Went to get my timing chain, Valve cover, and my head gasket replaced with these guys. Went it with the mindset that my car was close to if not going to "blow up." But they reassured me and told me exactly what was wrong and what wasn't. And worked out a fair price for me. Definitely coming back. Vic's Auto is where it's at and I highly recommend for anybody that needs work done on their vehicle. The whole crew was spectacular. Ispoke to Ron particularly and he made sure I was taken care of. Thank you guys.

From the moment I called the shop until the time i picked up my car has been a wonderful experience. The transparency of management to the efficiency of the staff was amazing. Ron found the most economical solution to the issues I was having and talked me through the entire process. I would certainly recommend this location to all of my family and friends.

I'm so appreciative for Vics Auto. I had many issues. Brandy and Vic are awesome, great CS. Thanks to whole crew. Most of all for me which is not usual, but Mechanics you can trust. Each time I've left after getting repairs, I felt a great improvement I'm my vehicle. They listened to my concerns and I had many, after diagnosis they suggested what was most important. Work was done in a timely fashion and in the same day. I HIGHLY recommend. Thanks guys see you soon. More work to be done.

I wish Vic still owned this shop. It's not been the same since he left...They'll still fix your car. They'll still tune it up, and get you back on the road. They'll also rob you blind on the price of parts.Everyone has to make a living, and I do understand the necessity of marking up prices, but there's a limit to what is realistic. We ended up sourcing parts for ourselves after receiving an outrageous quote. Their markup was 600+% over RETAIL for parts then you're expected to pay labor on top of that. Seriously they wanted to charge over $36 each for the exact same spark plugs, same brand, same part number, same store... we found for $6. Now we know they aren't paying retail, so I'm guessing that markup is closer to the neighborhood of 1,200%!Like I said, I get it; my family owned a retail store, and the mark up is part of the way they make a living and stay in business, but highway robbery isn't the way to do it.

So appreciative of this shop. The quality of work is absolutely incredible. I have an older van that has some quirks. It kept messing up on me. I had to take it to 2 different shops that just charged me a ridiculous amount to change a spark plug. I'm not a Mechanic. I took their word for it. Ron took a look at it for me and explained that what I was getting was a bandaid for the problem. He did a FULL tune up and system clean out. The price was more than fair and the job was done in a timely manner. Thank you!!!!

I was referred to Vic's Auto by my neighbor. I called Vic's and it was almost closing time. I was told I could go ahead and drop off my car after hours. If I chose to do so, they would check my car out the following morning and call me back. I was contacted and told what the problem was. I had to have the Power Steering Pump replaced. I had the same work done at a car dealership over 2 1/2 years ago, therefore; it was no longer under warranty.I was very impressed with Vic's Auto. Once I gave the ok to fix my car, they told me when it would be ready. The car was ready when I was told it would be done. I was given a chart showing me what additional items needed attention. In my opinion Vic's Auto is a very professional and up-front business. I have no plans to go back to the dealership going forward. Thanks, if I have any friends that are looking for reliable mechanic work, I will gladly recommend Vic's Auto.

Brandy and Vic and the rest of the staff has excellent customer service. Rest assured that your car is in awesome hands .They get your car fixed in a timely manner and you can't beat the prices.People friendly pockets friendly I would recommend everyone to get your car repaired at Vic's Auto.

Took in my 2008 4Runner. Shop had been recommended highly by a friend, however had a change of ownership since their experience.I am happy to leave a positive review. My vehicle needed significant repairs, AC didn t work and front suspension was a mess after admittedly years of little maintenance.The shop diagnosed the problems, communication was excellent and gave me a fair price for extensive work. Turnaround was also unexpectedly fast-even though I wasn t in a particular rush to have it back. Driving away it felt like a new car! I would recommend the new management team.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Auto engine diagnostic, Air conditioning, Oil change

Super easy to make an appointment online.Vic's does good work, trustworthy.I would make one suggestion; I had to call to make sure my appointment was confirmed. There should ba a process in place to confirm the appointment. The website says there is, but I never got a confirmation. Maybe I just slipped through the cracks.I certainly recommend Vic's Auto to anyone looking for a good trustworthy mechanic.

Brandy the manager was very helpful. The Tech W Morris that did work on my truck did good job.He checked out my brakes and also noticed that I will be needing Ty-rods to be replaced down the line..He put in new starter, but I appreciate finding out about my Ty-rods and him checking my breaks on his own

Great service at Vic s. Prompt & honest. I will be using them in the future for sure!Had engine issues with my Kia Optima and found there was a recall on them. Saved me A LOT of money!

This is my second trip to Vic's. Again I am pleased with the customer service and with the work that was done. I feel as a woman I finally found a place to take my car to an safety feel they are working for me and with me.The second comment was from the first visit.I was so pleased with the service I recieved at Vics Auto shop in Fayetteville Ga. They worked with me, stayed in constant contact with me at each step and only repaired what was needed. Dropped off at 8 am and was completed by 2:50 pm. The dealer said they wanted to keep my car for a couple of days. So glad I took it to Vics. Thanks to Brandy and the team there for a job well done. Will be back.

I do not recommend Vic's autoVic's no longer owns Vic's auto new ownership. The new owner is very rude. I got an oil changed and now my car is leaking oil. He told me not to bring my car back there.

Vic s auto while as professional as they come, is like a neighborhood friend of the family. Vic and his team has always taken care of the people that come to him for help. Now, his successors have taken the baton and carry the same professionalism and the same warm helpful spirit of the family friend. Other shops in the neighborhood don t carry the same attitude of caring.

Vic's auto is not a place that I would recommend. They had my truck for a week, and when I picked it up, parts were missing, and my vehicle still has a leak from the part that was left off after they replaced it after another 4 days. They never called to give me updates. The new owners give the Vic's I knew a bad name

Vic s auto has always been reliable and has given us fantastic service. We have been using them for more than 10 years for all of our personal and work vehicles. Came in for a noice I was having in the rear of my vehicle. Learned that the old owner has retired. Ron the new manager was very knowledgeable and friendly. He was able to have my vehicle looked at and repaired while I waited. I highly recommend. These guys seem to know exactly what they are doing and the place seems busy which was a good sign to me. That s a lot guy. Will definitely be back!!!
