The one on Spout Springs Road, the employees are friendly and were very helpful when I had to get a new battery. I'm glad that there are stores like this that will install for instance: battery. Will continue to purchase from this location.

Staff is always willing to help in person or on the phone and they seem to be more adequately staffed than similar businesses which may only have one person trying to do everything.

A guy named Kyle was very nice and helpful! He helped me replaced both of my low beams without hesitate! He introduced and guided myriad things/parts about my car that I ve never known before. I felt extremely thankful! Thank you very much for helping me, Kyle! Highly recommended this store

I went today, it is Easter, because I needed a front bulb for my Corolla,I was treated very kindly by Kyle, he replaced it by a new one that I got in the store. He has been a very helpful person.Good service and attention. Recommending this store in Flowery Branch, GA

My daughter purchased a pickup truck bed cover online. She entered the truck make & model and was told which size to get, and that's the one she ordered. Unfortunately, when it arrived she found that the cover was too long, so she brought it to this store to return it. Online it says that purchases can be returned at any store.The "gentleman" who "waited on her" was extremely rude to her, and refused to take it back, essentially because he didn't want to deal with it, saying it was "too much work".Ridiculous!!!!!He then craned his head around to see the person in line behind her and said "can I help you?" and began waiting on that person.Thankfully, another employee who was helpful and friendly took the return without a problem. The 1st guy then came up to her and said "sorry you got stuck dealing with that!". She replied that it wasn't my daughter's fault that they have a process to return something online (which involved them calling for an order number... so difficult!).I would have left less than 0 stars for the "gentleman" but the kind woman who helped my daughter counteracted his rudeness and refusal to help.I hope management sees this and will explain to that person how to properly interact with customers and provide appropriate service.

Super nice manager doing most of the work. I'm not sure how they keep her chained up there but she needs some legitimate staff. Stop hiring managers to do all the work, they will eventually jump ship, with or without a life preserver. I understand no one wants to work but it's not fair to have manager running around like a multi tasking robot at Amazon. Or is that the mission?

For rude employees I put this bad comment. Today at around 6:30 an employee treated me in a bad way and sent me to look for a part when it is not my responsibility to do that. and since I arrived at the store and he served me he was doing it in a bad way and I can be sure that he is a person who does not like to deal with Hispanics

Really bad customer service. I was trying to return an item I bought from another store, Waiting in line for the Lady on charge after she finished her conversation. she was not able to help. Go back where you buy the part ?? . I m Not coming back to AutoZone.

Kyle S is an amazing person! I came in looking for a clip to reattach my jeep fender flare, he took a look then got a tool from inside then proceeded to solve my problem using the clips I had. He said he would really like to sell me something that day but I just didn t need to spend money on this one. He took literally five minutes and was so genuinely happy to do it. He saved me from a potentially dangerous situation if that flare would have flown off while driving. Thank you Kyle for your kindness and Auto zone for fostering a culture of empowering your employees to do such great things! Customer for life!

Wish I could recall the name of the complete gentleman who helped me. He was an older white guy if that helps. Anyway, he was very polite and extremely helpful. Perhaps he did little more than his job. Still, he did it in a way that made me feel that he really cared about my windshield wipers. -Grey customer care!

My battery died in my truck. Got a jump, headed to the nearest AutoZone. They checked the battery, verified it was bad. Replaced the battery and checked to make sure the alternator was still functioning properly and I was on my way. A special thank you for the rescue and putting my mind at ease about the alternator. In and out in less than 30 minutes. Oh ya and all in the pouring rain. Wish I had gotten the young man's name. He was fantastic. Thank you again!!

The people that work at this store are outstanding. They've always been wiling to help me with questions and problems. I'm not a car expert but they've been patient and never tried to steer me into anything more than I needed. I'd happily recommend them to anyone that needs anything for their car.

I go to get parts there cuz they're guaranteed fit if not bring it back if it needs to be ordered just like the next day you'll get it unless it's out of state or something which is very rare that it's not

Hands down, one of the worst experiences with an auto parts store I ve ever had! Both gentlemen working Sunday 2/3/2019 were extremely rude and not in the least bit helpful! I showed up to try and help a buddy put an alternator on his van since it had broken down the night before. Most parts store now have loaner tools you can use if you are working in the parking lot. Not the case with this store! Not only that the older man working the counter had the nerve to say how do you not have tools, if you are coming to fix something .So I leave and go grab tools, get back and realize I still need a tension puller, so I proceed back inside to see if I can borrow it. Nope, they wanted to charge me $38 to use a tool for 5 minutes!! That s absurd! Not to mention the whole entire store smells of cigarettes!Do yourselves a favor and drive 1/4 mile down the road and go to advance auto parts! They are helpful, have tools you can borrow and even offer to assist!

The guy that helped me with my car I cannot remember his name but he took time and explained exactly what the problem was with my car and he was definitely right my car is a Acura DMX the air conditioners were asking for eight $1,000 for fixing my car okay I go to AutoZone and he uses that device to plug in to check my car it didn't take less than $100 to fix my car and that's the help from AutoZone thank you so much I almost made a mistake with the Acura dealers $8,000 they were telling me I needed a new motor okay well they were wrong AutoZone said it was spark plugs and the coil pack you can't beat that thank you Jesus
