Eric and his team, are miricle workers and magicians all in one. I gouged the passenger rear quarter from a tree branch. It looks like it never happened. They offered clean up package which was a full buffing of my van and cab interior cleaning. I'm glad I didn't have to do it! I will refer my business to Dent Defense!!!

Car repairs aren t normally a pleasant experience. This experience was very different. The communication was stellar, the price was very reasonable, and the work was amazing. The exterior of my car even looked like it had been detailed. I am a raving fan because they delivered the wow factor!

I'm so happy I trusted Eric to do a dent repair on my brand new cargo van. He was extremely easy to work with and A Really cool guy that knows his stuff. I was so impressed with his work I couldn't stop smiling. He has over 20 years of experience and it shows in his work. He even came and picked me up when my vehicle was ready. Top Tier Service at its best. Dent Defense is the way to go!

Showed up 30 min before appointment and I was helped immediately by Eric. He came out to check the dent and I was told a fair price and quoted 30-45 min.The car was finished in 30 min as quoted and you can t even tell there was a dent in the first place! Amazing work, great service, highly recommend.I have included 2 photos with a before and after. The after photos show some glare from inside my garage and there is no sign of paint damage or a dent. Happy customer.

Wow what a refreshing transaction with Eric today! Not often these days can you expect to show up hoping to get an estimate for a repair and end up leaving 30 min later with the repair done. That's exactly how it went for me today at Dent Defense. I had hoped to visit at least two shops today for estimates to get some door dings repaired on my Lexus. When I pulled up Eric greeted me at the door and was instantly likeable. I could tell right away he knew his stuff. Once he told me his quote and asked did I want it done now I didn't even think twice. Who needs two estimates when you're comfortable with the first one? 30 min later he pulled my car around and the dings were gone. All around nice dude and great interaction. Would highly recommend if you need paintless dent repairs.

Dent Defense repaired dents to MG classic car and did a great job completing it as promised both within the time and price quoted.Dealing with Eric and his folks are like having a friend at the factory.I highly recommend them.

I looked around the internet for a shop that could do a great job for a reasonable price. I found this shop and I highly recommend Dent Defense. Eric at Dent Defense is the man who will take great care of you and most importantly, your car. Work was prompt and professional and best of all I can't see the where the dent was. This shop was a great experience with a comfortable waiting area and Eric was very personable and great to talk cars with.

Was able to give me a perfect quote over the phone did the dent removal with in under two hours and at cost that he quoted me! Super nice, friendly, and easy to work with! I highly recommend you go here instead of filing on your insurance, or dealing with one of the big auto shops that think of you is just a number

Took in my 2022 VW Tiguan RLine that had gotten a door ding and it was removed like it never even happened. Literally spotless. Very professional and affordable. Highly recommend.

From my initial call to Dent Defense Eric was very helpful and knowledgeable in assessing the damage to my truck. He was able to complete the dent repair with outstanding results, nothing short of an art how he was able to work stretched metal back to shape!Great guy to do business with!!

I have used Eric at Dent Defense for 5 years. He has not once ever let me down. He shows up on time, is very professional, and the quality of his work is best in the business. I have watched him perform magic on dents that I was convinced were destined for the body shop, but he saves them every time! I couldn t recommend Eric more if you need any dent removal. His work is top notch!!

Nothing speaks more loud and clear than an owner operator who answers his phone on the first inquiry. Eric did just that and showed the flexibility and "can-do" spirit of a professional who knows customer service trumps all!Not expecting same day service but hoping it might happen was met with the unthinkable, same day dent repair that was fairly priced, not inflated for timeliness, and performed transparently in the comfort of our garage.Though circumstances were arguably ideal and won't be expected going forward I will definitely only use Dent Defense again, either here at home or at his stores main locale.Regardless of the auspicious timing from day one, Eric's decades of experience and skill sets will make him our "go-to" for all PDR.Sincerely, B. Eric did an excellent job getting rid of multiple deep, difficult dents on my car. I highly recommend for any PDR needs. Already planning on having him work on another vehicle.

Eric fixed multiple small dents and reinstalled my bumper on my Camaro. I pulled up on a curb too far and pulled out one side of my bumper . I was able to trade my car in for a higher value after the repairs. Highly recommend Dent Defense! Thank you!
