Kept receiving messages and emails to leave a review! 3 stars because they were quick with having no scheduled appointment, I went in thinking I needed my AC Compressor replaced but turns out I was charged $160 to recharge my A/C, something I could have went to autozone to get and did myself for under $50. Haven t been in the shop in years and now I see why, great front desk customer service.

The appointment process was smooth and simple. Plus, the service and pricing was excellent. Furthermore, the staff was personable, courteous, and knowledgeable. Although there are various options available for oil changes, why go elsewhere. The Meineke Car Care Center provides excellent prices, service, and expedient appointment completion. They are a definite 5 out of 5 stars and I highly recommend this location and the Meineke brand overall.

My car had an oil leak and I had to have it towed by AAA. Triple A told me that they had a recommended auto repair shop (Meineke Car Care Center) that they could tow it to for repairs, and I agreed.Please Note: Meineke Car Care Center is NOT accredited with the Better Business Bureau, and they are a Foreign Limited Liability Company. I brought my car in mid-November 2023 and after a week, the Manager ("Matthew Brown") informed me that I would have to order the parts ($171) and they gave me the part numbers that I should order. I did and had them shipped to Meineke. Another three weeks went by, and Matthew informed me that he gave me the incorrect part numbers. I asked him to send them back to BMW and he did, but that process took five weeks. By then, it was now January 2024. I was understanding because of the two major holidays and things move slower then; however, I found out on January 9th, 2024, that my parts had not been shipped back and he finally did so on January 10th, 2024. On January 16th, I found out that BMW would not accept one of the parts they sent back because it had been "used". Matthew claimed it was still new, but BMW insisted it wasn't. I decided to just accept the loss on that part at that point.They sent me an estimate of $840 and said it required my electronic signature for them to proceed, and I signed it. By then we are well into late February 2024, and Matt called me and said that they could not fix my car and that I would not have to pay anything. The really sad thing is that there were only two hoses visible and accessible on the top side of the engine that had to be replaced. Even though I felt I had wasted 3 months with them, I said okay and asked when I could come and have my car towed to BMW. He said there is no problem leaving your car here as long as you need to.When I called to inform them that I was coming to have my car towed and asked to speak to Matthew, I was told that he was no longer there and that my car had been towed away. The new Manager, Richard, was extremely rude. I told him everything that transpired and asked him to simply have my car towed back so I could take it to BMW. He refused and treated me badly, but I will leave that alone for a second. I went to the place where the vehicle was towed and told them what was going on. I asked for the key to see if the parts that I paid for were in the car. They (JR) told me they did not have the key, and that if the key was sent with the car, it would be unlocked with the key inside. They were also very nice and respectful and had specific procedures for what they do with a towed car.I went back to Meineke and spoke to Richard. He held the phone to his ear and mouth the whole time I was there, and he appeared to be afraid. When he was talking, I asked if he was speaking to me or the person on the phone. He said he was talking to me and would not put the phone down after I asked him, and he started being rude. He said that I was trying to argue, and I said no, I am trying to get my key. He said that he gave the key to the tow truck driver, and I told him that I just came from up there and they do not have the key. Richard again told me that the key was not there and that was it. He then told me to have a nice day. if you ever must deal with this Richard guy, please know that you have been warned!They have now left me with no alternative but to file a lawsuit against them while I simply wanted to get two oil hoses replaced so that I could give the car to my Son.

I had a pretty good experience this past Saturday. I needed to get my struts replaced on my 2009 Cadillac Escalade. They made the repair and returned my truck all in the same day. I like that kind of service. The pricing wasn t bad either. I recommend them to women like myself who know very little about car repairs and are afraid of dealing with mechanics on their own.

I was pleased with the service provided. They diagnosed and was able to repair my car in the same day. The wait was not terribly long. Ken went over and beyond and took me home so I did not have to continue to wait or call a ride. That was superb customer service that will make me use them again.I am updating my post because what I brought it in for was not diagnosed properly. I was told I needed rear brakes but actually it was shocks and struts. Mike definitely made it right and took care of me. I will always request Josh to work on my work and not the first mechanic. I will still give them 4 stars because they made it right and the communication was excellent.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Vehicle Inspection, Wiper blade installation, Auto brake replacement

I had a very bad experience at the Fairburn Ga location. They gave me some conflicting diagnosis, then treated my car in junk car manner.They left my car leaking as bad as it was before the new parts were installed. I had signicant body realignment issue from a radiator being installed with the hood, bumper and right fender. I have had a high end luxury car there in the past and they treated it like a baby.Although being appollogetic, I'm not pleased with the manner in the way my car was neglected and abused.Please be warned and aware when taking your vehicle to these Mieneke shops.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Exhaust, Auto engine diagnostic

