I needed tires and 4 wheel alignment plus wiper blades for my SUV Was given the best price around for this service. The job took less than a day to complete. Outstanding customer service. Professional service department. Highly recommend this repair center.

Awesome customer service experience. Derek, is the very best of the best. I had my car tow and the tow service took it the wrong shop. However, I realized and talk with Derek about the mix up and right away Derek took care of it and they got my car. Then I had another situation where I need to have my car left at the shop after they service my car. My hat's off to Derek with Awesome customer service skillset! Just took my car in for the 50K maintenance and found out they did the maintenance & tire rotation for no charge! This made my day..Thank you, thank you to everyone at the shop! I experienced EXCELLENT service today at Pro Care Inc... I brought my 2018 Mercedes in for service and also to have the Alternator checked as I was recently informed by dealer that alternator and spark plugs were needed for my vehicle which as 30,000 miles. They also quoted me an erroneous repair price of $3,000.00Thank God for Pro Car Care, Inc. for providing excellent customer service, excellent quality and HONEST and FAIR Pricing...I will definitely have all of my maintenance and service work done here!!! & I will also spread the word to any and all that I who are in the need and seeking EXCELLENT car care services.Sincerely,One VERY Happy Customer!!!

After some transmission work, Shift Works recommended these folks for some other work on my 2014 Ford F-150. I recommend Pro Car Care highly. Why? THEY ARE HONEST PEOPLE. It is hard to find auto repair shops that are trustworthy, but Derrick was very professional and kept me posted on all the diagnostic work they did for my truck. VERY IMPRESSED!

Hugely impressed with these guys. For starters, polite, friendly, and easy to talk to and work with.No issues at all with standard service type stuff (oil changes, etc) -- which is more than I can say about other places.Far more impressively is how they've handled a drivetrain issue.. they repaired the initial issue (wheel bearing) which a few weeks later shredded itself (no fault of theirs, just a bad part). They repaired the damage caused with no complaint or attempt to charge. Fast forward a few months and seal went bad leaking fluid, and once again they repaired it quickly and without any attempt at charging. They were polite and helpful, and got me in just as quickly as if it were a new/paid issue.Warranty work can be hit or miss, and is a huge opportunity to keep (or lose) customers. These guys nailed it (twice.)If I had one complaint it would be: leave some after hours drop off forms out - they have a key drop but nothing to write on and detail the issue. I always forget to bring something to write on and end up using whatever piece of junk mail I happen to have. I came here based on the good reviews as my car was overheating. I already had a good assumption of what was going to be repaired on my vehicle and the price I would most likely pay for it. Jay, who I communicated with at Pro Car Care, confirmed my assumptions and was spot on with the pricing. They completed the job in a timely fashion and were actually done before I was ready to pick my vehicle back up, even with all the supply constraints going on around the nation concerning parts and other things.They did additional tests on my vehicle to make sure nothing else was damaged besides the initial problem.This business is professional, trustworthy and does quality work. They performed a 4 wheel disc brake conversion, front end rebuild as well as some rear end work on my 69 Camaro. Jay was professional and a pleasure to deal with. The job took longer than expected but I get that sometimes happens, it wasn t a huge issue for me. They are just great. I just took 2 vehicles over to them at the same time. I believe they were patient and very clear when they spoke to me. They did not tell me to do unnecessary things to the cars. Very reasonable prices.

Jay and team do a phenomenal job. They have done work on three different vehicles for me, and each time have been highly professional always following up with updates in a timely manner, friendly, charge fair prices, etc. They get the job done right the first time, and are honest and upfront. Very thankful to have found them and you will be too!

First time going to any mechanic in Georgia because just moved here a year and a half ago, also I try to do a lot of work myself. If I can't do it I've taken my vehicles out of state to people I know.I'm glad I gave them a shot Jay gave me a day when he would have it done. Even with compressor down maybe half the day, he still managed to get it done when he had told me.Great pricing....professional....solid work. This will now be my new home go-to place for things I can't fix or don't have time for. Thank a bunch guys!

What I really love about this business is the honesty and integrity of the employees. The first time I used them I called and was told to bring my car in the next day. After they fixed the problem I had to bring my vehicle back due to a leak and was told to bring it back with no questions asked. They fixed the problem on the same day and didn't charge an arm and a leg! They are truly professional and treat you in a professional manner. They are trustworthy and I wouldn't trust anyone else with my vehicle.

Had my truck towed her on recommendation from a friend. Feels like they could have done a bit more than what paid for as far as diagnostics, but over all they are nice guys and easy to talk to about the issues I had. Would go back.

This shop charged $119 for a diagnostic, told me it was my catalytic converter/exhaust, but didn't check my oil, which was at less than a quart. Y'all. I paid to have it towed to Norcross to the shop that had replaced the catalytic converter, the first thing they did was check the engine and the oil. I could have been driving again yesterday had they been thorough. Instead, I am out $220 for a tow, and another day of missed work. Thanks for the lesson.Edited to add: I told them it needed a tune-up, and ultimately the spark plugs misfiring ended up being what was causing the engine to stall out.

The service there was prompt and professional. I hadn't gotten a chance to have my car looked at since before the pandemic began. It being traveling season it was hard to get a short term slot from anyone. They managed to pencil me on, diagnose and fix the issues I had with my car within 24 hours just in time for a funeral I had to attend 4 hours away.Although. I didn't stay when I realized what was wrong with my car, I liked their waiting room. They have wifi and a TV. There's also a little area with toys for kids to keep them busy and out of trouble.

Adam did a window regulator assembly for me got the truck back was told to wait to role the window down ..... Waited almost a week went to role the window down and the window came down un even and got stuck which mest t up my window tint ........

"Pro Car Care" says it all!! If I could add a 2X multipler to 5 stars I would. Jay and PCC were a godsend for me. I purchased a used truck with 2 yr warranty. After a month, I notice wet spark plug on #7 2010 Silverado. Known manufacturer defect. I called the warranty company, who said I would need a ATSE certified mechanic to diagnose my engine issue. Called Jay, first time going to PCC too, and Jay told me he was very familiar with this warranty process. He told me to bring it in, and he'd take care of the rest. People say that and few rarely deliver. 5 days later, replacement engine located, installed and ready for pick up. I didn't have to talk to warranty company again -- Jay and PCC took Pro Care of me. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!!!Services: Tires, Engine repair

Great people to work on my car. Jay the owner is always up front about repairs needing to be done and the cost. He also will give you suggestion of other places if its a repair his garage doesn't do.
