Brian and Trey made our experience very painless and easy. We came in interested in a vehicle, had our payoff and trade in information ready. They made it happen and we drove off the lot in less than 2 hours in our new truck.

I've bought a lot of cars and must say this is the BEST DEALER I've ever dealt with.I drove three hours (from Florida to Georgia) to look at a car they had listed on the Internet hoping it was as represented. WELL it was everything they said and and more.The transaction went flawlessly. Jeremy was low key and professional.When I'm ready to buy again they will definitely be at the top of my contact list. Again, thanks to the Fitzgerald CDJR team for the experience!

I had a great experience at Fitzgerald Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram!! Todd Damato found me the vehicle that I had been looking for.....just in time for my daughter's 16th birthday. I really appreciate how hard he worked to find us the perfect car. Great customer service! Great staff! Great Dealership!!

Had a breakdown on the way to Atlanta. Staff was very good about getting us in. Super friendly. Drove us to hotel when we found out they couldn t fix the car until the next day. All the staff went well above and beyond!!

Called Caroline about a 2019 GMC that was listed at 29k, and they blew up my phone about it, so I called back and asked about the vehicle. I asked her if we could negotiate because there was a 2022 GMC I was eye balling that was only 3k more at another lot, and she said that she didn t have to, and she would not work with me. She was completely rude when I asked questions about it. Needless to say, I m not getting the GMC from there.

After having my friends car in the shop for 7 weeks, they called her on Tuesday and said her car would be finished around 4:30 . She told them she would be in on Wednesday after her Dr. appt. Well they were not finished. She paid them any way and said she would send her granddaughter this afternoon. Needless to say they had done some extensive work on it. But one of the main problems was a gas pedal was sticking and they had not fixed it. She was called and told they would fix it but it would cost her more.Seems like a woman 73 years old who needs to be on oxygen, has been took advantage of.

Nice selection for such a small store. Sales personnel friendly and knowledgeable about inventory. Service department also very friendly and knowledgeable. Like I have said for years if you can't fix em don't sell em. All around a very good place to purchase your next vehicle

This was the 2nd vehicle I've bought from here and both times were completely painless. I felt no pressure to buy either time and was in and out pretty fast. Would recommend them to anyone looking for a GOOD used vehicle. "Buy here pay here" places are a rip off. Fitzgerald Dodge doesn't sell overpriced JUNK.

Good hometown service. The secretary is knowledgeable and friendly. And the waiting area had a tv with free coffee and also vending machines while you wait. I would recommend!

I will never buy another vehicle from here and I will not recommended anyone to do so or take their vehicle for service. My truck was taken there on several occasions for the headlights flickering on and off. I could never talk to the service manager Brian Cobb. The problem was never fixed until I wrote a bad review and then my husband and I met with the owner, Wyndall Walters, and that didn't go very good. So, I called Chrysler and told them everything that was said in the meeting between Wyndall, my husband, and I. I never felt like a customer there. Most of the staff there were rude.

Juan was great. Very knowledgeable and a positive upbeat personality. Go check him out and ask about the "Fitz way". If you are in the market for a jeep - Juan is who you want to see.
