Where can I start?I end up in this place after not been satisfied with my other mechanic that I go for the last 3 years and I feel like they see me and treat me for the first time every time I go.Jason and Tim welcomed me with a huge smile and they treated me like I was customer for years.Jason's son drove me home so I won't wait there and he picked me up too.Not yo mention they don't hide their repair shop. They have a plexiglass so you can see the mechanics working on your car. Transparency!A nice clean waiting room and the starter was changed the same day, and it works like a beauty now.God lead me your way, and I am so thankful!I really wish and hope that no matter how busy you guys will become, and you will be with the great services you offer, you will still remain as humble and friendly as you are now.

Now I understand why so many people rave about the experience with Christian Brothers! They took me to work in the morning when I dropped off our van, called to let me know they were finished, sent me the invoice via link, and delivered our van to me at my job!Very responsible price, outstanding time frame on the repair, and unbelievably attentive customer service!Highly recommend seeing Tim and all the others at Christian Brothers Flowery Branch!

Second time taking my Jeep to this Christian Brothers. The first time was for an oil change and tire rotate and balance. This time was to replace spider gears (both needed and preventative). After the tire rotation and balance my Jeep ran smoother than it ever has. Absolutely no shake even on the highway at high speeds.. They did better work than the local Jeep dealership. Also was able to complete some work in the lobby and got a complimentary ride to and from J Christopher s while I was waiting. Professional and couldn t be a nicer group!! Thank you Jeremy, Tim, Nick, Jake, and Jason!! Awesome work!!

What a great experience! Jason Moore and the Flowery Branch team quite literally did EVERYTHING they could to get me back on the road.I was 4 1/2 hours from home and stranded. They got the car early morning Friday and worked through the day, keeping me updated with progress and challenges. They even swapped the windshield wipers after test driving the car and realizing I should not be driving 4 hours in the rain with them!The car is fixed, running great, and I am home. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Christian Brothers Automotive group in Flowery Branch, GA to anyone in the area.Thank you for your professionalism, knowledge and sense of urgency to the entire team!!Sincerely, Pam

Quick efficient diagnosis of my problem. Less expensive than any dealership. Nice new and clean facility. Great customer service and follow up. Provided a local ride back home and pickup for having to keep my vehicle for an extended repair period.

I love my truck. A beautiful 2012 Ford F-150 with 235,000 miles. Heading south to Georgia she began skipping on those Tennessee hills. I have used Christian Brothers Auto in Independence Missouri when it needed a pep talk. When we got to Flowery Branch Georgia and located Christian Brothers Auto we were welcomed with real southern hospitality. These guys are fabulous. They kept me informed with a progress report and had my truck back to normal after receiving parts. Give them a call, they are waiting for you. Thanks so much guys. I feel like a member of the family.

We were so pleased to hear about the new Christian Brothers location in Flowery Branch! We didn't know how quickly we'd need to take my car there, but we had to have it towed in for some minor repairs last week. (On the back of work invoices there's a # to call for free towing to Christian Brothers that's good for a year!) The folks there are so friendly and professional and make sure to keep in touch if a part needs to be ordered or there is a delay in getting it in. We were even able to take advantage of their Grand Opening discount that saved us $75! We've been so pleased with Christian Brothers honesty & integrity for over 9 years and look forward to using this new location, too.The Cherrys

They are absolute best! The inspection on your vehicle is so detailed - they send a full report with pictures and everything. The quality of customer service is 10/10. The shuttle to and from home is so convenient so you don t have to sit at the shop waiting for your car to be finished. Highly recommend!!

First class operation!!! Jason was able to fit me in same day which with my schedule was very important. I loved how clean the location was, both in the lobby and bathroom, but also out in the bays - no greasy shoes or clothes in my vehicle!! The bathroom was actually set up for those with baby needs (including diapers). They have an area convenient for laptop work, including easily accessible receptacles and a phone charging cord available. Their entire set up was clearly designed with their customers in mind. EVERYONE was very pleasant, both to me and every customer that came in while I was waiting. I drove 45+ minutes and will do it every time I need service. THANK YOU!!

