The best car wash I've been to in a long time. The prices should be higher for what you get. Expect about 20-30 min from pull in to pull out, but glad they don't rush. Highly recommend.

We take all of our vehicles here! They will detail your car with perfection and if you have an oil change the detailing is free. Every time I have my oil changed and tires rotated and clean my car I feel like I have a new vehicle! These people stay very busy! I'd say the best time to go is a weekday, just before lunch. They get backed up on weekends. They have a very nice waiting room with couches and chairs and televisions which is just perfect if you wait until your car is done! I can't say enough about ASAP! Although I hate having to get my oil changed, probably like everyone else, I enjoy coming here knowing did they do a professional job an outstanding detailing and cleaning of your car. they always clean the inside and outside as well as the inside and outside of all the windows vacuum it perfectly and then use some sort of product to perfectly clean your dash and consoles. I don't think you'll regret going here. They do a lot and they seem to be very quick about it. We're going to oil change and tire rotation in the car cleaning I usually wait about 45 minutes.

About a year ago we came in got our oil changed and got our free car wash we thought it was a one time thing. Nope we were wrong. I didn't have time to wait for a full car wash so I figured I would just get it next time. I get my car back they had run it threw the car wash it was nice and clean and ready to go. I was surprised but it was a very nice surprise. The people were very nice. I did not have to wait long at all. If we go to Walmart we gave to wait hours... There I might have waited 15 minutes. We will be back.

DO NOT COME HERE FOR AN OIL CHANGE! The tech somehow caused my oil pan to leak so we returned and they tried repairing the problem by drilling a hole directly into it. Took to the Toyota dealer the next day and now we re out of pocket $1700. Worst experience.

They use to be great...For 3 years was servicing our cars here, then a loose oil plug had most of the oil drain in my garage. They came out, cleaned, changed the oil and filter again, no engine issues, and they apologized, etc. I have a permanent stain in the garage. A few weeks later I went in with my wife s vehicle, told the person before starting it was a 2020 model, he said no problem , brought the oil out, did not have the filter and put the dirty oil and filter back in. I m all about supporting local businesses, but not at my expense, time or risk.

I drive from Ohio every year to visit family and get my car detailed. They provide a fantastic value for the level of service they provide. Each year they make my car look almost exactly like it did when it was new. This year will be especially interesting as I m dropping my dad s car off and it s filthy. I ll update in a few hours to describe the car (they always get me in).

Been coming here for years. Always an outstanding customer experience. Typically get the military discount which means a lot. Today the young lady at the register was nice but missed on the discount. Only discounted the additional car wash $1.20. When I brought it up I said it looks liked you missed the discount and only discounted the car wash and not the oil change. She laughed and said yep. I believe she wasn t clear on how to apply the discount in the system and kept it at that. Little training here can help. It s not about the money so much as the principle.

A very nice and professional place to get your oil changed, get an emissions inspection, or get a full-service car wash. I had a very fast emissions inspection, and everyone was extremely professional. Multiple employees were out there cleaning cars, or you can clean your car yourself, for a much lower price. A nice operation here.

Avoid this place. Got there about 20 minutes before closing and the guy tells me that they aren't accepting any more cars. I pulled up at the exact same time as someone else and he took that car. Guess mine wasn't expensive enough. He did ask me what I wanted done before hand too. I'm sure if I was going to spend a pile of cash on all of the full detail options he'd have been happy to help. Maybe that's how the car right in front of me got in.Very poor customer service. Adjust your business hours online if you're closing early. Last customer 30 minutes prior to closing something like that. Imagine if that happened at Publix, or any other retail store. Any employee who did that would reprimanded at the least. It's called customer service. Figure it out. No wonder the reviews for this place are so bad.

They did an adequate job washing my car after I showed them the spots they missed. The customer service inside was much worse. I had a simple question about my bill and instead of answering it they were offended and acted like I had no right to question them about anything. They are very convenient to me but I doubt I ll be back. I like to understand the bill I m expected to pay.

