If I could give them 0 stars I would. Told Zach, the manager, that we were buying this for our daughter and 2 babies. He assured us that this car had been through 20 different inspections and was a safe car. Only to find out a month later that it was a death trap. We were lied to and family put in danger. BUYER BEWARE OF THIS PLACE. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS!!! Let me add, we paid over 7,000 cash, this was NOT a finance. They refused to make it right.

Never missed a car payment but because I had issue with my insurance company and they had a default in their system. It showed that my vehicle did not have insurance when in fact it did, and these people still repossessed my car, and now I have to pay a repossession fee to get it back when I ve never missed a car payment and my insurance was in fact actually valid it s just up for renewal in a week And they still are making me pay for a repossession fee. I have never heard of this before in my life. Yes I have a new number but my emails the same and so are all of my contacts numbers the same they didn t even try to reach out to somebody when they realized I didn t have the same number or send me an email And I could ve looked into it then and resolve the problem but because they re so unprofessional there and money hungry they took it upon themselves to come get my vehicle horrible customer service I highly recommend for anybody who s reading this to go to another buy here pay here! To make matters even worse two of my friends were going this Friday to buy a car from them just out right by it but I guarantee you they won t now!! I m actually glad that they ve showed their true colors before I sent my good friends up there, because these are good upstanding citizens that would be treated the same if ever a glitch was to happen in their insurance. so if you re reading this, I strongly recommend going to another place. The cars ain t even worth it there anyway they re all ragged out.

I got a car there 19 days ago and in 10 minutes today I had 3 different systems go out on my car. This is totally unacceptable. I will be returning my car tomorrow. So, I'm here today and they are talking about I have to pay to fix it and refunds. I bought the car as they said. Well I'm outside waiting for the cops. They want me to pay 13,000 for this. Now a few days later my car wouldn't stop and it almost took me off a cliff. Wow such great service!!

PLEASE READ!!!!! HORRIBLE !!! My husband got a 2009 Infiniti Fx35 with 170,000 miles on it .. as soon as we pulled off the lot all of the lights were on in the vehicle. Also the (VDC off) button did not work meaning he could not turn the button on, we have kids when the vdc is off the vehicle is possible to slide when raining ! They are a racist family owned business ! Things happen and our car got repossessed due to my husband being out of work due to covid and they told him he would have to pay 1,700 dollars to get the car back ! I asked for a price break down and the repossession agency information which I could not search on Google, the only information they were able to provide was a phone number. They are a huge scam ! They are selling lemons!!!! Most AFRICAN AMERICAN people come here because our credits are challenged which this place understands but they take advantage ! They sell cars just to take back and put it back online to sell to the next person ! WE HAD THE INFINITI FX35 IF YOU SEE IT ONLINE DO NOT PURCHASE IT HAS 184,000 miles on it now and they know how to alter the miles so if it s anything less they have changed it . THEY ARE SOOOOOOO UNPROFESSIONAL I WAS TOLD THAT WHEN YOUR CAR GETS REPOSSESSED ONE TIME IT IS $500 fee 2ND TIME IS $1000 fee AND THIRD TIME YOU CANT GET THE VEHICLE BACK I REPEAT DO NOT SHOP HERE THEY HAVE MESSED WITH THE WRONG ONE I AM SUING AND POSTING ABOUT THIS ON EVERY SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORM !!!!!!!! I WAS TOLD THE CAR WAS 10,000 after paying 2,499 it should have been 7,000 left only to find out the car is actually 16,000 this car is not worth 16,000 IT MAKES NOISE ITS BEEN IN AN ACCIDENT .. HAS HIGH MILAGE IT IS NOT WORTH 16,000 ALSO THE BATTERY CABLE ALWAYS POPS OFF YOU COULD BE SOMEWHERE AND THE CAR WONT START AND YOU HAVE TO LIFT THE HOOD AND PUSH THE CAP BACK ON TO THE BATTERY

Buyer beware I do not recommend this company to sell anybody a car. We asked Zak the salesman if he had a good safe car for our daughter and two granddaughters and he told us the car goes through 20+ inspections and it s a very safe car. here is what he sold us 7000 cash.

We drove over an hour to buy a car we had seen on their website. Every car we had found on their website was on the lot and ready to buy. No bait and switch! And it was the easiest car buying transaction ever! Definitely recommend Georgia Elite to anyone in the state of Georgia. Worth the drive to do business with good people. Thank you!

This was our second time dealing with Georgia elite auto sales. This time we had the pleasure of working with Jeff!!!! Not only did we literally come at the last minute right before closing and still Jeff took his time with us very patient great customer service great conversation wasn t pushy trying to make us buy just anything. Jeff was very understanding of our needs of a vehicle . People like Jeff make it a pleasure to buy cars from them. Not to mention good quality cars. And to be honest, the whole team at Georgia elite auto sales all great folks thank you Georgia elite auto.

I picked up a Subaru WRX STI from here, was a little wary because of the reviews, but personally I had a great experience. I got a great deal, they took good care of me, and even paid for the emissions because they realized it wasn t current. I worked with the sales manager Zach, answered all questions I had, and the process went by pretty smoothly. I financed separately.

These people are horrible, yea things happen and if was repoed but I came and paid $1200 to get my car back only for them to try and return it to me like this, repo never recorded and there was not footage given to us, we have went up there called and email and texted and no one is answering!!! They are obviously at fault and trying to blame us bc they didn t do their job right!!!! I called and left a message right before this post! It s been over a month and still nothing.

Amazing experience at this dealership! Very friendly, welcoming staff with a larger inventory with plenty of great vehicles. After a long day of car shopping yesterday, I was able to find Georgia Elite within just a couple hours of their closing time, and they were able to work with me & my family s situation to get us an amazing vehicle at a great price. At the very end of the process as we were getting ready to print the title and be on our way, a crazy storm came through knocking out the power for hours. The amazing people at Georgia Elite went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable & they even stayed late to make sure we would be okay to drive off the lot. I honestly can t say enough about this dealership & will definitely refer others!

Bad quality of service I called to inquire about a car and the lady said she couldn t give me any, and I understand if she wasn t able to but she was so cut offish and i perceived her attitude. First impression is always everything and that was horrible.

Georgia Elite has gone down hill since I purchased my vehicle. Down payment requests have nearly tripled for vehicles that are not worth it. They are selling vehicles that have a lot of issues but they re pushing them off as being in good condition. And the customer service is awful with horrible communication in response to customers. I have sent multiple people to purchase and I am now finding out about their horrible experiences. I will no longer send any other referrals and suggest that any potential customers be Leary and aware of the scams they are running. This review really deserves 0 stars!

Very disappointing. Went here from IL to get a car very nice people but there was an issue with my out of state license and I asked them if they were able to work with me they told me yes. Came and repo ed the car from my job and told me I had 10 days to get it back. I paid them to hold it for me since it would be a little over 10 days. Finally got issue resolved and they told me I couldn t get the car back nor could I EVER get a car with them again. Not to mention some of my personal belongings were stolen out of the vehicle when I came to get it. I don t think that is fair and I will be filing a complaint with the better business bureau.
