I needed a specific part for my vehicle and could not get any assistance locally, nor online. The nearest store that had the part was Ms. Ray's location. Ms. Ray went ABOVE and BEYOND to assist me, a customer 2 and � hours away. Thank you, and thank you again!

The facility was clean and the employees were hospitable and helpful. They did not have the part that I needed for my farm equipment today. They always have the part that I need for my car.

From my experience of entering the store I've never left as a dissatisfied customer. The employees working were always polite and very knowledgeable of any specific question I needed. When it came to purchasing parts there was a high chance they would already have it in stock and if by chance they didn't they would put in a order for it and I would receive it in a very timely manner. I recommend this company over any other auto parts store in or around the surrounding counties.

Awesome! Store manager is great at job and well knowledgeable, as are his employees. Everyone is very friendly and helpful!. I drive thirty minutes just to get what I need because I prefer this store over my local store.

This place is absolutely awful. I tried to buy a $500 part and the store charged me 3x and denied the charges. Because of the system they use I lost $1500 out of my bank account and had to wait 4 days to to even get my money back. And the topper is that they will did not even send the part I needed to the store.

Special problem on a Sat. morning got special service. Kenneth put together a custom replacement fuel line for one damaged on the tractor and got me back on the job. A big help.....deserves a BIG THANK YOU. Great customer service!!!!!

The Manager and all the associates here are very friendly and helpful. They are knowledgeable about the parts and go above and beyond for the customer. The store is always very clean and organized as well.

Replacing my battery was a bit tricky but the gentleman never complained and was super helpful. Competitive prices as well. All in all that's hard to beat

Rude people with nasty attitudes!!!! There is no need to be rude as hell to somebody just because yoiu don't want to get off your butt and help someone find something!
