This is my second visit to this location and brought my "mid-life crisis" with me this time. The guys did a very professional job. They had all the tools necessary to lift my Corvette properly, took extra care in mounting the tires, properly torqued the lug nuts, worked as a team to ensure the tires went back on in the same position to keep the tire pressure monitors in the right place, and made sure all the tires and wheels were cleaned. The new Michelin Pilot Sport All Season 4 tires are great and perfectly balanced. Thanks to Juan and the rest of the guys for taking care of my car and getting it done quick! Trust your car to these guys.

I have never had an experience as great with ANY other tire shop since I ve owned a car. I worked with Brent today, and he was so kind and explained everything to me in great detail, which I loved. The prices were extremely fair too. He quoted me 30-40 minutes to replace all four tires, I have NEVER gotten in and out that fast. I was out in 35 minutes after check in! The shop is so professional, clean, and the staff is great. 100/10 would recommend. I will only come here for any of my tire needs from now on. Thank you guys!

Excellent service! The pit pass crew took care of my flat tire quickly, gave me constant updates about the fix while I waited in their comfortable waiting room with a hot cup of coffee on this cold morning, very friendly, knowledgeable and made it a quick pleasant experience! Picked up a nail in the RR tire last night and headed to Discount Tire s Pit Pass in Oakwood. The level of service received was second to none and we were in and out in 20 minutes. (They patched our tire and completed a rotation) No appointment and they got us in immediately and all of this cost $0.00.Will definitely be taking my business here when we need new tires!Wanted to shared because they just opened up and I had a great experience!UPDATE: 02/20/2023 - Went back for a set of tires for my Blazer! Again I received amazing service and was in and out in no time! The level of service here can t be beat! (Added more photos too)

Went yesterday to get new tires. Last rotation they told me they were low, so knew the time was coming. But, on my way to work I hit a huge bolt that lodged in my tire. Bit the bullet, ordered tires and made an appointment for the same day, and they called me when the tires came in. Checked in, and I guess due to inclement weather the guys in the shop had been slow all day. They were LITERALLY jumping in the bays when they saw me pull up. I pulled in the bay at 5:05. Guys raced each other to change all four tires and their excitement was contagious. I was pulling out of the parking lot at 5:20. Fast, well done, and entertaining lol. Now, free rotations and checks, and since I got the warranty, free replacements. Can't recommend it enough. Even though I didn't want to spend this money right now, I still found great tires for the cheapest around and an awesome warranty. Thanks guys!

Very impressed with pit pass! My truck has an air suspension, drive mode needs to be set for service, and requires lift pucks to properly lift for a rotation. They knew what to do!

My husband and I got a wheel weight in our tire while on Hwy 985. We were able to make it to Pit Pass only 1.1 miles away. They got us in, out and back on the road with a brand new tire in less than 30 minutes. I wasn't able to take a Pic because they moved to fast.

From start to finish this was a smooth process. I special ordered tires, after calling around not only did Pit Pass have the best price but they were polite and guaranteed they would not scratch my wheels or they would have them fixed. I was told by a different tire place that my powder coated wheels would be scratched up by getting new run flat tires. But clearly, Pit Pass is the BEST, my new tires look great and my wheels are perfect! Thanks guys, you ROCK!!

This place is an absolute pleasure to do business with. Prices and staff are awesome! Brent and team are pleasant and knowledgeable. 4 new tires on my Grand Sport. In and out in less than an hour! Best place for tire repair and replacement.

4 new tires and I will return when I need new ones again. The check-in process was efficient. Dewan and Juan were very professional and friendly. I appreciated the opportunity to stay in my car and watch the tire replacement process, which was quick but thorough. I especially liked the technicians use of technology and machinery to ensure that my new tires were properly installed. Highly recommend.

Mavis next door totally screwed me over with my tires and Discount Tire got them fixed up perfectly. I should have went with them instead of Mavis (I've had an issue prior), but figured since it was a different location - it would be fine. I won't make that mistake again.I got to sit in my car the whole time. The gentlemen were very nice and knowledgeable. I was in and out in 15 minutes. Thank y'all so so much!!

About 6 minutes checking in, 22 minutes to get all four tires done, AND this wasn't scheduled to happen until tomorrow, but the tires were delivered today so they called to see if I wanted to come in instead of waiting!Really hope this concept works for Discount Tire as this was easily the fastest (and most professional) experience I have ever had with them.Shout out as well for the Veterans Discount... just be aware you can only get it if you are purchasing online.Ramon and all the rest today... Thanks for a great experience and fantastic service!

