Disclaimer English is not my first language. I made a mistake of signing up for a membership that i believed was a one month access. I thought that it was a one time fee for unlimited access to car washes for 1 month only (this is how the other car wash places i've been to have done it). after 5 months, I found out that $19.99 was charged every month without my knowledge. i had my daughter talk to them over the phone to try and cancel my membership and explain my situation. they told her that i would need to cancel my membership online and that I would receive a refund when the manager calls back the next Tuesday. but i never received a call back so I went in person to see if my situation could be handled. they said they will have to talk to their manager and he will call me back. again, i never received a phone call. the matter is not about the refund but the poor communication with this establishment. I realize my mistake, but do not say that you guys are able to provide me a refund and have me wait 2 weeks for a call that i have not received. it is extremely unprofessional of you guys and I am deeply disappointed how poorly this establishment takes care of business.

For work, I travel all over the state and this is by far the best Car Wash/ Oil Change I have ever used! Not only are they honest and quick with your oil change, but the car wash I receive and detailing inside leaves my car immaculate every time!

Recently purchased unlimited washes for both our vehicles. In reviewing our bank acct, they charged us twice for one of the vehicles (2 days after the original purchase). Going in the office, the desk couldn't help, the manager on duty didn't help, said we'd be contacted in 2-3 days by the manager. No contact.Also on purchasing the washes at the drive thru kiosk, I asked the attendant how to cancel the monthly automated charges for future service, he said I'd have to call or go into the office. While in the office checking on erroneous charges, I told them I'd cancel both vehicles at the end of the current cycle. Girl at the desk said I could only do it online... when I questioned that, the manager on duty came out and cancelled it while I was there... (we'll see if that actually worked...)Hate they can't get the admin together there... the washes really are good and the facility has other great services I've used over the past few years.**update 04-2024 After speaking with Lucas, issues have been resolved. He states things will improve and to let him know if there are any other issues.

NOT UNLIMITED WASHES AS ADVERTISED!!I bought a 19.99 a month unlimited wash club membership. This is FALSE ADVERTISING. I washed my car at lunch, and then a bird decided to use my windshield as a bathroom. After work, I went to go use my unlimited wash club membership only to find that I had reached a daily limit of one per day. Nowhere is marked on your advertising or in your fine print. Needless to say, I am extremely disappointed with your inability to honor your advertised special, and I will be canceling, unless this is rectified immediately

I go here for Express oil changes and EMISSIONS testing. I have had great experience with them for both things. The workers are very fast, efficient and nice to talk to!

Don t got there people , not a good service at all , they are offering additional services but don t do them and then asking to come back if you want to fix them , don t have time for it , the administration rude,Paid for doors and console full service 68$ and look at the pics

This is the best car wash in the area. People come from all over to use this full service car wash.The staff is cordial and do an excellent job.

No line. Pretty quick. There wasn t a kid pushing the buttons for me at the kiosk which was a good thing (had one give me a more expensive wash once at a different car wash). But, my last time through seemed to produce more swirls than previous visits, but swirls are to be expected at a drive through carwash.

Came in for an oil change and was greeted most kindly by Noah and Javier, saw that they offered additional maintenance services at a fair and reasonable price.I wanted front and rear differential fluid change and air filter replacement. Upon examination Javier showed me the filter was fairly clean and did not need replacing as well as the front differential fluid being clean ( very honest and honorable ,thank you) most places will take advantage of a girl with little mechanical know how . They also did the plugs for me again at a fair price I even got a free car was (standard with every oil change. Most delighted customer.

Prices have gone up but service has gone down. Went here for an oil change yesterday & the price listed on the website was different than what I was charged. When I brought it to the women at the counters attention she tapped at prices listed at the counter that I was seeing for the first time and said those were the prices. Not sorry for the inconvenience or any ounce of understanding, just an attitude right off the bat. Price was only off by $4 but apparently that's worth it to them to persuade their customers to look elsewhere.Service: Oil change

Went here a few months ago and the car wash wasn t great but this time it was terrible. There are still crumbs and hair all over inside, residue/ streak marks from the cleaning products, and my windshield is still very dirty. I took these photos immediately after the car wash. Definitely take your business elsewhere.

I ve washed my cars at Supershine for years and these guys always do great job! I also get my oil changed here and they did a great job tinting my windows. Had a good experience, went on a Saturday morning and was in and out in about 45 min for an oil change and a car wash. Paid about $105 for 8 quarts of full synthetic oil and an exterior car wash. I have used this place before for window tint and that was an excellent experience from start to finish. My only 2 issues with this place were, it was a little confusing when you pull up to the bays. There is no signage directing you what to do, so after sitting for about 5 minutes I had to ask and was told I could either stay in my vehicle or go and sit inside. I went inside and it s really nice. There s windows to watch the cars get washed, and comfortable seating area with TVs. The bathroom was also very clean! My last issue was when I got back in my truck there were oily boot print s on the floor liner, on the door sill and oil spots on my center console and door handle. You think they they would use disposable paper mats and gloves but, besides having to clean up a little I would definitely give them another chance at my businessService: Oil change

Bought a membership few months back because I noticed going through the wash just once isn't good enough. So i went through the wash twice or three times and canceled the membership right away. I realized I have been getting charged for the last few months so I called to get a refund. The first two times, they said they will have to talk to their boss and they will call me back. Never happened. I called today for the third time and they said "my boss said he can either do a gift card or free month of wash"..Would never recommend this place.

Just paid $90 and I still had to go in my car and clean it myself in front of the employee. The car wash was $35 and I added super interior cleaning ($55) because I knew the inside was a bit dirty. I got the car back and yes, it s was a little cleaner but nowhere near paying an additional $55. They just did a regular cleaning. I asked the employee before paying for information about the differences between the packages, and he didn t know. I m extremely disappointed. If I could, I would ask for my money back.

*EDITED*Cancelled my membership. They started turning off the machines 10 mins before closing time. I stood in line before they put the cones out and this kid had me and another person turn around because the machines are turning off now Looked at their reviews recently. They have gone down in service.EDIT: Brian from the wash reached out to me and corrected the situation. He went out of his way on multiple occasions to correct it.The persistence from Brian gives me hope in customer service.

Came in for an emissions and an oil change. Got a free exterior car wash with the service. Staff was very friendly, helpful and was finished very quickly. Will definitely come back.

I have tried multiple times to use full service, but I am disappointed every time. I paid $58, with a $13 tip for a 10 min "full-service experience." I paid $18 for dash, door, and console wipe down and still have debris on my dash. Self-service is expensive but better than full-service wash

They did a horrible job I paid over $130 and then had to buy all of the things I needed to come home and detail the interior of the car they didn't clean the cup holders the pockets on the doors the door handles the door panels the sides of the seat around the gear shifter it was awful and the guy said they're like he was waiting for a tip here's a tip please learn to clean a vehicle

The basic car wash is actually really good, got about 96% of all the debris off my car. And it is pretty consistent too. The vacuums are all right but they get the job done, I love how they include the complementary towels and Windex all purpose cleaner
