I gave this location three chances to get it right. My last two encounters were the worst. I went in for a diagnostic after my scheduled service the previous week. I arrived at 8am. Once I was told what the issue was I gave the okay to move forward to get the repair. I also had my two toddler children with me. I waited for 9 hours only to be told the part needed was not in. By then my children were all over the place. I was furious. The kitchen area in the waiting room does not stay stocked. They had muffins from the previous week still out.Nevertheless, I was still charged and had to return to get the repair completed. After returning to have the part replaced I only waited a little over an hour. I was also told I wasn t charged for the part only the labor. At a discounted rate I paid. I was so over it. I m still confused as to why they had my car during the previous appointment for so long. I haven t been able to get an explanation. I won t be returning as I get better results and treatment at the buckhead location. They would have either taken me home or given me a loaner. They also would have had an eta on repair.Update: The general manager called me to discuss my recent unpleasant experience with their service and to implement strategies moving forward to avoid situations similar to mine. I truly appreciate his kind gesture and hope that similar issues won't arise in the future.

Service was amazing! I was able to get my vehicle serviced on a day convenient for me. Was informed of repairs needed I could choose to get them done now or later. My service advisor was kind & friendly! Waiting area was quiet, clean and not too far from a restroom. I will drive out my way to get my car serviced here!

Overall my experience was excellent. I initially called Shae to book my appointment and she handed everything politely and professionally. Once I arrived, Rich was very communicative and explained everything being done during my service appointment. Rich was great to deal with. Mrs Truong was very pleasant and personable during my payment process.

I would be remiss if I did not take a moment to share the recent wonderful experience I had at Land Rover South Atlanta. From the moment I pulled into the bays I was greeted by warm faces and a calm & clean atmosphere. From that point they proceeded to meet and exceed my expectations. Not only was I able to get my fluids topped they were able to bring me straight in for an alignment. They also inspected my vehicle, did not make any outlandish recommendations, and kept me updated as they efficiently completed my service. Within the time they committed my car was serviced, washed and returned to me. The checkout process was also friendly and efficient.My past experiences at this facility had not been so favorable. The change in management and leadership has transformed this service facility. I will be brinigng my vehicles to them in the future. Special thank you to Rich and Tiffany for being such incredible representations of the facility.

The lady at parts service counter made my day . She's such a sweetheart was kind of feed up with everything. Had to order parts for my car and come back the next day . Which would be my third day coming back. But just talking with her while paying for parts just made my day. Just talking to her changed my mood. She's just a sweetheart, she talked to like she been knowing me forever. She's the best keep her and give her a raise she deserves it.

10/10 across the board for Rich! My appointment was for an oil change however, I expressed to Rich that I was having an issue with the driver s side window control panel. From the moment I arrived to the time I left, Rich made sure all of my concerns with my Rover were addressed. You can tell that he truly enjoys what he does by the way he treats his customers. I definitely appreciated his help today. A true GEM to Land Rover SA!

They were able to diagrams fix same day! This was important due to me having a business meeting with my executive next day and I didn t want to drive with check engine light on. Connie was informative and very nice. It s hard to find this kind of customer service

Wonderful experience! Everything seems to be back to normal, up and running the way that it was pre Covid. I made my appointment and got in within 2 weeks. The team took fixed everything that was wrong with my car and I was back on the road a few hours later. While I waited, I had coffee and watched television while I worked on my computer in their lovely waiting area.

On arriving, I was acknowledged and then greeted by a service representative. Shortly thereafter I was approached by another service representative. He greeted me and asked what service I was there for, then explained to me what the service entails and the duration of the service. Then he escorted me to the waiting area after giving me additional advice.

I went in on Friday the 8th of December with a tire leak. I prayed hard that they would be able to help me because I was leaving for a trip out of town that morning. They took me in and gave me excellent care even though I had to purchase a new tire because they don t do tire repairs. I was happy with that because I was able to continue on my journey. My experience with South Atlanta Land Rover was nothing short of stellar. Their entire team worked hard to make my out of town purchase happen as expeditiously and seamlessly as possible. Professional, knowledgeable, friendly. Though not the closet dealership to me, they met my every expectation and have truly earned my business in the future. Thank you, South Atlanta!!

I was scheduled for an oil change and other services that include a tire rotation package in the price. On the date of service the tire rotation was not completed and the only way I noticed is because I had recently bought 2 new tires for the front of my vehicle. Those two tires were still in place after the service was completed and paid for. How do we really know that the expensive service we pay for have really been completed? We should be able to trust the mechanics at luxury car dealerships that we purchase the vehicle from.

Headlight needed to be replaced and then other wiring harness damage was found and repaired as well. Just a couple of days for a part. Connie was very helpful and kept me informed of the progress until it was ready. Car wash washed and clean when I picked up. Great service!

OMG - Jaguar of South Atlanta s customer service far exceeded what I have experienced at the two other Jaguar dealerships in metro Atlanta. I had a very bad experience at in Buckhead, and the more I learn about this service department, the more I am convinced that I will NEVER go back to the others. Honesty is extremely important to me, and I felt like that was exactly what I received from Connie during my visit. Also learned I got ripped off on a timing chain quote with the other dealership to the tune of about $10k! It was also very easy to get an appointment with them - something else that I never experienced with the others. Love them!!!

Customer service was horrible. No one answers the phone in the service department. They act as if the customer is a bother. I had to go elsewhere to purchase a vehicle once I was told the status of my vehicle (unrepairable). Connie Thomas was the only helpful person once I returned to cleanout my vehicle that was traded in to another dealership, awaiting a tow. This was my second Land Rover (paid off) so I know the high level of customer service that is usually demonstrated by Land Rover and what I experienced was far from it. I was not a satisfied customer.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Update: the response from the dealer below is a trick - they are not willing to make it right. Just a show for potential customers.Make sure you check your spare tire after service. My extra 22" full size spare was stolen and replaced with a doughnut. I knew something was wrong after I left and heard a noise after each speed bump. I told Rich afterwards but was assured it was nothing. My service was on October 28, 2023, but I only checked it January 2024.I alerted this business and have had no closure. They claim there is no video and are denying any nefarious act. It appears you need to take a picture of your valuables and provide BEFORE service or this could happen to you! Now we have to move on to legal action. What a nightmare.Avoid at all costs!

Horrible experience I will never recommend nobody to get their car serviced or get a diagnostic. Employees are horrible and not knowledgeable. They don t explain anything to you. If you are a woman please bring a man with you because they will scam you. Phone calls was not returned they dnt care nothing about their customers. Don t bring your car there !!!!

It was the worst experience ever. They lie about work that s needed to be done to your car just to get more money out of your warranty they re very unprofessional and I definitely wouldn t recommend the more they charge you the bigger their commission

I haven't had my car in almost a year. I took it to another facility that just strung me along they didn't know what they were doing. When I had it towed to Land Rover Jaguar South they took care of me and my car. I really appreciate their expertise and professionalism. From the service department to detailing and to their checkout receptionist they were just what I expected and more from Land Rover. Their customer service is above par. If you want to be taken care of properly, professionally and with dignity.
