If you have issues of any kind or even a vehicle service due soon, check out the guys over at Midas Auto!Mike, Des, and Alex do a phenomenal job with being thorough and are honest about what is going on with the vehicle. Their customer service is wonderful because they are transparent about the business and what can be done for repairs. They re simply the best!!

This is my 2nd time here, and the customer is great. They provide honest feedback on what your car needs first and what service need to be done in the future. I prefer this Midas location over the dealership due to the ease of booking the appointment and keeping me updated on the wait time. I will continue to do business with them for all my car repairs.

Previously I was very pleased with the service at this location. Today, not so much. Went there to have brakes checked and oil change (email coupon for $34.99). Was told that the front struts had to be replaced at a cost of $1200! What?! $900 for parts. What!!?? I can buy new struts for $150 each.Then I get the bill for the $34.99 oil change. $68! They added an additional charge for stuff I didn't need nor did I authorize.Never again at this location.

All the guys came out to help me change the brake lights on my car. The service was great Ricardo and Mike were phenomenal. They will ensure that you are leaving with your car issues resolved! If you have car issues like I did check them out! They will not overcharge you!

I love the guys at Midas. They will take care of you with great and fast customer service. They have serviced two of my vehicles. Mike, Ricardo, Jay and staff will take care of your car. They are honest with their quotes and will not pull your string on what you need to get done. Ladies especially, go to this location, you will be glad that you did!!

Wonderful service. The staff is pleasant, attentive, and knowledgeable. Very helpful in diagnosing and explaining issues with my car. And the best part is they provide me with multiple options. So when my budget is tight ,I m still able to take care of my car. Thanks guys!

Very excellent service. The store manager, Mike, went above & beyond to make my experience as a first time customer not my last. Called for an estimate and was told to come on in. . . I was in an out quickly! Customer service was top notch, efficient, and everything was explained with great detail.

I am so grateful for the mechanics here! They revealed that my exhaust had a large amount of rust and that they could weld it to get it back in working order. I am so glad they found it so it didn t turn into a bigger disaster as this is my only transportation. They got it done quickly while explaining everything to me in a way i could easily understand which really made me feel more secure in my car. They also let me know what future work would benefit me, which I will be returning for soon.

Absolutely superior service! My quote for everything I really needed was more than I could afford at the moment but the very honest technician and salesperson Ricardo broke down the absolute necessities for me so that I could stay in budget and still safely drive the vehicle until I get paid again. Being a single car household and needing to be safe on the road since I commute I appreciated the peace of mind and guidance. I also still can t out &300 cheaper then the dealership was trying to get me got. I will be back for all future repairs

The most professional car experience ever. Technicians were knowledgeable and used their knowledge to help me learn more about my car. Most notably, Mike Evans, the store manager took me step by step on services rendered, he showed me simple ways to save money moving forward. I will be back for all routine car repairs.

I brought my car in yesterday at the end of the day for a new battery & tune up and was able to pick it up today. This location is very straightforward, friendly, and professional. Both of the employees that I spoke to seemed very knowledgeable and I felt comfortable leaving my car immediately. Although they are located in an older building, it was very neat and clean. I will definitely be returning for other services needed on my cars, even if just for an oil change!

These guys are always so nice! I never feel uncomfortable here, as I often do when getting car work done as a person that knows nothing about cars. Just bought a used 2022 suv and they found an oil leak on my first oil change with it. They took pics for me to show the dealer and told me exactly what to tell them. Dealer fixed for free! Thanks.

We had our car giving us trouble and we got very concerned. Thank God we listened to our guts!! The staff was busy but was able to figure our problem immediately. They kindly worked us in to get us home. Thank you for your hard work and friendly disposition! Highly recommend them to anyone!!!

This is the second time I have gone to Midas. They have been very helpful to me. They were able to diagnose the problem. And because it was a part I could only get at the dealership, they didn t even charge me for their time of looking at my car. Definitely a place to go to, and very honest.

I'm not taking my vehicles to any other shop. After the dealership tried to take both arms and and a leg. I came to this location and spoke with Ricardo. I got my diagnostic and repairs done in the same day. Saving me $1,000 les than what the dealership charged me. Much appreciated Ricardo and Midas Fayetteville Team!!!

Love this shop. Mike is very nice and upfront. He truly looks out for his customers. You don't have to worry about being ripped off or the quality of their work. My son brought the car in for a misfire code on a Hyundai Elantra. It turns out these cars require a more thorough maintenance upkeep rather than normal. Midas diagnosed the issue and had his car ready before I was off work. I give them an A+

I would give 10 Stars if I could. I got a ticket for my tail light being out on the way to work. I stopped at Midas Fayetteville to see if they could fix it. I was immediately greeted by this nice gentleman who helped me. I found out later his name was Mike and he was the manager at this location. Mike literally made my entire day by getting my tail light fixed quickly and showing me pure kindness while doing so. I ll be sure to return to Midas in Fayetteville. Thank you again Mike!!

This place was very thorough and the customer service from Mike was spectacular. I took my wife car to three different machanics and they all gave me three different reasons why her car was leaking fluid. Then I took it to Midas and they quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. Saved me a lot of money! Thanks Midas!

Front desk employees were a big help, Ricardo and Mike fit me into the schedule with me being a walk in and got me set up for my services. Alex was the tech who worked on my car and he was very quick and detailed when expecting my vehicle.