Great experience! Reasonably priced considering you get a free car wash with your oil change. Staff is very friendly and came right out to help when I noticed my engine oil light was still on. Also have vacuums and cloths for free interior cleaning.

Had to go thru the wash again and sat there for 1.5 hours. Over spray all in the car and not wiped down inside to my satisfaction. And the windshield was streaky.They tried to redo it and was a little better. At that point I had to go. Not worth $35 and was not offered a discount or future coupon

We have been going here for 7-8 years. They broke my hood release latch in my car and didn t tell me. So I find out a couple of days later when I need to open my hood. We called them and they said they would look at it and take care of it.......well then about a week goes by and now it s a different story. The person we supposedly talk to was not authorized to make that decision. We will not be coming back. Good job to the owner. You lost two loyal customers with four cars.

Dropping rating and updating review. Update after new management:No more car wash discounts for seniors or ladies. No one called out when my car was ready, before I had an opportunity to walk around and inspect and get any spots they missed cleaned up, the vacuum of the interior was not as thorough as before. I can not recommend this place of business any more.

Good carwash at a decent price. The only thing I hate is that when you pay for tire shine for the auto wash it never works. Then when we bring it to the attention of the outside attendants they look down at my NOT SHINY tires in confusion. They usually apply it for me manually but not without me making a fuss first. If I pay for tire shine I want tire shine. We've now started going elsewhere. But who knows how many people are driving off thinking they got what they paid for. Please fix this!!!

I took my car here yesterday to clean up a small spill on the floor of my car. $57 later the car still stinks. The guy told me to do the deodorizer, and I got the spot shampoo cleaned, and I had to have a car wash if I wanted the carpet shampooed. I drove it home and noticed they didn't wipe down any of the interior or cup holders and after the chemical smell was gone from the deodorizer the car didn't smell any better! I went back up today and ask for a refund. Reluctantly they gave me back the $31 and they were going to shampoo the carpets again, but I told them no. I didn't want anything else done to my car. Melissa at first was nice about the situation but when I told her I was going back to Cactus where I get great service she was a little rude with her comment! Won't go back, beware!!

I have been using ASAP for the last 6years and after today will never go back!!!! $77 for an oil change I have always paid $50 for?!?! $20 increase when I asked for a basic oil change and nothing else....why was an air filter put in when I did not request one?!??!?! Absolutely not okay!!! The gentleman in front of me was questioning the same thing so clearly it wasn't just me they were ripping off!

Car was not clean out of wash had to spend 20 minutes cleaning bugs off I specifically ask to be removed. There is no crevis tool to vacuum small tight areas(i.e. between seats). Paid for tire shine and got no tire shine. Gave them 2 stars for hope of improvement. I however will not be returning.

I've been using Asap since it first opened. I've always been treated well and have been more than satisfied. It's fast, convenient, great service for a great price. Wednesday is Ladies Day and they give $5 off. They also mailed in Castrol rebate for me to receive $10 off my next oil change. They have the only free vacuums in the area. Convenient for cleaning in between washes. I am a fan!

My son and visited this place yesterday for oil changes. They did a great job on the car wash and found a minor problem with my car and replaced the bulb on my backup lights which I wasn't aware of. The cost was very reasonable. Highly recommend that you visit them check out their senior Citizen discount.

Miscommunication occurred between employees with service performed on my vehicle and it was realized that air pressure wasn t checked/adjusted during tire rotation. Chad, the service manager, personally drove to my place of work to correct the mistake quickly and professionally (and without me requesting). Mistakes happen and customer service makes all the difference. Will be a continued customer.Services: Tires, Oil change

I have an older Mazda with a foot long antennae on the back end of the roof of my car. Every time I go here I have to ask them at least twice to take off my antennae before putting my car through the wash. This time, I went in and asked the receptionist if they knew to take my antennae off and she replied yes and went outside to make sure. 5 minutes later I saw my car in the car wash- antennae still attached bending to the point of almost breaking off. I went and told the lady that the antennae was still on and she went outside. She came back in ten minutes later and did not say a word to me. I did not receive an apology nor a confirmation that my antennae was ok. Luckily, my radio still works. The car wash was half done and I had to remind them to do my trunk. I usually take my car here to get the oil changed and a car wash because they are usually pretty fast about it, but it seems as though I'm going to have to switch to a different company and take my money elsewhere.

