Good store and well sorted, but they don't ask for assistance outside the store. Rainy season, bought a wiper blade, the checkout person Ariel, didn't ask if I needed assistance, which I did. Ended up breaking the wiper blade.

The staff are always incredibly helpful. I'm currently restoring my 1999 Ford Ranger piece by piece and they are doing a fantastic job of helping me out. I drive past several parts stores to come to this O'Reilly every time I need something. The pricing on parts here seems to be much better than most of their competition and I'm under the impression that they either train their staff and their competitors don't or they vet them for knowledge within the industry before hiring because I've never had an employee at any O'Reilly tell me they didn't know what a starter motor was. Keep up the good work!

Hey Auto buffsNeeded to replace my signal return switch and ignition key so l dropped by O'Reilly and picked up some parts and tools. A good store great help with the parts I needed.Give them a visit !

The employees here treat you like family I shop here alot due to work and they know me by name if I'm unable to come pick the part up my self they bring it directly to my place of work i highly recommend this store big shout out to Brian and Joel for awesome service and running a great crew

I normally have a good experience when I come here. The staff is usually pretty helpful. This time I waited for nearly 2-3 minutes before anyone acknowledged that I was standing at the counter. The young guy who helped me a few hours earlier just stood directly in the back on his phone without evening coming to help. Then when he walked up he didn't even hardly acknowledge me until another associate was willing to help. It was unusual.

I never thought I could love an auto parts store! This place has helped me numerous time! Brian and Danny are two of the most amazing guys ever!! They are helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, courteous and definitely have patience to deal with me and all of my car questions! Lol! Hands down, the best Auto Parts store in town!

Talk about wonderful customer service! A BIG shout out to James for his wonderful, friendly and knowledgeable assistance this evening with my blown headlight! He was so nice and patient with me! I am very impressed! He is a perfect example of great customer service! Managers pay attention, he is doing a great job for you!

Thank you so much to the young man who helped me tonight figure out why my engine light was on. I know this is a free service and he was so polite and patient and answered all of my questions. I will be making sure to come here for any future needed purchases instead of another auto-store.

They didn't have what I was looking for, after adjusting fire I asked about Clay for the paint. The guy behind the counter never got up, yelled to me where the clay was and I left with nothing except a need for a auto parts store.

They are experienced and I can get pretty much anything I need for my vehicles they have good parts and if you order something it's there the next day or sometimes the same day

I stopped in here not long ago to get a lightbulb for my headlight. I paid for the bulb and the guy offered to install it for me. I could tell he didn't really know what he was doing as he was new and still learning. (We all have to start somewhere!) He grabbed the wrong bulb and touched it with his fingers when installing so it didn't work. The manager stepped in and got me the right bulb and installed it correctly. And then gave me my money back for the trouble! So even though the experience started off on the wrong foot, they made up for it!

I love O Reilly s after having bad experiences at Advance Auto & Auto Zone. The young man working there named Anthony was super helpful and helped me get everything I needed. I will definitely be back

Best parts store in Oakwood. Customer service has always been top notch and if they don't have it, they'll send a driver over to the next store to grab it. Worst case, you have to wait a day unless it's a specialty order which takes regular shipping time. They'll find you anything.

I always have a good experience at any O'Reillys location. They are very helpful and if the part isn't in stock they can usually get it quickly. The fact that they are open late helps also.

Went there to get OBD1 codes read. They dont do OBD1s but the guy there had some great info.

Everybody in the store is very helpful but the manager he is very disrespectful too customers and likes to get real smart with them, he acts like he doesn't care to help you or not ...very disappointed !