What a great experience. I had a bad tpsm they had it in stock and had it replaced and all tires rotated in under fifteen minutes. All the while I was just sitting in my truck working. Wish they had more of these. Not having to wait all day for service was fantastic. Highly recommend for tire services.

I took my car there yesterday and they took a screw out of my tire and patched it up. Literally done in 15 mins while I sat in the car. Today, I took my boyfriend's truck to get tires rotated. 20 mins later I'm driving out. This Pit Pass does not disappoint! Thank you! Keep up the good work!

Bought 4 tires for my Jeep from them. Was probably the best tire purchase experience of my 62 years on earth. Check in was quick and easy and then I was allowed to sit in my car while the tires were installed. Everyone was warm and friendly in the shop. The whole process took less than 45 minutes. Will definitely use again.

Purchased an $80 tire warranty on my tires after multiple nails/punctures this year in my hybrid vehicle. I didn't consider that an "up-sell", considering how much I've saved since purchasing it. If you own a hybrid or electric vehicle, and have no spare tire, I recommend you consider it. These guys treat you right!! Their service is top notch and the staff is excellent! Shout out to Davon... super nice guy there.

They took care of my flat tire quickly. Friendly and knowledgable staff. I have been a customer for many years and gone to different locations. Always good honest service and they never try to take advantage of you. I would never go anywhere else. Highly recommend.

I needed to change two tires that had bad tread . They gave me a great price on 2 tires and I was shocked on the price . I will only say I learned my lesson I went too a shop that I thought I could trust $1,500 later I will only go too this tire shop extremely quick and they have great prices for quality tires . If you need tires go here get tires and be happy with the price I was.They are honest and you definitely will see a difference in a good shop towards a bad one. I won t going anywhere else for tire service after my experance. Read the review s and had to try them out. Employees are Kind, educated and fast. I had an appointment for new tires at 10:30 on a Saturday. Showed up on time and left in 28 mins after pulling in. Stayed in the truck with my 5 year old and had updates by employees during the duration of instalation. Promptly answered questions with a smile. Nothing to say but good things. Pit Pass has set a new standard for tire service. Also, I declined the tire protection program and had no hassle on unsealing me.

This place is awesome and the guys are even more awesome. I wanted to go to the buford location but I always had to wait for hours to get my car back. Not here. The most I have ever waited was 32 mins and that was cause I got all new tires. I will ALWAYS come here best customer service EVER!!!

First class tire buying experience. I have been a LONG time Discount Tire customer and decided to try their new Pit Pass location. I must say, awesome experience. From start to finish, Brent made it so easy. Everyone was polite and respectful. I arrived at 8:45 for my 9:00 appointment and was out the door with 4 new tires by 9:10 I would absolutely recommend these guys

The other Monday l needed to install new wheels and tires on my SUV. I called Pit Pass and they said sure and told me the cost. It was reasonable. And so they got my business. The ne wheels and tires look great. They were efficient and the workmanship very good.Thanks guys!

I normally don't give reviews, but I feel as if I should . I've used discount tires for along time now ,In fact I'm now on my 5th set of Michelin defender tires .4 of them bought from the regular discount tire store in Gainesville. The last set from pit pass. Ok here go's. After visiting the pit pass ,the goods news is ,yes to their speed, service was definitely good. Price was the same. now for the bad, I've been in there 3 times now ,first time was to fix a leak.did a great job. BUT forgot to put my valve cap back on. No big deal .I went a bought a new set .2nd visit, purchased new set of tires ,balance ect. They broke one of my center caps on my wheels. Put it on anyways. Didn't take long for it to fly off. 6 weeks later had to get them re-balince( going on a trip). Yes they did replace my center cap which was cool ,but darn if they didn't break another one, and still put it back on .only a matter of time ,by-by. And then to come to find out I'll be damn if I'm not missing one of my new valve caps . I think their in to big of a hurry! One more strange thing is while it was on the balance machine, they said one of my wheels were bent. Now I've never hit any pot holes for one and two if I have a bent rim ,WHY hasn't the other store ever said anything about it before! . But I will still be doing business with discount tire , but not to sure about THE PIT PASS.

On the highway right near this pit pass and my tire went completely flat ! The crew got me right through the door. I was serviced by a Dawon, excellent customer service ! Got taken in and serviced right away. Felt so right. Put me at ease.

I ve been here three times for three different issues on three different vehicles and it has been nothing short of incredible every time. I cannot say enough good things about how quick, how helpful, or how kind the staff is here. Feels odd to say that about a tire shop, but this place seriously is incredible and being a part of Discount Tire includes all of the warranties and guarantees that can help while traveling if there is an issue. Glad to have found this place and don t plan on going anywhere else anytime soon.
