Carl was a huge help to me today! Thank goodness I was close by this location when I realized my car s oil light was flashing. Carl went above and beyond helping me pour the oil in. From start to finish, he made sure the car was ready to go before I left. Thank you! 5 stars all the way!

The staff was very helpful. They listened to my issue and my thoughts on it without treating me like I didn't know what I was talking about.They ran a diagnostic test and helped me get a new battery for the car.Thank you gentlemen. Appreciate your help and listening to me.

Very good place for auto parts...Jeff comes here often or plans to come often welcoming place. Knowledgeable staff and friendly. His sister loves him very much even with at collar.

They sold me a battery not good for my car the wrong one. And I was nice asking them to return it and put the right one in and they refused very bad service there and I've been told I'm not the only one

The cashier at the counter rang up my order which I could not complete online because the part did not show in stock. The price was a couple dollars more - rather than put the item in stock, or honor the online price, I was accused of being argumentative and he placed the items on a shelf behind the counter with no explanation. I called customer service from the store hoping to get a credit for the price difference but instead got a much larger allowance for the inconvenience. When I tried to use the coupon, which was well over the couple dollar difference, I was told neither he nor the other employee would ring me up due to my belligerence (?!!) and that he would call the police.This in front of my young son, too.Stay away from this place at all costs!! (Especially a tacked in price difference!!!)

This place is always helpful and the employees are friendly. Christian did a great job helping us find what we needed. I always try to come here first when I need anything.Edit next day: Went back in to get some parts the next day and dealt with a different employee (don't remember his name). Unfortunately, I was charged 3x the price for a PVC Grommet here at this location. So I went to Auto Zone instead and paid $5 instead of $17 for it. I wasn't too happy about being over charged for an item. Thankfully I got a refund.

My dad who is in his 80s recently stopped by and purchased a couple of For Sale signs for a vehicle. He asked the young lady that assisted him if she had some tape as well and instead of selling him some tape she gave him what he needed for the 2 signs. She also went outside and held an umbrella for him as he placed them on the vehicle. Great example of customer service for something that cost less than a dollar.Thanks and keep up the good work. It was much appreciated.Unfortunately I don't know the young lady's name but thanks.

Husband and I stopped in around 430 pm today (Saturday). No other customers. Three employees were at the front counter. No one even acknowledged us must less asked if we needed help finding anything. Definitely poor customer service.

The young men at this store helped me and my mom today with a dead battery. It s never a good time to have a dead battery and today was no different it was hot! We were at the dollar tree and the car wouldn t start.C Youny between taking care of customers, He jumped my car off got it too the parking lot of Advanced Auto put my mom inside the store in a chair to cool off! Replaced the battery and made sure the car cooled down on the inside before my mom got back in the car. Awesome Thank you guys so much. Traci Watson

Never go here! These people are ignorant! Bought a battery last year. Started having problems with the vehicle. After two days of testing other things because they said the battery was GOOD. Bit indeed it was not. Switched out batteries, started like a champ. The battery was still under warranty but they would not honor because there machine said it was good. Spent thousands of dollars at advanced over the years with this kind of service? Will never go back, ever!

Only cause I can't rate it a zero. Poor store return policy on headlights followed by poor customer service by the clerk that checked me out. Same clerk when I returned and refused to take lights back. I have been here dozens of times, but this was my last. Dozens of auto parts stores near by...I have alternatives. Keep losing customers, brick and mortar store, and go the way of Sears. BTW, I own my own retail store and would never treat my customers like this.

I had a problem with my car right before they were closing... It was literally a few minutes before closing time and yet these guys were still friendly, patient and helpful!! They always are actually. I highly recommend this location! If I could give 10 Stars I would

I love going here. Kara and Brittany are very knowledgable and professional, always helping us find the right parts fast! It helps us a lot as we buy lots of parts, you will be taken care of no matter what you're working on when going here!

This is the only auto parts store that I consistently have a good experience in. Not to say that others in the area aren't up to par but none that exceed it as consistently as here. I am in an auto parts store typically at least 2x a week. So it isn't by default.

They have 2 recycling programs. One for used car batteries. Used batteries can not be put in the trash or be taken to the trash compactor. Batteries are toxic and must be disposed of properly.

3 employees looked at me when I came in, but no one said hello. I was in the back trying to figure which stop leak to get for my car, the more I looked & read I got more confused!! I was back there 12 minutes & still no one asked if I needed help, even while I was walking out the door!! So No, I didn't get what I needed!!!!!!! I had never seen those employees before. They were young, & as the old sayings YOUNG & DUMB!!!

Advance Auto Parts has the best commercial parts department and shop support. They own WorldPac, which carries OEM parts... I highly recommend them... Ask for Original Equipment parts, and don't shop for parts solely on price. Buying cheap parts will cost the most in the long run!

Not good. I went there to get an air filter. It was not in stock, they told me it could be ordered and there the next morning. Since it was having to be ordered I told them to order me 2 filters. The next morning I went there to get filters. After waiting for 15 minutes, with only one other customer in the store , they said it was not in, but they would have them the next morning. I told them I was headed out for a 5 hour drive, and would not be back until Saturday. They said they would hold them for me. I went there today, the clerk said, he had no information , but would look for them. He found them on the shelf. We opened the boxes and one of them was wrong. What is the take home-- they do not have a means of tracking orders. Had I not kept my old filter I may not have been able to get the one filter. The other clerk ask me if I wanted them to reorder the other filter filter filter, I thought no way, I'm tried of dealing with this filter, and their lack of keeping up with orders.

The salesman asked me what kind of car I had I responded with a Nissan Altima and he sold the antifreeze for an American car which I have now opened and I have to drive over there and see if they will take it back and exchange.

Friendly staff they know there products they have knowledge of cars unlike AutoZone highly recommend this location can't speak for other locations but this location is fantastic and has everything I need easy to find with a knowledgeable staff definitely five stars
