Purchased a 24ft car hauler. Grizzly trailer had it made within a week. The trailer is Fast Cargo, it is built very well. Grizzly trailer worked with me on price and options. All done via the phone and email. Great customer service. Justin was a great salesman. Rhonda set everything up perfectly. I d definitely recommend.

You don't get what you paid for and Grizzly won't return your calls or refund your money for what you paid for.The trailers are built by Fast trailers and they can't read simple instructions. So as far as warranty work your screwed.Simple put buy a trailer else where....The 5 star review must be from the people that work there.

I very rarely share reviews, especially on Google Reviews, but Jeremy with Grizzly Trailers has been a non-stop blessing to work with when I was buying my trailer. As a representative of a club at UVA, we were purchasing an enclosed cargo trailer (7x14 TA) and of course, all of the bureaucracy involved with a state organization made the purchasing process complicated, but Grizzly accommodated us in every possible way. They saved our quote for months, provided weekly updates, and most of all, they were TRANSPARENT the entire way through. Prices were clearly discussed, options were provided, and the process was fair in every single way. I have never had an experience with a dealer that didn't seem treacherous, but Grizzly has been the exception! The trailer has just recently been delivered (from GA to VA!!!) and it is drop dead gorgeous. Built exactly to our spec, and is flawless from trailer hitch to taillight. Trust me, you won't easily find a better price brand new anywhere on the east coast, especially at this value. Ask for Jeremy and don't look back! You won't regret it.

I purchased a 8.5x24 Titanium from Jeremy. It was definitely worth the drive from NC. Jeremy was nice enough to meet us there on a Saturday morning on his day off for us to pick it up. We looked all through Va, NC, SC and Georgia. His prices can t be beat that I could find. The trailer we bought has a few extra add ons that are standard with this company, that other trailer manufacturers just don t do. If I need another trailer I ll definitely be calling on him again.

Being in the market for a new 6x12 trailer, I contacted a dozen different trailer companies for information and for quotes. I had several questions and I had a list of options and features I wanted in a trailer. Without a doubt, the staff at Grizzly Trailer and with Pamela Gills in particular went above and beyond to make this buying experience a positive one. While I often waited days to hear back from other trailer companies, Pamela got back with me often times the same day. She was extremely pleasant, always professional and very patient as I finalized my order with the options I wanted. Even with the high demand for this type of trailer, our trailer was ready on time as promised. Finalizing the payment and picking up the trailer at the Grizzly Trailer dealership in Fitzgerald went seamlessly as Pamela had all of the paperwork in order when we arrived. We could not have been any more happy with the quality of the trailer as the construction and attention to detail were above our expectation. We were certainly impressed. Overall, we had a fantastic buying experience with Grizzly Trailer and would highly recommend them to anyone in the market for any type of trailer. I looked at several companies but Grizzly was at the top of my list. Great staff, great price, great trailer, great experience!

I don t normally fill out these surveys but the good folks at Grizzly absolutely went above and BEYOND for me! In designing a trailer that would meet my exact needs to build a camper conversion Pamela and I went through about 5 different designs and what seemed to me to be a hundred different well if we did this how much would that cost questions from me. She was so patient and kind and helped me figure out EXACTLY what I needed with specific measurements and lots of details and they NAILED IT! The trailer in my driveway now is absolutely PERFECT! I cannot say enough about how amazing the whole experience has been and also how reasonable their prices are and how fast their production time was compared to every other company I contacted! I have absolutely no regrets choosing Grizzly and would encourage anybody to do the same! You won t find better customer service before and after the sale, and you won t find a better price or faster manufacturing, I just can t say enough about them to do it justice. Thank you Pam! You guys are the best!

We purchased a trailer from Grizzly Trailers- I recommend that anyone that has purchased a trailer, check your bill of sale! I took my bill of sale to the tag office in Oconee county, where we live and where we purchased the trailer for. The Tax Assessor, Jennifer Riddle, herself, told me they charged me 8% tax and Oconee County is only 7%. I went directly to Jep Posey, the owner and explained, thinking of course he would acknowledge the mistake and just make it right. I got met with all kinds of excuses which I responded to, nothing changes the fact that you charged us $200 too much- he finally just dismissed and said he would notDiscuss this matter any further. I don t know about any of you but I would NEVER do business with someone that would blatantly deceive- I am not saying they did it deliberately but, when the opportunity was presented to make it right- that is when the true colors were shown. It could have been easily fixed but he chose this route. Sad when you do everything on your end and have to deal w peopleLike this!

I searched half a dozen states for months. Thankfully I found Jeremy while visiting my son in the Navy at charleston sc. No other dealership will go to the level Jeremy does. Most dealerships hardly return a call, Jeremy will call/text/email not only after hours but on a weekend. Jeremy had the trailer to fit my needs, with the options I wanted at a price nobody else could come close to! I can't say how thankful I am to do business with Jeremy and grizzly trailers. It's worth the trip even if you have to drive a thousand miles to do business at grizzly trailers

I decided to start a food trailer business this fall with my partner, but we couldn t find any affordable options in the north east (we re from New Jersey) - after searching for deals, I came across Grizzly Trailers LLC on Facebook Marketplace and messaged Jeremy, within 20 minutes of talking to Jeremy I realized that this was the best decision for us to make, he is the REAL deal! Jeremy had our trailer built to serve our new food trailer business, with a concession window, and even added additional footage to our overall trailer for the cheaper than anything we could find for smaller nearby! Our trailer was done on time (even with COVID-19 delays!) and Jeremy was extremely attentive, respectful, and helpful from start to finish. A 10/10 experience. I would point anyone in this direction and I certainly will be back

Terrible place to buy from. Only care about money and not the customer. Recommend buying from Columbia, SC. These people are about the customer.Reply to Grizzly Trailers Statement: I made the order June of 2016. I was told that it would be ready by a certain date. Grizzly trailers failed to have my trailer completed by the agreed time so I canceled and went elsewhere .I was told by your employee that I will get my deposit back due to the fact that someone else was going to buy it. I have all documents still saved in my email from your company and BBB. If you would like for me to release all names, text, and emails I can do so.

Sales lady, Rhonda Santiago puts fake pricing on her FB ads and then tries to sell you on their real pricing Had 8.5x20 trailers for $4500, inquired and she said they were not available but her other 8.5x20 trailers we x price (thousands above the advertised)Very shady selling tactics

Great people to deal with! Unbeatable prices with stellar customer service. Made buying trailers a breeze with updates along the build process as well as pictures. Drove from Tuscaloosa Alabama to purchase through them, and will again!!!

Poorly made trailers! Paid extra money for thicker material that they said would not warp. Leaf spring making all kids of noise. THE LIST GOES ON!!!!
