It's easy to give Nichols Body Shop a 5 Star rating! They worked diligently with the insurance company to make sure they understood and approved the work that needed to be done. Then their paint expert perfectly matched the red metallic paint on my Ford Edge.The entire team at Nichols is so pleasant to work with. DO NOT let anyone else fix your car. This is simply the best body shop!

Nichols staff repaired a bumper cover, tail light, and deck lid repair on my Honda Civic. I waited for 2 1/2 months to get Nichols body and paint work. Communications were poor within the business when asked about additional work to be performed when car was in the shop with staff stating the best time to get this evaluated was when car was turned in for work in December. When I turned my car in Bill indicated that additional work would not be performed at this time that I would need to bring vehicle back. When I attempted to clarify as to why this was not better communicated with me so I could have received a complete job the older lady stated that the insurance company would not have understood why I needed the rental car for longer than the estimated/insurance repair. I've always been told if someone shows you who they are believe them. When I picked the vehicle up today there are two areas pointed out to the Bill and the shop owner/manager who indicated that this was not damage caused from the accident. When I explained to Bill and the owner/manager that these areas were not like this before the accident they were dumbfounded. When I was recapping the conversation with owner/manager he became very short in tone and speach. I was explaining the situation to the older lady as I paid my deductible and the owner/manager walked through asking in a deliberate tone "whats the problem now". I did not expect this treatment or attitude from this well used local shop when pointing out poor work quality. Unfortunately, do not depend on Nichols Body Shop to be an advocate for the customer but expect excuses as to why their performance was poor. If you are expecting anything that resembles customer service I recommend staying away from Nichols Body Shop.

Was hit by a school bus! I honestly can t say enough great things about this body shop. Got me right! Their whole staff is wonderful and will answer any questions you have! If you really want somewhere that s going to fight for what is right with the insurance company this is the place for you. These are very honest folks and also let me add. I left my debit card in the car in the cupholder by mistake and it wasn t stolen. Just a side note, but seriously these are very honest, trustworthy people at this shop, and I would recommend them to anyone. Above 5 stars! Thanks again from Monique.

This place is great. Very friendly. I felt comfortable immediately. Bill worked with me to get my insurance claim going with out hesitation. He kept me updated. Was a bit of wait time to be able to drop car off due to it being an insurance claim but well worth it. Can't tell where the new paint and old paint meet. Exceptional. Thanks again yall!

These folks are absolutely top notch.. After reading their reviews I decided to bring my vehicle to them for some minor repairs and it was done the same day I dropped it off! And not only that, their work was perfect!

This is an amazing body shop! My car got badly rear ended back in June by an SUV and had horrible damages. The staff was very honest about the damages and timeline of it to be completed and they even recommended considering other options, but I heard great things about this place and decided to wait it out. I am glad that I did! They did an amazing job on my car and you can t even tell that it s been hit! They also had it completed 5 whole days before the estimated time period. The staff is also super friendly! I m very impressed and wouldn t take my car anywhere else!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I absolutely loved this place! The staff members were very thorough with the details, dates, and pricing and were very pleasant overall. I first found out about this business through their sponsorship of the Atlanta Braves. When it came the unfortunate time that I needed collision repair, I called them to see if they could help. I was blown away at the kindness and professionalism of Nick and Laura. They took a lot of stress off my plate by contacting the wrecker & insurance companies on my behalf. They kept me updated how things were progressing and gave honest, clear, insightful advice. I would definitely recommend you check them out first if you want to be in good hands for your next repair.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

My wife went to get an insurance estimate for her Mazda CX-9. She said the staff was incredibly nice. They were very honest and said they had trouble with the particular color of my wife s car due to the 4 step process, and that only the dealer should work on this color car. Honestly and integrity are rare today. I will definitely bring my cars to Nichols in the future. Thank you for treating my wife so nicely.

Nichol's Body Shop is the best in business. Mr. Nichols comes highly recommended. He is genuinely kind and very honest which is difficult to find in the car business. He does impeccable work. It is the best customer service, and this is how businesses should be ran where they sincerely care about their customers. Plus, you are supporting a local small business that gives back to the community.

Their work is good, but beware of wasting your time. My husband called them and asked about getting an estimate on our car after it was in an accident and they told him Monday-Friday 8-5, expect 12-2 everyday. Okay no problem we situated our insurance told them we would be using Nichols and I took our car to get the estimate. The accident caused the passenger door to not close or seal properly so very obviously the car is not safe to drive. The estimator comes out gets all the information and then goes to write the estimate. They are busy so I understand it takes him a little longer as he keeps getting interrupted. After around 40-45 mins he finally comes out with the estimate and goes by the way the earliest we can take it is December 5th .it s September 19th. So I respond that won t work the door won t close, but it would have been nice when my husband called if that would have been mentioned. The front desk lady then proceeds with her attitude that she tells everyone she s spoken with. So uncalled for and obviously you don t because you were on speaker phone when my husband spoke to you and no one mentioned it ..all in all unless you have 2 1/2- 3 months to wait on them (and patience for attitude) I highly suggest you don t even waste your time calling them. There were plenty of opportunities for someone to tell us they were that far out and no one made the effort. Nichols Body shop you have wasted your time and mine.

