Had some issues with my truck. Simple fan belt break; but discovered it was the water pump and tension pulley was not working properly which caused the underlying issue. BlueSky got me in right away, fixed everything and gave me maintenance recommendations based on mileage. Turned out costing more than planned; but who can afford a new car these days. I m 100% happy with the service and will continue to make them our go to vehicle mechanic. My confidence is back that I m driving a reliable vehicle.

Great service. We are new to the area so I was nervous about finding a place I could trust with my 2008 VW, which was mistreated by a few places in the past. Blue Sky made me feel confident that I will receive quality service and honest information. On too of that the place is very nice, waiting area clean and comfy and the service writer was helpful and friendly AND NOT CONDESCENDING, like so many are to women.

Josh was extremely courteous and professional.All my questions and concerns were not only addressed but he also included additional information as well!Good Job Josh!And a Great Big Kudos to Hayder, I felt the difference in my vehicle as soon as I pulled off the lot!!He is definitely my forever mechanic!!!

I would recommend BlueSky Tire & Auto Service. The service on my truck was excellent. Richard who is the manager there is a very nice person, and he was also very detailed in explaining the problems with my vehicle. It was a little pricey for me to accomplish all my problems, but he allowed me to do what I could until later. I appreciated that.

Was treated as a guest not a customer. Was attentive to my every request. Also was aware of my needs and took care of them. Richard is a first class person who you can trust. Needed new rotors and brakes, four tires, and more done to my spouse s vehicle. Pricing was reasonable and the car drives much better now! We will continue to bring our vehicles to Blue Sky!

Richard took plenty of time with me in the beginning to help me choose the right tires for my truck and my needs. The work that was done was thorough and in a timely manner. I highly recommend Blue Sky for tires and auto repair.

After the Mazda dealership kept my car for 5 weeks to change all kinds of parts to find out it was a simple purge valve I wouldn't take my car back to them so when I had another issue I tried Bluesky. I am so glad I did! I had dash lights on and dropped my car off on a Wednesday night just to get called 2:00 the next day telling me it was ready to go. I was in shock they diagnosed it right the first time and had it fixed. I am so glad I chose them and not the dealership this time because I wouldn't see my car for a month if I didn't. Thank you guys for knowing cars as good as you do and taking care of mine!

I took my car in on 3/11/2024 to get leaks fixed. They got fixed. When i took my car in i had air and when I picked it up the air didn't work. When i spoke to the owner Richard Palacio on 03/22/2024 about the issue at hand the air conditioner he said that it didn't work when i brought it in and he wasn't going to fix the issue that his shop didn't cause. I told him more than once that my air worked when i brought it in and that it didn't work when I picked it up. He said that i probably hit a rock and busted the line. Told Richard that i turned it on leaving his parking lot and there is no way i hit a rock. Not only did he yell at me he yelled at my mother and another family member as well. He asked my mom and I to come by and look at what he replaced. We went by there and he started yelling again, started laughing and walked off. The owner was caught in multiple lies. I do not recommend this shop to anyone. My receipt says he replaced the oil cooler but it was actually the oil cooler and filter assembly. Not only did he take advantage of me, he also took advantage of car shield.

Service was excellent. Gave quote for repair, scheduled appointment as requested and repaired car in time frame allocated. Noise is gone so I feel safe driving car again. Will go there again

I recently needed to take my Hyundai Palisade in for some routine service. Being new to the area I didn't have a clear idea of where to go. After reading some reviews of folks in a similar situation I decided to give BlueSky a try. It was a great experience. The car was serviced, I was kept informed via text on the progress of the work, and the end result was delivered on time and has had no problems since then. Richard and his staff were a pleasure to work with.

Stopped in because I was told I had a issue with my Chrysler 300 . The engine light came on and the dealership told me I needed to make appointment to get the oil pump censor replaced . Turned out Bluesky cleared the light after checking everything over. O charge and called me right away . Saving me from renting a car for work I thought it was going too be a big fix . Very trust worthy.

I needed an alignment on my vehicle. They got me in quickly and also did a courtesy inspection of the vehicle which gives the prices of each if you choose to service it. All for $120 out the door. Josh was very helpful and courteous. He set up the appointment and kept me informed throughout the process. I probably could have had it done for less by one of the tire chains around here but you never know what kind of service that you will get at the chain locations.

Every single person is so incredibly kind and honest!!! They break down the cost and show you exactly what you re paying for for fair prices. They always fix every problem I ve had with my car and follow up with me to see if everything is still working a few weeks later. It s hard to find auto services that aren t just trying to confuse you and overcharge for nonsense so I m glad I finally found a great, honest place.

The Staff was awesome. They did not pressure me into additional services that was not immediately needed. They gave me a written estimate before performing any services. There prices were reasonable too. The 7:30 am check in Staff was phenomenal.

I had a problem with my battery and stopped by a parts store for help. They said my battery was bad, but they were unable to replace it. They recommended Blue Sky. When I stopped by I was told they believed they could do it. They told me they would check it and let me know. I was under a time crunch and worried I wouldn t get out in time.After a few minutes a guy walks out with my keys and says it s done! What? Amazing!! They even knocked off a couple of dollars from the original quote. Great job!!Service: Auto battery replacement

Lets start with I wish there was an option for 6 stars. I drive a modified vehicle that requires a few more steps to get a proper alignment, something that an unexperienced technician wouldn't catch. Instead of giving me the typical "Toe and Go" the team at Blue Sky when above and beyond to do the job the correct way. It now drives better then new! I appreciate a shop that will take the time to do the extra steps to make sure the job they are doing is 100% correct and up to the customers satisfaction. I highly recommend Blue Sky for your automotive needs. Definitely a customer for life.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Steering & suspension replacement, Auto maintenance

I needed a replacement 12-volt battery for my 2010 Toyota Prius. I spoke to Josh at mid-afternoon after several nearby repair shops said they could not replace and install the battery. Josh told me to come over, and BlueSky would replace the battery by 5 pm. True to his word, I was out of the shop by 4 pm in less than an hour. That's what I call excellent customer service. Thanks Josh and BlueSky! You're my Go-To now!

BlueSky saved the weekend birthday with my (adult) daughter. My lights, windshield wipers, & radio stopped working as I headed out for the 2-hour drive on a Friday afternoon. They squeezed me in and got it fixed & I made it up the winding mountain road to our weekend AIR B&B cabin before dark. Good Guys!

This auto shop is clean friendly courteous, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to have them repair my stepson truck. It was perfectly repaired in reasonable time, and the staff kept me informed during the entire process.

I've been to Blue Sky Tire and Auto several times. They always do a great job and get my car repaired quickly, so that I can get back on the road. If you haven't used them before you should give them a try.

I was skeptical at first because i never heard of them, but it was such a great experience there. They gave me a quote on two tire replacements and two brakes that need to be replaced. I had the wrong parts for the brakes, but they ordered the brakes and took care of me the same day. Communication is clearly as important to them as it is for me. I have gotten calls and emails on updates on my car. Extremely stress free environment. I would recommend them everytime.
