I was absolutely blown away by the professionalism of Nates auto care. He fixed my car in 20 minutes and was less expensive than someone at a brick and morterstore. I willuse him from now on. I would recommend him to anyone.

I don't like going to dealerships or brand name mechanics. It always seems to be something else that comes up, doesn't get fixed, mislead, or tell you that there something else that needs to be repaired. Then it cost you more then what its worth. I had some issues with a previous mobile mechanic while out of town last fall. It was not a good experience. I searched for someone local when I got back home. I came across Nate and reviewed his professional experience to make sure I didn't set myself up for failure again. Nate checked out. I was glad I came across him and appreciated the time he took to come out, diagnose my problem, and fix the my problem. He was very responsive and attentive to the issues I had with my Ram. Nate took time to educate me and provided me options on what we he could do resolve the issues. Nate was honest and professional. I am certainly going to reach out to him for all my automotive needs as long as I am living around here. Couldn t recommend Nate s Professional Auto-care enough.Over the last year and a half he s worked countless times on my commercial and personal vehicles. Always on point, always honest, always fixes the problem in a timely fashion.Truly glorifies God in his work. Nate was awesome! He was very fast. Came to me in a parking lot 10 min after I called him to change my spark plug! He was very nice, professional and knowledgeable. He fixed my problem in less than 10 min. He was very reasonably priced. I would have paid more just for the service I recieved. Fast and efficient. I have definitely found my new mechanic! Nate is fantastic! So, I was Surprise when I looked him up again to see that my neighbor has given a one-star rating. I do not believe that review for one minute. Based on Nate s remarkable reviews on his website and from my Nextdoor neighbor app, I gave Nate a call. My second time calling him on a short notice regarding my car. Nate was great, charged a reasonable fee to come diagnosed my car and was very honest about what it was. Actually advised what was wrong so that I could fix it myself. I was quite impressed with the professional manner in which Nate communicated prior to the appointment. He responded quickly, scheduled at his first availability and apologized for not having a sooner appointment. He contacted me mid time and the day prior to the scheduled appointment. He arrived on time professionally dressed. He inspected the car and advised me what services were needed now and long term. Once he was finished,he reviewed completed services and test drove the vehicle. He made sure that I was satisfied. Mobile services are so accommodating especially when superb services are rendered. Woke up this morning looking for someone to come help assist with what I thought was front brakes on my Nissan pathfinder. Reached out to several people via Facebook and Nate was very quick to respond. Nate was quickly able to advise me what was actually wrong with my vehicle and took care of it with ease. He showed up on time and gave me a very affordable rate. He was very professional and courteous. I look forward to doing business with him in the future and will refer him to anyone looking for affordable reliable help.

I can t say enough good about Nate and his expertise! He has years of certified professional experience and also has worked on many of my vehicles over the years. He is straight to the point, is clear in his communication and prices and if anything has gone wrong (nothing has), he is always willing to make it right and ensure that I m taken care of properly. I can t recommend him enough. Oh! And one of my favorite things is that he s always made himself available at my convenience, which greatly helps, especially knowing that he has the same amount or more experience as the auto shops AND beats their prices big time!

I called Nate the same day I picked my car up from another shop. Nate came out and within minutes knew what was wrong with my car. After getting the parts it took less than an hour to fix my car. It is so convenient that he is mobile and comes to you in place of you waiting at a shop or dropping your car off for days.He is a very honest man and keeps you informed on what is going on and what the next steps are. Nathanael came out and serviced both my vehicles and got them to start running like brand new again. I put a ton of miles on my truck and after he was finished, it has never ran smoother!!! Everything was great! Nate came same day within maybe a hour of me calling. Fixed my car very fast! He knew exactly what this issue was l. I had been trying to get this issue resolved for a year now and on the first try with Nate everything was done perfectly!

Had a window issue on my 2016 Chrysler mini van and Nate was able to quickly tell me the issue and get the problem resolved at a very reduced rate from a dealer and did it right at my home. He also checked and filled my other cars air conditioner system. Great not having to take my cars in and did both of them quickly and professionally. I will recommend and use him again. Having someone good with cars today is really helpful.

Nate is the G.O.A.T. Period, point blank! My Husband has a 2005 Dodge Magnum SRT and the ONLY person we trust to work on it is Nate. He will travel to you, is responsive and most importantly (for this busy family of 5) - he sets appointments AND KEEPS THEM. Finding a good mechanic is tough these days, but we feel blessed to have found him. He's also worked on my 2009 Honda Pilot and I suspect we'll be calling a LOT more now that I'm over 200k on mileage. I have used Nate for several repairs and he has always been honest and professional.I had a Chevy Tahoe that I thought needed a major (and expensive) repair. I took it to Nate for diagnostics and he determined it was a $75 dollar sensor. I appreciate honesty above all else!

1st time I used Nate, I was far from and my tools. I gave him a call, he came and fixed it and I was back on the road. 2nd time, it was a job I didn't want to do myself. He does a great job at a good price. I totally recommend.