It's not about the quality of work but Bill has been very unprofessional had 3 cars done there and the work is good but the way he treated my brother we won't be back as long as he is there when you say you never raised the hood and replaced a headlight, nose fender, really then when called out asked how many miles you have on it, 46,000, then preceded to open his door you have a tear in your seat. ? The hood strut was fine when it came in and he went through all this saying he is not responsible? he sent a e-mail to State farm saying they had to prop the hood up and it almost hit a worker in the head? He said he didn't raise the hood? the strut is less than $40.

Had a deer hit my van and tool it in since they were recommend by my insurance company. I am sure glad they did. They got my van done earlier than they said and even cleaned it up and you need to understand, when I say it was messy inside, it was really messy, I was so surprised. The key to a good business is good customer service and they way exceeded my expectations. Great Job!!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I was in an accident and had damage done to the front of my Jeep. I was recommended from a friend to come to Nichols to have my car repaired. They were great! Everyone was so nice and helpful. Especially Liz and Nick. Great folks. They know what they're doing and will do it the right way. They have really good technicians who do solid work. Fair pricing especially for the quality they turnout. Highly recommend them!

I am very disappointed in their work on my Chevy Traverse this time around. I was in a major accident in August and had around 13k in damages. First of all they didn't replace all parts missing from the accidents, (i.e the cap for the running boards)and 1 week after getting my car back, I took it back to them and told them I was having power steering issues. They told me that the power steering pump had been replaced and just added fluid. I also told them the traction control kept failing. They added fluid and sent me on the way. I have had to refill the power steering fluid 6 times since I got the car back in September. I am now at the Chevy dealership looking at a $4k repair. So basically, the body shop NEVER replaced the parts they charged to fix under the insurance work. I had expected better and had used them for another vehicle. I am all for supporting local business, but when you don't do what you said you did, I am going to make it an issue. This is my livelihood and families safety that you are affecting now.

Amazing Service!! Had my car fixed after a wreck in 1 week! Called me every step of the way to keep me updated. Never even had a chance to call them for an update. Very friendly and honest! I will definitely use them again if it's ever needed. You will not go wrong trusting them with your car.

My car looked better when it came out compared to when it went in for an accident! 17,000$ in damages, I was skeptical at first with work at a non dealership body shop to work on my lexus. I stand behind Nichols body shop 110% excellent work done. Very friendly! Always answered the phone. I even visited a few times during the repair process. Bill was very friendly and always knew what was happening with the car! A little back ground about me i worked for jim Ellis collision center off 285... keep in mind they work on Porsche, Maserati, r8 Audi's and so many other brands(multi million dollar shop). Nichols body shop work is better than theirs hands down!

Extremely happy with the work that Nick and his team have done with my car. Was t-boned in February. Just got the car back and you cant even tell it was hit. Amazing job. One of the best around. Please send your vehicle to them for any repairs.

The team at Nichols Body Shop gave us a wonderful experience during a stressful time. Pricing was clear and upfront, as well as the caveats regarding any "invisible" damage. We vacillated between self-pay and insurance, and they gave us clear options for each. The work was perfect: as if my car had never been hit.

Very happy with the work and professionalism of this shop. They did not take short cuts or settle for china parts on my car. Taking the extra steps to work with my insurance to make sure my car was as close to original as possible. I certainly appreciate the care and effort. I had a bad scratch and dent on a vehicle. I stopped by Nichols to get an estimate. They gave me a firm estimate in a couple of minutes . I also went to a dealer to get an estimate. The dealer could only give me a range on prices and all were 40% more than Nichols. I went back to Nichols. The repair looks like new and cost exactly what they quoted me. It was very convenient to have a place that I could trust only a few miles away. I also like the fact that they support local youth sports teams.

I took my vehicle to Nichols to have the front face of it repaired. I told them that I didn't want to know that the damage had ever happened and they completely delivered on that! From the time of the free estimate to picking up my vehicle, Mr. Nichols and his family and staff were extremely courteous and professional. They drove me back home after dropping my car off and when I was on my way to pick up my vehicle my brother got a flat tire. I called Mr. Nichols to let him know I would be late and he actually arranged for a tow and we were at his shop within 45 minutes. He put the spare tire on my brother's car at no extra charge. In my experience that is going above and beyond. He took the stress out of a stressful situation and made this experience much better. The work on my car is top notch and I will be taking any future body work needed to Nichols Body Shop. I would highly recommend this business to anyone.

Nichols body shop is a family run small business that did a greatbody & paint repair for my car a couple of yrs ago, but this time I ended up using Milton Martin because Nichols said I would have to wait 2 weeks before any work could be done to my car. I l love their family dog but it is an unprofessional atmosphere there where you dont get greeted or treated special. Milton Martin offered me snacks and t.v. in an air conditioned space while I only waited 5 minutes for my car to be seen vs 30 minutes and they started my repair and called for my rental the same day I took my car in. I liked that.

I had no appointment, but pulled in to see if they could help me with a "small" repair to my bumper (is anything ever small with body repair?). Nick Nichols and his team were attentive, responsive and made the repair on-the-spot!

You hear advertisements from body shops "like it never happened" and I can tell you with confidence that you will have that experience at Nichols Body Shop. The work they performed on my SUV is actually "like it never happened". They are wonderful people to work with and I'll take all of my future repairs to Nichols.

I recently bought a used car and it had some small scratches and rock chips on the hood. They did a great job cleaning and then touching up all the areas that needed it with a matching paint pen.