They erased my kids existence from car lol. I have only had my car for 9months and in that time no matter how much I cleaned or vacuumed it just was ehhh. But tried this place yesterday they got my car looking as if I just got it. Will be returning here. Good service and a great pricing. I have been trying to find a place as good as Delta Sonic back home in Newyork. And I have found it.

Credit and debit cardholders beware. I had a monthly membership and I cancelled because I was closing a checking account that my auto pay was on. I called them to cancel and they told me they would take care of it. Then the next month they charged my card again, which my bank paid while having a zero balance due to going to close the account, and getting charged a $35 NSF fee.I went up there and spoke with the manager, she apologized and advised I needed to come back and speak with the store manager Michael. I went up there today to resolve the issue and they advised they would refund the monthly amount charged but I needed to take up the NSF fee with my bank. I explained I already discussed it with them and they would not waive it. Michael then stated well we're not going to pay for it. For a company that's willing to lost a customer over $35 does not show any value to the community they operate a business in. Guess they forgot they're in business because of customers!

Very dishonest. They will tell you one price and then charge you a different price. If you are quoted a price from one of the technicians there is no excuse to honored that price. The manager should honor it. Now you lost a customer that has 4 cars and will never come back and i'm leaving you a bad review because you will not stand behind you customer.Service: Oil change

Only used them once before for oil change. Brought my own stuff, oil and filter because I have an older car and I like the synthetic high mileage oil for my truck. They Changed my oil, but forget my filter. May not be a big deal to them, but it is to me, that's why I have over 300,000 miles on my truck! Pay attention guys. You just lost a customer.

1st time going to a car wash in years. Very confusing experience. No one to greet me so I went to express and got the most expensive(couldn't read the fineprint) listened to the membership sales pitch on video. I assumed that I would get a great wash with inside and outside wiped down and vacuumed. When I asked why the inside wasn't cleaned I was told I went thru the Express which is just an expensive outside wash. Apparently I paid a lot for extra chemicals. When I asked about inside I was told for $12 more I could get that!!!! Outrageous!!! I will do it myself. I will try there again and be sure to go thru the CORRECT ENTRANCE and see how it turns out. THEY SHOULD MAKE IT CLEARER WHAT YOU ARE GETTING AND HAVE SOMEONE AT THE PLACE YOU FIRST ENTER. My car does look good and clean but not as good as if it were wiped down.

You guys do incredible work when it comes to detailing, but your efficiency at it needs some tremendous work! 9 cars backed up out back, young man working his butt off to organize, girl pulling them into the bay is in slow motion, and the manager up front seems content that turtles can walk through the tunnel faster than the team moving cars through! Was told you are fully staffed...4 cars out front and more than double by the time i finished this. Might want to be a little more engaged....

THE WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE AREA!!!I have used their services few times and every time got worse.During last visit paid for $28 watch service, and left with job uncomplicatedafter waiting for 45 minutes withonly 3 cars ahead of me. The attendants was converting andplaying with each other and didn't care when I asked for my keys and left.

I been going here for years and today my car got damaged bad and the manger Micheal Gaddis was a complete disrespectful person who should not be managing a buisnes. Throwing your hands up saying your done when your at fault. Now i have to 20miles out of my way , time of from work to go take my car to a shop they choose and he isnt nice either. The front desi i believe Michelle is so nice and was embarrassed by his behavior. I will NEVER GO BACK and in Braselton and flowery branch word of mouth travels far. I am beyond disappointed and mad as hell. I am in customer service and you never disrespect a customer. .......i wish i could post pic of my car.
