James is the best RV Tech I have met!!!!!I asked him about my Solar Install project and he was ready to jump in. He installed 1200 Watts of panels on my Class C roof, 920 AH of LiFePO4 batteries and a 4000 watt Inverter/Charger.Next he added 3 more drawers to the Pantry cabinet, installed interior cameras so i can monitor my dogs, swapped out my Dometic Thermostats for Micro Air thermostats, a new Lithium Battery Isolator. Replaced the 2 cheap factory vent fans with Dometic Fan Tastic fans and Rain Covers, moved the single MaxAir Vent Fan and put a rain cover on it. Check out the attached pictures. This RV Technician can not be beat. I highly recommend! We are going full time in June and we will be back here in GA every 6 months for Doctors and other business, we will have James do ALL our RV maintenance when we are here. He has completed all the upgrades I could ever think of and more! If I didn't know better I would swear James could walk on water, because he knows where all the stones are!

I needed my new RV fridge checked, as it was not working. I took it to him and he tested it thoroughly and confirmed it is fine. He then explained to me how to properly wire the electrical supply for that unit. Very courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. His rates are fair and affordable. I would give 6 stars if that were possible, and will gladly refer everyone I know to J hope..

Yesterday James brought my vision to life in my 2022 Geo Pro. It was almost perfect for us but now it is perfect. James came to our house and in a few hours he removed our cooktop that we don t use and the hood. He reinstalled the original sink and faucet into a beautiful butcher block wood top and installed a pop up electrical access with USB ports. Now I have adequate counter space. James took the sofa arm off and added a bracket to allow removing the arm with the slide in so we can access the bathroom if needed during travel. After these alterations, he checked the electrical, water and propane to ensure they all worked safely and appropriately. James is conscientious, and pays attention to details. He is very knowledgeable and is a certified RV tech. He explained the electrical alterations and circuits and we talked through the occasional use of an induction cooktop. We will definitely call James again!Service: Electrical

Called James at J Hope RV repair while parked at Road Atlanta Speedway. Picked up immediately and spoke to him and explained the situation. Gave me a time to meet, he braved all speedway traffic and met us at RV. With in minutes of checking things out, he took care of the problems and got the RV up and running in no time!Also, had a question the next day and explained where to find the correct switch and all was right for Petit Le Monde race...If, anyone is in the Braselton area of Georgia, reach out to this RV genius and have him solve you headaches !10 stars if we could give them in this review.

I called James at 8am on a Saturday he arrived at 9:15am and finished at 9:38am replacing our main camper cable wires and saving me and my wife s lives. We had overloaded our circuits because of a space heater and burning our main power cable. He was so professional and helpful I could not recommend a nicer or faster technician. Don t bother looking anywhere else he s all you need and all I will use from now on.

James did an exceptional job! I selected him based on Google reviews and I was not disappointed. He was able to come quickly and notified me when he was running a little beyond our scheduled time to keep me updated. My hot water heater was not working. He determined I damaged the heating element and was able to repair promptly with a new element he had with him. It was great having the convenience of James coming to my house to repair. He taught me a few tips about my camper unrelated to my hot water heater. His fee was as he quoted to me. I found James to be skilled, honest and very helpful in teaching me about my camper. Next time I need our camper repaired I will definitely be reaching out to James!

A friend referred James to me as someone she like and trusted to work on her RV. Called James and set a time for James to look at a couple of things on my RV. James was on time, very nice, knowledgeable, looked at my RV and make recommendations for maintenance. I will call James for any issues that may arise on my RV. Best thing about using James, you don t to leave your RV at a shop for weeks or months to have someone look at your problem. Thanks James.

Our furnace went out on a Saturday evening in our RV and Mr.Hope came out Sunday and fixed it for us. It was very cold weather and he was very professional, timely and efficient. We appreciate him getting our furnace fixed during this cold weather spell even on the weekend.

After getting the water connected, I noticed a leak. With it being so late, I couldn t run to a store to get the part needed. JHope showed up quickly (Lake Lanier) and fixed the leak. He seemed very knowledgeable, professional and respectful. Next time I need something repaired, this is who I m calling!

The best experience I have ever had with service on my RV. I called him this morning, he said he had an opening at 12:00 and he was here right on time. He worked until he found our issue. Gave my husband a lot of technical information about our RV, and how to's for future issues that he can fix on his own. He was super friendly and knowledgeable. He will be our go to guy for any future issues we may have. So much better than having to take your camper to a dealership and leaving it and having to wait on getting the service done. He is absolutely the best!!!!

