miles from their tow yard.. they are charging $350 to get my vehicle out & they don t even open on weekends unless it s by appointments. High rates for a 1.6 mile tow

Getting anyone to answer the phone is a miracle in itself. It says 24 hours but they will not answer and the voice mail isn't set up. When we were finally able to reach someone they gave us a one hour window to show up. We would never have voluntarily called them. We were in an accident and the police used them. If you have other options use those

IF you can manage to get Terry s Auto on the phone you will experience the worst customer service in the business. My car was towed 3 miles from the scene of an accident and was given a $330 tow bill, not to mention the outrageous storage fees. The debris from the accident was swept up and poured into the backseat. The lady at the desk was incredibly rude and refused to allow me to sign paperwork, demanding I give her the names of other towing companies that were cheaper, as I had mentioned to her there were many. PLEASE do not become another victim of Terry s. Their reviews speak for themselves.Service: Car towing

Very shady people. My car was towed to Terrys after a wreck, I was told my car was a "certain amount" over the phone to get the car out and when I arrived, the amount had changed once I asked for an itemized bill showing what I owed. They thought they could trick another person but nope not today. Be sure to check your invoice and calculate charges before giving them a dollar.

Man took so long to get in contact with them there rude to just over all a pain to deal with if you have other options take them don t just let the cop take your vehicle here I even recommend palmar towing and if you live in Gainesville it s closer and cheaper if you want to get your car out and you live in GainesvilleService: Car towingService: Car towing

My car was involved in an accident yesterday morning and taken to this company s lot. I called them twice yesterday informing them I planned to come get my personal items. When I arrived this morning at nine, I was informed I didn t have the proper paperwork to access my car. At no point was I ever told I would need more than my license. After the 1.5 hour round trip to my house and back, I arrived to find my car being moved to the salvage yard my insurance uses. Now I m going to have to spend all day chasing down my car just to get a few things out of it due to the horrible customer service of Terry s Towing. Thanks for nothing.

Well all the stuff we have went through this week I just wanted to say that they were very helpful and nice the nicest people that I have meeting that worked for a towing company! Every time I called never got an attitude! And when we went up there to get the car stuff handled the lady I can t remember her name blonde hair . She was very helpful and kind I m sorry I forgot your name! And there was another person u there about his car also. She handled everything wonderfully! And just want her to know thank you if she sees this ! And if the boss sees this she was awesome and five stars from me!!!!!

I have to give the highest compliments to Terry's towing. I haven't met such helpful and humble towing family as Terry and his family. Rodney you helped me more than y'all will ever know. Not only did they tow my dually, but they got the tools and hammers out to fix my truck and charged my batteries so that I could get my truck home. And then Rodney had the decency to follow me to take my car home and then brought me back to my truck.I don't like to bash companies, but other companies that I called didn't even care to know information and didn't want the tow. Terry's Towing Services went above and beyond to help me. So if you are looking for a respectful, safe towing experience and humble towing family call Terry's Auto Towing Services. Thank you for your respect Rodney, Terry and boys, you will be the only towing company I'll use in the future.

Great family owned business. My husband forgot to get my prescription sunglasses out of my Mustang when taking out our personal items (he totalled my Baby). I made one phone call and they got my sunglasses out of Mustang Sallie before she was taken to the salvage yard. Great customer service!

My daughter was in an accident and Terry's Towing was the towing service on call. I was given a card by the driver with a Flowery Branch address, he never mentioned that there was also a Gainesville location, which is where he towed her car to. You can not go on a Saturday or Sunday to clean out your personal belongings without an appointment, we were never given this information by the driver. She is a college student and works full time. By the following Wednesday, they had released her car to the insurance company without consent, with all her personal belongings inside!! She had to miss more time from work to track her car down! The lady on the phone never apologized for the inconvenience. I would not recommend this towing service.

Best family owed business I have come across in a long time. They picked me up after I had been wrecked headed home to North Carolina. I was treated like family the whole time. Being 300 miles from home it was great meeting everyone and knowing they truely cared about my safety and let me stay there till I was picked up. If you need a reliable towing company don't hesitate give them a call they will take care of you.

Terry's Towing has been providing their services to my company for almost two years now. They are an excellent group of people, extremely professional and get the job done right the first time. They treat us all like family and we can't ask for a better provider.

Terry's Towing is one of the most professional tow services I have ever used. I have never had to wait long for them to come and assist me. They are the type that will give there own shirt off of their back to help someone in need. If you ever need a tow call Terry's!

