Only place I go to get oil changed or tire repair or new tires been going for years always great service got to watch ol timmer that guides u inside the door cause he got all the money lol and ol elder got oil on his hands great people great prices

If I could give 10 stars I would. I was in their area, which is out of town for me, doing a delivery for my business. At one of my stops, I smelled a weird smell. I did my delivery and got to them at 4:45. They close at 5. I explained what was going on. She had me wait so they could see about the vehicle. They had 2 people ahead of me. It was after 5 when they got to me but they checked my vehicle thoroughly for any problems. Did NOT try to rush me out of there. And found one minor problem and took care of it for me. They were the nicest folks! I'm very thankful for their crew!

They are always fast and friendly. The owner who works up front is the nicest lady and always has a conversation with me. And it's still cheaper than anywhere else!

I moved to Fitzgerald a little over a year ago. I've been there twice. Once to get a rim swapped and once to patch a tire. Great bunch of folks, reasonably priced! I'd highly recommend them! There's a reason they stay busy! I'm very happy with the service!

Needed a oil change today. They do not take appointments but it did not matter. I pulled up with both bays full. After waiting a few short minutes I was directed into the now empty bay. I told the technician what I needed and the service began. It went rather quickly and the employees were polite. I never had to leave the vehicle which was great considering the current Covid guidelines. Quick and easy as far as oil changes go. I will come back again.

Always nice people. Love that you can sit in your car and don't have to have an appointment. Even if there is a line, they get everyone in and out as quickly as possible!

I recently had some tire problems with both my wife's car and my truck. First, these guys can get virtually any tire you need at a very competitive price. Second, they are always courteous and will have you on the road in no time. My truck blew out a tire while on the road and I didn't have a spare. Shell Rapid Lube sent their service truck right to where I was and got my tire off and a new one on in no time. I can't recommend the crew at Shell Rapid Lube enough! If you need tires or a quick oil change these are your guys!

Very pleased with the service received on my vehicle. Had to have oil changed and have a tire fixed. Again employees are extremely polite and service was fast.