Matt Brown, you are excellent!! When I walked in yesterday, I had not seen you in years but was comforted by seeing your face again. I knew you from another store and man, you did not disappoint. For those of you reading this, go see Matt. Known of him for years. My service was beyond good. To the owners of this facility, keep Matt here long term with excellent pay and benefits. Don t skimp on this. Really solid people are hard to find. He was and IS what is good about our community. We may only get one chance to do good by people as we may only pass their way once. I got lucky and received a repeat performance. Matt, I appreciate and am thankful for who you are and how you operate. More people on this ground we walk need to operate like you. Genuine and pleasant. Grateful to work with you on my car. May God bless you and your family. Owners, great job on hiring him.

While the staff is friendly the service is one to be desired. The quote for repair of my brakes was a sham! I received two quotes one on 11/16/23 and another on 12/19/23 which was on a special of free brakes pads yet the quote on 11/16 was less then the one on 12/19 with supposedly free brake pads. I called and was told that on my initial quote the brake pads were cheaper pads! Give me a break with that nonsense. Never the less I let them repair my brakes. Stupid me! Then I travel 30 minutes to pickup my car and they re closed although the website states they close at 6pm. I get there at 5:20 and they re gone. Not operating hours on door. I will never go back and will be putting this same testimony on every site customer feedback site possible.

I visited this location about a week ago. Scheduled an appointment online to come in and have my tire plugged. It was flat when I arrived but I knew it was from a slow leak. I had no issues driving on it the night before nor was it flat when I arrived home. A guy came out to look at the tire and immediately told me I needed a new tire, nothing could be done to fix it, he could not plug it and that the tire was worn and disintegrating inside. He said they had no tires in stock but they could order one. 1 tire plus an alignment that he said I'd need, was quoted at $425!!!! He offered me air for the tire to get to where I was going. I drove to a tire shop and they plugged my tire for $10!!!!! There was no huge hole, no disintegration, and the tire was not beyond repair. I've been driving just fine ever since!! They tried to rip me off but I'm no fool. Nor do I jump to buy anything without weighing my options first. I will never go to this place again!

Mechanic took apart panels around radiator so they could check my turbocharger on my Chevrolet Cruze and failed to reinstall my panels, and left a cigarette but on top of the inside frame of the the radiator and hood of car. On my first visit mechanic had change the housing on my left rear headlight , and somehow running rain water is leaking around and through my trunk cover.Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Steering & suspension replacement, Auto engine diagnostic, Tire rotations, Wheel alignment, Auto tire replacement

Omg. Post pandemic customer service overall has dropped! However, the customer service here was 100% top notch. Every employee was great but Mike was simply outstanding! He was knowledgeable, informative and very personable. He stayed and additional 30 minutes past close as I was late picking up my car! Guys keep up the good work. Overall pretty good.I scheduled my appointment online but when I arrived there was no record of an appointment so something in their system is not connecting. My car was inspected and I was provided with a detailed invoice within less than an hour.

Initially, I took my car in to eliminate the "check engine" light so I can pass emissions test and get license plates for my car. I picked my car up but the very next day, my check engine light came back on. I took it back and they satisfactorily fixed the problem.

Initially, I was not going to leave a review. However, due to the influx of text messages requesting that I review Meineke, I will. I visited this establishment 9/14/2023 for my alternator to be replaced. Prior to the visit, my battery light would flash on and off but did not remain on for long. After the visit and the replacement, my battery light is faintly on. But, of course, that is due to a communication error. Even though I appreciate the work that was done, I did leave a little disappointed due to the lack of communication from the technicians. There was nothing in the documentation mentioning the communication error. Instead, I had to bring it to their attention and was then told about the error. Their suggestion was to have it tested even though that was something that should have been done by then after the replacement.

I can t say enough amazing things about this place! I will be back!! Any car issues I have I m bringing my car back. The communication, the service and the timely manner to get my car back. Meineke is a big brand car service. A lot of times there s nothing remarkable about big brands. It s important to remember that companies are made of people. The service employee Mike provided excellent service. That s the reason I ll return with my other cars and let others know.

This location is new to the area and very close to my home- this is a benefit to me as with running a business needing to have a reliable location, I can take my vehicle for service when the repair is beyond my scope of ability or time - The entire staff was professional, this will be my Mechanic of choice when needed-

Update: I brought my car to this location three times for the same issue. I also paid $1400 to resolve the issue. I am still experiencing a noise in my car. The customer service is great but the mechanics may not be skilled enough to resolve all issues. It s extremely frustrating when they guarantee that the issue is fixed and it s not. I was told I would receive a follow up regarding this complaint and I never received one.