James did an Outstanding job first identifying the problems and then sorting out the fixes needed.The converter, the inverter and the chassis battery were all part of the problem.James explained what was and what was not covered on our 2019 Nexus 27v Viper and was "spot on" with his estimate and coverage.We are now up and running ready for our next fishing trip to NC in November.James is good to his word, on time, knowledgeable and honest.If your RV needs maintenance I would recommend him highly.DocReott

The best mobile technician we have ever called! He fixed an issue with our furnace that we had been struggling with for months and had stumped two other techs. He was here an hour after we called and had the problem fixed less than two hours later. He explained exactly what the issue was and how he fixed it. Very knowledgable, super quick response time, we will absolutely be calling him again!

Contacted JHope RV repair for an electrical issue. Within one hour he had diagnosed and repaired the problem that had been an issue for a couple of years. James was very courteous and informative on other issue's I had as well.I would highly recommend JHope RV to anyone needing rv repair work. Alot of people have a repair guy, I am so appreciative to now have my own!! Thank you so much.

Replaced a dead refrigerator very quickly about a year ago. Also recommended a RV antenna and installed within a week. Can not say enough wonderful things about James. If you need RV work, he s the man to call. Very quick response time!Most recently, had storm damage due to a horrible storm that came thru Old Federal in July while we were out camping. Several campers flipped over with extensive damage! Ours was not flipped, but did sustain damage. James came out immediately (within an hour) and got us fixed enough so we could leave the campground. He was able to fix all the damages, and helped us with filing our insurance claim. NO ONE is better than James!!!!!!!!

Truly a jack of all trades! I called James out to replace our house batteries... and then I just kept throwing more issues at him.He ended up fixing our furnace (diagnosed the control panel was busted), replaced a flashing LED house light, fixed our city water (we've been relying on the fresh tank and water pump), and advised me on how to order the miscellaneous parts needed to fix other minor issues. James was super knowledgeable and persistent on diagnosing and fixing every issue we had!Service: Battery

J Hope to the rescue. We have been fixing up a 2007 class A motorhome and finally got it to the point where we made a reservation at a local COE camp site. When I put water in the fresh water tank and started checking out the plumbing, I noticed that I had a leak coming out of the black tank discharge valve. I called J (James) to see if that was something he did. Yes he does plumbing. Since he was only 3 miles away, he said I could bring it over. He got right to work on it. He had the part I needed and had the valve replaced and the compartment all cleaned up in an hour. Thank you J for the quick service and allowing us to keep our reservation without the worry of leaking black water onto a government camp site.

James at J Hope was AMAZING! Our propane heat went out and he came to our 5th wheel within an hour. He diagnosed that our heater had a bad relay switch, he had the replacement part in his truck and he fixed it quickly. James was very informative and he was able to file a warranty claim with the manufacturer so we had no out of pocket expense! Thank you James! What a phenomenal service! James came out to our camping spot, diagnosed the problem with our leveling system, ordered a new motor, and replaced it all within 5 days. He even contacted Lippert for us and filed the warranty information on our behalf. The repair cost us nothing! I highly recommend J. Hope RV to all RV owners in the Atlanta area.Service: Electrical

Awesome service, Reached out to him 2 days in advance and told him where I would be and what the problem was, He told me he would have the step motor and would meet me at my site the next morning after I arrived. Was there and gone within a hour, replacing motor and getting power to slide. If ever in Buford Ga area reach out to him, he cares about you and whatever issue you are having !!!!!!, thank you so much.

Highly recommend J Hope RV Repair. Found on google search called on Saturday after returning from a camping trip with an air conditioner that was not working. Spoke with James was not expecting such a quick response but he came out within just a few hours. I had issues with my battery and he was prompt with responding and came out the next day to test it for me and helped me with questions I had when trying to decide a new one to order when it turned out I needed a new one. Once the battery came in he again came next day to install it for me as well as resecured my solar panels on my campervan roof for me. His work was incredible, timely, and very reasonably priced. I highly recommend James to anyone who needs service work on their rv or campervan/converted van. This would have taken so much longer had I brought it to a rv service shop, all in the area quoted two weeks or more just to diagnose (tell me my battery was bad ) but with James I got it diagnosed in less than 24 hours and completely fixed in one in a week (and it only took that long because I had to wait for the battery to ship). I am forever grateful I found him and will use him for any future work I need!