Absolutely the most comfortable and stress free car repair I've ever had done. The gentlemen there are very kind and explain the process to you. During the inspection they took pictures of where the problem was, so you know they are honest and not claiming there's problems when there isn't, like some Mechanics that just want your money.The lobby is clean with comfortable chairs and snacks.They offer a shuttle service and can even deliver your vehicle hack to you at home when it is finished. Wonderful. I hope I don't need anymore major repairs but if I do they have my business.

Clear vision here. Serve the body of Christ through the automotive service industry. They do it well with reasonable pricing. Communication is good, work done on my truck is good, nicely kept office area and a clean looking shop. Came and got me with their courtesy shuttle. Do business with these folks, you won't regret it.

I love the service at Christian Brothers Flowery Branch. They make you feel so welcome. I had a lot of things that needed to be repaired on my Daughters car and they took the time to explain everything. I am super busy and they made it so easy to drop my car after hours and even pick it up after hours with a key lock box. Highly recommend anyone to drop their car off here.

I have taken both my vehicles to Christian Brothers and always have such a great experience. From the staff to the owner, they are all very welcoming and knowledgeable. Definitely recommend them to anyone!!P.S. Their shuttle service is also a plus

A wonderful service. They quickly got me worked in and took wonderful care of my Jeep. I only knew that I needed new brakes but they made sure I was driving off in a safe vehicle. They treated me like I was family.

I went to the dodge dealership and I was referred to Christian brothers to have my transmission serviced. I called my warrantee company and found out I am not allowed to service my coolant myself as well as my oil. The guys behind the counter and in the shop worked together to show me the chemical tests of the coolant. They came back on the weak side against freeze protection and a bit acidic. I was so pleased with the customer service by Nick and the rest of everyone in the office I decided to get it done by then. They got to me quickly as I was a walk in and had me on my way with peice of mind and a better shifting vehicle. I am getting quotes now on two other older vehicles that have some issues. I hope I can afford to hire them to do the jobs. They are quick, friendly, honest and very informed. Prices seem to be ave average but the don't push you into getting services you don't need done. Thank you guys the 2019 dodge Grand caravan is shifting like it did when we got it and I will be back for anything I cannot handle or am not aloud to.

Christian Brothers in Flowery Branch is my new go-to auto mechanic!! Courteous, honest, friendly and top-drawer service!! They fixed the issues I had with my 2015 Traverse the same day and kept in touch with me via text through the whole process. Great work and best of all, locally owned!!!

This morning was my first experience with Christian Brothers Automotive, and it was totally positive. Everyone was so nice and friendly, my car was taken care of in a timely manner, and I got shuttle service to my house. They were not pushy with selling me extras either! This will be my new place to take my car!

I have an older car and had it serviced at the Christian Bros in Alpharetta. We moved to Flowery Branch and I was excited to see this new location opening near us. I took my car in the first week they were open. They were thorough in their diagnosis, friendly and accommodating in getting me home. They found that one of the more expensive repairs was still under warranty from the previous Christian Brothers and saved me a lot of money. I will continue using them and encourage you to as well.

Service was exceptional due to the knowledge, communication, and the steps provided to resolve the issues. Integrity is what I look for in a business and with out me asking, Christian Brothers honored their commitment to offer the first 100 new clients a free oil change and service upon presenting the coupon that was mailed to my residents. Add service is also important to me and Christian Brothers offered me a 20 point free inspection of my vehicle and provided me with the results. I will use them again and refer my family and friends.

This location is new in the area but I was aware of Christian Bros. excellent reputation. I was not disappointed. They identified the location of bad tpms sensors on our 2012 Toyota Highlander, replaced and programmed. Very satisfied.

I needed quite a bit of work done on my car but knew that my warranty would cover some of this. The staff went out of their way to work with my warranty company to get this covered and saved me over 60% of the covered cost. The vehicle is running beautifully now!

Had a dead battery on 2016 LR4. The team at Christian Brothers had be back on the road in no time! Jason mad fresh coffee as while I waited. I d highly recommend!
