Good, quick & efficient service! Plus you don t have to get out of the car.. great if you have kiddos with you! Staff members were very helpful & personable! Definitely will return for future oil changes!A note for the owners: a rewards program would be a great feature! :)

Wasn t sure they would operate on a diesel, but was pleasantly surprised they agreed. I bought the necessary supplies for it, they took care of the rest. Very reasonably prices, and the time given is no lie. I hadn t realized how close I was to close, either, but they didn t complain or anything and maintained a professional as well as personable persona. Absolutely wonderful, I plan to be a very loyal customer in the future and would definitely recommend to anyone needing an oil change.

I wasn't expecting such a great experience having to have the oil changed in the minivan. However, Justin and Israel were friendly, knowledgeable, hard working and efficient. I was truly impressed by their quality of work. I will definitely be coming back with our other vehicles. Also, spreading the word about how awesome the service is at Strickland Brothers!

I am not typically the one to take my van in, so I was very nervous. The two guys that were working were so reassuring and patient with me. They kept telling me everything they were doing and just being so kind. I could not thank them enough when they were done. And it did not take long at all. I highly recommend. I will not go anywhere else.

First time trying this place as it's conveniently located close to my workplace. Was welcomed with a cold water bottle which is very appreciated because I haven't been to a place that does that anymore or ever did. Prices given to me upfront and was offered a discount as well when had more than 1 service done. All in all, I liked it and will be back again for my next oil change.

Assistant manager and tech working today were great. Polite, professional, and focused. Being able to stay in my truck while they serviced it was novel! The shop definitely needs more people working there to help with the growing pains. Having a pricing menu outside the bays would also be nice- Customers like being informed. Will be back soon!

Ladies, please make sure you have someone like a father, husband, brother with you when you come to Strickland Brothers. I tried this place once since it just opened up by my house, and I was very uncomfortable with the service provided. Almost $80 for my cars oil to be changed, since my car was over 100.000 miles and needed a special oil When I mentioned how that seemed strange they instantly offered $15 off. Didn t even check my tire pressure, fluids, lights, or air filters. Try Valvoline Express Care on Wallis Road about 4 minutes down the road. They do all of this and an oil change for about $60, explain everything they are doing, and sometimes you get a free car wash or interior detail, too.

I stopped at Strickland Brothers on a spur of a moment I had been told twice and reminded again that I need to check my oil. I knew I needed to do this and I just happen to be at a business next door. I am so glad I stopped. Come to find out they couldn't even get any oil on the dip stick. I was out completely out. He said I had a cracked valve. They called the auto parts store and the owner went and picked a new one up. They got everything done and wouldn't even let me pay for the part and their trouble. I promise I'll never go anywhere else. I'm a widow and having to learn a lot since my husband passed away.They were so much help. At least I know where the dip stick is now even if I can't reach it. I suggest if there is a Strickland Brothers near you. I definitely would give them a try. I don't think you will be disappointed.

The people at Strictland were efficient and friendly. The interest taken was appreciated also. I am a veteran, so he checked to see if there would be a difference between my coupon and my military discount. There was an about $2.00 additional savings over what the coupon offered. A WIN for me.Thank you, Guys.

Justin and Jaden were beyond caring and courteous. I m so happy to have found a place I can trust to change my oil without paying and arm and a leg or having to wait to drop my car off. Super convenient with A+ service.

Used to go to Express Oil in Buford! Nothing express about that place. However Strickland Brothers was fast and efficient. Had an oil change and new windshield wipers placed on. They give you options to choose for services and don t force the more expensive option on you! I was even given $10 off, along with more coupons attached to the receipt! They are kind and professional! Will definitely be my go to place!

Okay so this place is new and I get that but very interesting how they started the place out with newbies that are very inexperienced. They had 2 guys watching over them but not as well as I think they should. I have worked in the oil change industry for 10 years and I can tell you that the guys working there are very inexperienced and that s scary when it comes to your vehicle. The hood tech didn t know what color antifreeze my vehicle had until I told him and the engine flush I asked for was the 1st one he s ever done he said. I have 2 lights out and my car even tells me so, yet they said all the lights were good. I didn t dare ask them to check them. I won t return unless they have more experienced guys working there in the future.

My 17 year old daughter took her car here and it s the first time she s gotten her oil changed by herself and the first thing she said was they were soo nice even when she didn t know how to pop her hood. She learned a lot ;) and they didn t take advantage of the fact she went by herself for the first time. Would highly recommend and my daughter will be back.

Great experience! They were quick and professional. A great addition to the area given that other places can tend to take awhile. A minor issue arose after initial oil change, so we went back, and Michael took care of us promptly and resolved things.

I received a coupon in the mail and thought I would try them out before driving down to Savannah. When I showed up I was greeted by Mike, who helped me from start to finish. We ended up talking about mutual experiences in the military, and he let me keep my coupon and just gave me a military discount comparable to the coupon. Solid group of guys, would definitely come back.

The Service was fast, and I didn t have to wait an hour like I did at the last place. The only thing that I would change is that they carry Mobil One Synthetic Oil instead of Valvoline. I have had very good results using Mobil One Synthetic 10W 20.

The technicians are inexperienced and didn t reset my oil monitor on my truck and they gave me a sticker saying I needed an oil change in 3000 miles not 5000 miles even though they did a full synthetic oil change. It s also a bit pricey when you can get an oil change and tire rotation at the dealership for 40 dollars less.And 10 minutes is only if you are the only one there, they are only staffed to run one bay and your time doesn t seem to matter to them.

It is a terrible service if you don't want your car to be damaged, go somewhere else two months ago I went to get the oil changed, now my car's engine was damaged, the mechanic explained to me that they didn't put enough oil in the car, my car doesn't have any leaks. I don't handle it every day. The day I went to do it, the guy who did it was there. I doubt what he was doing, he had to watch a video on YouTube, I went to make a complaint and his response was that they couldn't do anything, they also had more people making complaints about their bad service.

Mike, PJ, and Ben did a great job serving my Ford F-150 truck! They changed out the air filter and it needed changing! They gave me a discount for being a veteran! I do recommend Strickland Brothers 10-minute Oil change!