There is no other Towing Service than Terry's Towing!! I've used them a couple of times whether it was for towing my vehicle, unlocking my vehicle, or just calling to get some good advice. They have always been very Professional, Trustworthy, and are always very willing to help out when in need! I love each and everyone of them and I thank y'all so much!!

They were patient and let me remove all my work tools and gracious enough to place my 5x8 trailer outside the lot for pick up after an unfortunate accident. Absolutely incredible service despite the circumstances.

Called today to get an estimate to tow my car to the body shop. I was asked to call back in 5 min. Weird but ok I called back and got the estimate. I asked if we could schedule the tow for Wednesday morning and was told to call back Wednesday and see how busy they were. I explained that I was going on vacation the next week so confirming a tow was important so I could have my car repaired while I was out of town. I then asked if they could schedule the tow for Thursday morning and I was told to call and see how busy they were. Needless to say I was not very confident about this company towing my car. I called another towing company and scheduled a tow for tomorrow with one phone call. They were also cheaper.

Terry's was awesome! The lady there waited on me to get there because I was late. I wish I had gotten her name. She was so patient and helpful. If you have to have your car impounded request Terrys.

I do not understand the rave reviews on the business . The dispatcher always has an attitude and never wants to send a tow truck for help. It's so bad that I am compelled to come here and add a review to warn others in need of help. I am left in the road in danger and stressed because Terry's Towing won't send help or have a good attitude to help me. Don't bother calling them.

They charge $30 per day and require ID, insurance, and tag registration. They also charge about $6 per mile but do not give any information because they don't answer phone calls (I had to make two trips because they only take cash). I was also told they close at 5pm not 6pm like shown on their business hours. They didn't tell me what I was being charged for and because I was stressed already having to deal with so much I didn't notice they charged me for an extra day.Service: Car towing

I did not have a bad experience with Terry's but the pricing was a little outrageous I got my car towed literally across the street not even .1 miles and they charged me $175 for the towing they literally could of pushed my car across the street to the tow shop

Terrys Auto Towing is one of the most professional and renowned towing services in the state of Georgia. I have called them every single time I needed a tow for my vehicle after a collision, even called them for a tow from a bar when I was unable to drive and without fail they showed every single time in a timely fashion. Their drivers are always friendly and their willingness to lend a helping hand. I even had Terrys Garage repair my vehicle after a collision and my vehicle was restored to its off the lot luster. I would recommend Terrys Auto Towing to anyone and I will continue business with them due to their impeccable, timely, and professional drivers and office staff! Terrys Auto Towing is my families preferred Wrecker Service!

I've been using Terry's Towing since 1997, and in my opinion there is absolutely no other wrecker service in North Georgia that compares to the professionalism, excellent customer service, and fair pricing, that the Terry family provides. They are reliable, respectful, and I would recommend them for your towing needs.

I can't say enough good things about Terry's Towing! I know them personally, but have also called them every time I had a car that needed to be towed or even to unlock my car because I messed up and locked my keys inside. They are the most caring and compassionate people I've ever met! Being friends with Travis Terry on Facebook, I've seen him personally post asking everyone for their help in finding a dog that ran off after accident that they worked, in an effort to return the dog to the lady. He didn't have to do that, but that's the kind of heart that they all have and that alone, says a lot about the type of business that they run!!!This is more than just a business to them and they take full pride in all that they do!!! As far as I'm concerned, they're the absolute BEST!!!! I mean, there's a reason they've been in business for so long....it's definitely not due to the select few folks that TRY to make them look bad!! It's due to all THEY HAVE DONE for their community and their customers!!!

I am so Grateful for Terry's Towing. We needed someone to pick up an old family truck and help get it loaded into a Semi Trailer so we could have it transported up state to be brought back to life. Everyone at Terry's Towing were so helpful and professional. I would highly recommend this company. Terrys Towing is an amazing family ran business, I believe their daily schedule speaks for its self. Travis has spent countless hours teaching/helping my son with and about his motorcycle, he's towed my other sons truck. I respect the fact of their honesty if they can't get to me when I want it & I'm more than happy & willing to schedule an appointment to be able to have the best towing service in the South hauling my vehicle.Keep On Keeping On Terry's, our town appericates all your hard work.

Horrible service, rip off pricing, was charged 300 dollars for a 2 mile long tow.and my vehicle had a flat tire when I went to pick it up. on top of that they don't tell you that you need cash only until you are there in person.no information over the phone. classless scummy people work here. 0 stars would be more accurate than 1
