I have used Pro Touch auto for many years and they have always taken good care of my vehicles. Even if there were issues after leaving, they quickly responded to get it corrected. Their staff is extremely friendly and professional.

This is the worst place to bring your vehicle forany service they wrecked my car while it was intheir care they only fixed the dent, but not theother scratches on my car the mechanic gets inyour car with dirty clothes they don't put theproper material inside your car to protect it fromthere dirty clothes, my knob was all scratchedup the push start knob my AC knob I would notrecommend this place to anyone. I don't seehow he still open for business. Veryunprofessional Not only that the wreck caused other issues with my car like The hood of my car is uneven, and the light keep coming on stating that the hood is open

Exceptional customer service, efficient, honest, and knowledgeable. They diagnosed within a day and had our car back to us within a few days because they had to wait on the shipment of parts needed. This is the best experience I have had with a mechanic shop.

Almost got severely injured due to the fact that there neglectful mechanic left my power steering belt loose as well as the alternator bracket but then they had the nerve to try to charge top dollar for garbage work. Don t waste your time coming here. This could be you! Mechanic did this on purpose! He begged for the work and once I decided not to go with job, this is how he repaid me. They some crooks. Charged me $145, to tell me what I already knew was wrong. Manager Justin Harris was very unprofessional by running up in my face about me voicing my displeasure of a $600 coil pack and spark plug job that I did not even need. My brother you young, and still got a lot of growing up to do, I don t have to come down to your level and allow you to lure me into a physical fight, things could have went another way. I fight with the ink pen, and let the public know about your dirty shop. l do not mind losing an argument, if it means me walking away, to preserve my freedom on this earth, so be it! So find something safe to do, and take some time to humble yourself, and be thankful. Old management left, and so did my respect for this toxic place.

Tried to get a noise taken care of on my car, oil change, battery replacement and replace air filter. Technician said there was no noise which cost me $150 for him to just look at the car and tell me there was no noise. When I picked up the car, I went less than a mile before it started making the noise again. It then cost me an additional $400 for oil change, battery replacement and replace airfilter to bring the grand total to $585 for those services which should have cost me maybe $300 max. They also had my car for almost 2 weeks which is way too long to complete the 3 minor services I mentioned before. The only good thing that came from this interaction was that the ladies at the front desk were very nice.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Auto engine diagnostic, Battery, Oil change

I took my car in for AC repair. These people care about their customers. Connie and Kayla went above and beyond for me, trying to get Car Shield to cover the needed parts and helping me in all ways possible to get me home and to get my car back to me. Justin (owner) was very helpful in getting me back on the road with the least out of pocket possible. Shout out to Mike my mechanic he was great. Everyone was as sweet as can be here. This is where I always take my car for repairs and will continue to do so. You won't be disappointed with this business.

First let me say that Connie at the front desk is amazing. Also Justin, the owner explained everything to me and made sure I fully understood what was needed and what had to happen to get my car up and running again. I was able to find my parts and get them sent to Pro Touch Auto. I was even given a very reasonable price for installation of my parts. I will be back!!!Services: Auto battery maintenance, Oil change

The service that I received from Pro-touch Auto was very professional and efficient. Ms. Stephanie was hands on throughout the process . It took longer than expected due to issues with my omega warranty . Service manager made the process stress free and pleasant . The staff was awesome as well. My car needed a headed a new head gasket, water pump and basically an engine overhaul. Pro Touch auto completed all the work while keeping me fully aware of all the work completed. Customer service is top notch and the technicians are highly skilled and knowledgeable. I would recommend Pro Touch to anyone. I love Pro Touch!! They were the only place around that would be able to do major work on the engine for my Volkswagen Jetta. There was excellent communication and customer service. Will definitely be coming back for any future repairs!

My husband and I had a great first experience with Pro Touch Auto. We took our car to have a tire replaced and to have the sunroof repaired.Stephanie and Connie were so kind and helpful and greeted me with a smile. They were great in facilitating the information from the warranty company to fix our repairs. Steve did the repairs and our tire is great and the sunroof is fixed. Everyone was so nice here. The service was good. But the ladies at the front for customer service . Let s just say I m definitely gonna bring them some of my home made shrimp and chicken Alfredo. They are so sweet and patient. Definitely went out of there way for me. I will be back

My experience with Pro touch auto was indeed the creme de La Creme of customer service. I was very discouraged as I found out my motor was locked on my truck. The staff were help change that as they were very supportive and friendly, I could feel that they cared. They worked diligently with my warranty company to get my claim approved for the motor and additional things that were wrong with my truck to get it back to pristine condition. I SHOULD HAVE READ THE REVIEWS ABOUT THIS COMPANY FIRST BEFORE I DECIDED TO TAKE MY CAR HERE for a SIMPLE TUNE UP and fuel injection. HOWEVER, I didn't, and I AM EXTREMELY REGRETFUL THAT I DIDN'T.This company took advantage of the fact that my car is under warranty. THEY DIAGNOSED ANY AND EVERYTHING THAT THEY COULD FIND WRONG JUST TO BILL MY INSURANCE COMPANY INSANELY! Although I brought it in with specific concerns that I wanted to have repaired, they persuaded me to have these things done. However, the trouble began from day one when I brought my car in early, taking care to not only leave a note with my key in a large white envelope and dropped it in their door slot for the next day, which was my appointment date. long story, short I called them a week later to see how my car was coming along because I hadn't heard anything from anyone in a week only to find out that my CAR had been MISPLACED, RATHER OVERLOOKED FOR THE ENTIRE WEEK!.Apparently, someone at their office picked up my envelope and then did not log it into their system so the entire week was lost in which this week was purposely chosen because it made it where we would not miss our secondary vehicle because we were off on vacation. So, it was extremely inconvenient to have lost that week. But, on top of that, IT TOOK an ADDITIONAL 4 WEEKS! to go through the approval process with my warranty company as well as getting in ONE SINGLE PART!, which were coils for my tune-up. These parts were locally available However, I was told that they needed to be delivered from out of state costing three times the amount of coils locally sold!. These "Special" coils were charged to my bill INDIVIDUALLY at $110 PER COIL! rather than as a set as these coils are commonly sold and available to be bought in a SET!You would think that this would have been the end of my troubles once the coil came in and all the repairs were done However, to my horror when I went to pick up my car I found out that the original amount that I approved to pay out of pocket of $730 had now increased to $1,200! The only reason why I allowed my car to remain at this shop to begin with after their gigantic mistake of misplacing my car as well as overcharging my insurance company was because they were going to fix additional things that were covered by my warranty. I was told that the reason for these additional charges was because my insurance company only covered a certain amount for labor ($100) an hour which seemed perfectly reasonable However, there charge for labor cost was $145 an hour and that I was responsible for every dollar over what my insurance company didn't cover.

As for my experience here, I was greeted with a warm welcome by the receptionist and immediately assisted. My questions were answered in detail in reference to what was going on with my car with professional knowledge by I believe her name is Jessica. She took the time to explain everything and set up for me to get my car repaired. Great bedside manner!I felt comfortable leaving my car there. Everyone I encountered there were friendly, and even though they seemed short staffed, they were able to repair my car in a timely manner in which I'm truly grateful. I also give Jeff (who was holding it all down) and Mike a special shout out to thank them for getting the work done. I believe that I definitely found my new auto shop. Thanks again guys!
