Being new to the area I gave this dealership a shot with my new Ford purchased from Texas. The service department has been excellent Their waiting room is terrific with free Wi-Fi and they always get me in and out fast. Also the cashier brought to my attention I had a number of rewards points in my last two oil changes have been free. Nobody told me about them in Texas. Just wish I could afford one of those three quarter tons on the lot LOL

Diane was such a great person to work with. I wish everyone I encountered on a daily basses was as polite and friendly as her. We will definitely look her up when we need our next vehicle.

My husband and I needed two new vehicles, and went here to look around. I cannot say enough about how amazing everyone there treated us! Diane was our sales person, and made our experience the best I've ever had. I have never been to a dealership with such amazingly sweet people. I will definitely recommend them to everyone I know, and I will be back if/when I need to buy another vehicle!

The worst customer service I ever dealt with by bringing my wife car in to get service and they completely lied about fixing a faulty wire on my wife Ford Fusion...I advised anyone taking their car here at Fitzgerald Ford to go anywhere else besides this place but I guess it's just certain people they help out plus we had a warranty on the car to be fixed...but I can assure you all that God doesn't like ugliness amongst his people... remember these words when you lied about fixing a faulty wire on my wife car plus you charged us for nothing.

Fitzgerald Ford is a great dealership that is very customer friendly. I ordered my vehicle and waited months due to the chip shortage and was completely satisfied with my purchase. My local dealer from whom I had purchased many vehicles from in the past wanted to add a $10,000.00 market adjustment to a new vehicle order to which I quickly declined. Fitzgerald Ford treated me professionally thanks to Todd and Marty!

The Outer Banks Bronco was our 3rd vehicle from Fitzgerald Ford Lincoln. Each experience with Fitzgerald Ford Lincoln has been exemplary! From choosing my vehicle through the order process with Todd, to delivery with Ken and Mark, the service was top notch. I would give 10 stars if I could.

So Glad to have bought my first new truck from them in a long time, Dan was great to work with and now getting Great, Friendly Customer service when I go back to get my service done. And all that three counties away from them. Rather than use the "big town dealer".......

I want to take a moment to give a HUGE shout out to Mr. Brandon Stringer. I bought a 2019 Lincon Nautilus Reserve from this dealership and Mr. Brandon was my salesperson. He treated me like he was showing a friend a vehicle to purchase. I felt soo comfortable and relaxed which made it easy to make a decision to buy the same day. I had a small issue with the vehicle and lived 3 hours away from the dealership and Mr. Brandon went ABOVE & BEYOND to deliver a loaner vehicle to me and fix the issue with my purchased vehicle. I recommend Mr. Brandon. He is an amazing human being and has become my friend. I truly appreciate all the effort him and the dealership showed me. I love my Nautilus and am so grateful. Thank you so much Mr. Brandon for everything you've done.

I am a proud 20 year customer, and Fitzgerald Ford has made me "brand-loyal". Friendly and honest sales staff, and outstanding customer service in the Service Department (Thanks Gabe & Kelli !). They really make the wole process easy, from purchase through your service years. I have really never had a bad experience, and I can not recommend Fitgerald Ford enough.

Always Fast service with great care to detail! If you purchase from them they will return to your home no charge. Love this! Fitzgerald Ford and Lincoln gave me quality service and very affordable prices both used and new.

My family has done business with Fitzgerald Ford for over 16 years. They have always treated us with respect and always made sure we were happy with our purchases. Just last week, I traded my car and signed for the car in my own name, and Mr. Ken Williams made sure I understood the process and answered any questions I had since this was my first purchase. He was very helpful and patient and attentive to any issues I had. All of the staff at Fitzgerald Ford have taken very good care of us. I would definitely recommend buying or trading with this business.

Everything was good except for not putting paper matts down on floor. Had to have them clean my floor matt on driver side. It had mud on it. On my service on 1/9/23 they corrected above problem with no paper mats. They had them this time. Yay

My ordering of my awesome ford explorer went smoothly. I was kept up to date on the progress of the car. When it arrived it was delivered which I wasnt expecting. Paperwork went smoothly. Salesman was great.

I trade truck's about every few years and hate it. Then I found Tom and Fitzgerald Ford. They make it the easiest purchase of my life. No pressure what so ever. Very nice people from Virgil to Lindsay and I cant leave out Tom!!! Awesome job and Thank you all for not being like most car dealer ships. Thanks again to all at Fitzgerald Ford!!!

I have a strong dislike about trading or buying a vehicle but I had the absolute best experience when I purchased my vehicle from Fitzgerald Ford. The price was competitive, the salesman was easy to talk with and I didn t feel pressured or like I was begging for a good price. Drove my car home the same day. I will definitely buy from them again.

The service I recently received at Fitzgerald Ford was outstanding! I took my new Fusion in for the service department to check a problem...nothing was found. On my return to pick up my car, I was going thru my mind how I would get my car cleaned during the weekend. To my delight, when I pulled into the lot, my car was up front waiting on me and it was CLEAN!!!!! A HUGE THANKS to the Service Dept and my salesmen, Mark Douglas and Dan Stanley! I have never had that done for me in the past!

I had my car in for an alignment. They did the work promptly and at a reasonable price. My only concern is the lack of masks and the ability for customers to social distance. I did not see a single employee with a mask. The waiting area for customers was very small with chairs side by side. There were no accommodations made for the safety of the customers.

The customer service was lacking on this day. Promptness was not a concern. They lost a sale because of it. EVERYONE that walks through your doors should be a priority. If your sales specialist understood that they would not allow their commission to walk out of the door along with profits for your company. Good luck of future endeavors!

I would like to say thank you to Fitzgerald Ford's salesman Mark Douglas, and Parts Manager Billy Wilder for helping my wife and I with this purchase. It was a smooth transaction with no hassle. They gave us a fair deal on our grade, and a great price on the Lincoln MKX. I can't say enough about how helpful Fitzgerald Ford and staff have been!
