Got out of a tire repair not to long ago today and was very satisfied! Staff was very friendly and quick working. Was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Loved the kid corner they had as well! Kept my toddler entertained the whole time! Definitely check them out for a great experience!

I have used Mavis tire 3 times in the past few months, and each experience has been great! One time was to fix a problem that another shop had caused, they got me in and out in 20 minutes on a Sunday afternoon. The second was a service- oil change and tire rotation, and today removed a nail from a tire and patched the hole- again, got me in and out in about 20 minutes. They are very friendly, knowledgeable, and do not try to sell services or parts that are not needed. As a solo female traveler, this is a big plus for me because many places have done this. I would recommend them to anyone in the area! If I were not moving back home to Mississippi, I would absolutely keep using Mavis Fitzgerald regularly! They really do go above and beyond for their customers!

Brought my car in for two tire leaks, got it all fixed and rotated and back on the road. Staff is very friendly and personable and will even show you what is going on with your car before going further. Very transparent and honest. Great job!

Ohh..how I dreaded going to have my tires changed...turned out not to be bad at all. These guys are awesome, super friendly, very professional, at a great price point, they were quick to get everything done so I could be on my way. Would definitely recommend. If you need tires give these guys a try, I don't believe you'll be disappointed!!

I came in 10 minutes before closing due to a flat tire from running over a nail. This did not seem to bother the employees and they were quick to help. Customer service was awesome and the technicians worked fast. They have a nice waiting area too!

My experience with this location was less than desirable.I was heading out on a business trip and saw I had a flat tire, a hole in the upper side wall. I plugged it and started calling around for anyone with a tire the same size. After being unsuccessful, I took a look at the rest of the tires and decided to get a whole new set as the Pirellis were about used up. It would take days to get more Pirellis in locally, so I ordered some inexpensive highway tires from here and set up an 11am appointment.Next morning, I have a message saying to call. Turns out, the inexpensive highway tires I ordered "didn't make it", so all they could do was offer an alternative highway tire set that they had in stock, but that it was double the cost. Being I had to leave at noon, I took the offer.After waiting 1.5 hours for them to change my tires, even though I was the only customer there, something didn't add up. They were well aware I needed to be gone, but they kept me there twice as long as I know it takes to change a set of tires. So, 30 minutes after I needed to have already been gone, they came out and said it's done, and they didn't give me the detailed receipt until after I paid. Was super suspicious after that, but I was already 30 minutes behind.Jumped in the truck and headed out. Glancing over at the receipt, I see multiple errors. They installed all terrain tires instead of highway tires (meaning large treads that will wear out much faster with all the highway driving I do), they double charged for mounting and balancing, and charged for TPMS valve stem replacements when my rims don't have TPMS sensors...I arrived at my work destination at 5:55pm, 5 minutes before I was set to arrive. Took one look at the tires and rims and knew they had messed up even more. Filed a complaint with the HQ, and eventually got a refund for the 2nd install charge and refund for the valve stems, of which they had only replaced 2 anyway with standard stems. Also forwarded pictures of the damage done to 2 of the rims by their tire changing machine, but they refused to take responsibility even though you can see clearly the marking on the tires for where the clamp marked on the rubber exactly where the damage on the rim was. We aren't talking about major damage, just a large bur on 2 of the rims. But still a refusal to take responsibility for their damage. So apparently my time spent to have to repair their mistake is worth nothing to them, as they made no offer to compensate. I would have taken $20 in exchange for me having to grind those burs off, so the next time the truck is washed someone doesn't slice their hand open. But my time to fix their mistake is worth nothing to them.So this is fair warning to all who consider using this location. They will overcharge, under-deliver, and even damage your property.So why 2 stars instead of 1? I did get some refund (which took multiple days and attempts), and luckily, the A/T tires aren't overly loud on the highway. Yet.Absolutely DO NOT recommend. They knew I was in a rush and was going to be a state away, and they took advantage. Shame on them.

Gave them a call about a drum brake adjustment. Proceeded to tell me they don t do that here. Guess their mechanics are only qualified for disc brakes. Sorry business and sorry mechanics apparently.
