Phil and the crew just earned a life time customer like i told him. Cool dude, i called last minute with a few things i needed done to my V-Rod, he got it done before close of business day on a Friday!

Unfortunately I experienced horrible service which resulted in my bike being down for the last 6 months due to the pushrod collapsing causing premature lifter failure and premature camshaft failure less than 300 miles after they adjusted the pushrods. as well as the battery box was not tightened properly after battery installation real wheel nut was not tightened properly after tire installation and they refused to warranty the work 1 month and 300 miles after the service claiming I ride my bike to hard so essentially blaming my riding style for the lock nut on the pushrod coming loose and backing itself off . None the less I was told it would only be a week and they had my bike closer to 2.5 weeks. I could go on and on about not only my bike but my brothers. Long story short I wouldn t recommend bringing a bicycle here let alone a vehicle that failures can cause death or injury. As a professional mechanic myself I m shocked and appalled by the way the shop in a whole handled the situation.

Phil and Dolly are EXCELLENT to work with...after your NEW WARRANTY is over and done with at Harley dealerships and you want QUALITY SERVICE you can TRUST...check them out....oh yeah ...the prices are GREAT compared to the OUTLANDISH dealership service rate ...

A good friend took me there to pick up his bike and the owner spent quality time with us going over everything in detail. I later took my '01 Deuce to have chain tensioners changed and cams added . Great work done and had all of the removed parts bagged if I wanted them. Went over in detail what was worn and what was reusable. Just can't beat the place, not the cheapest around but you get what you pay for. Bike runs great.Stop in and look around.

Horrible customer service, horrible communication.I dropped 2 bikes off, was told a timeline that was not honored. Phil did not stick to his word on timing and took weeks of my bikes just sitting with absolutely nothing done at all. On top of that my brothers bike which was one that was dropped off went into the shop was working perfectly and came out with problems. This would not be a big deal if I was offered that they would look to fix the bike or take care of the issues as I understand accidents happen but i I asked that Phil do that and he blew me off and said it wasn t his fault or problem. Tried relating to him and discussing if a car goes into a shop with a brake problem and comes out scratched are you going to expect that be taken care of? Of course Phil blew that off and told me do what I felt I needed to do when I told him I d make this known. So here I am writing a review with one bike that s not working properly and another bike that sat and had no work done to make it better as well as a horrible taste left in my mouth for Phil and his lack of care or customer service. I highly suggest staying away from this shop if you want your bike treated well, work done properly and on time, or want good customer service from someone who will do right by their word. 0 stars out of 5 for Phil s disrespectful and unprofessional shop.

Started with a $500-$600 service and ended with a $1300-$1500 service that I did not request. I wouldn't trust them with a bicycle. Just got off the phone with a very unprofessional "manager " that has now challenged a lawsuit. Consider it done.They also said my bike wasn't completed because they added services that I didn't ask for BUT placed a video of bike on their FB page saying it was completed two weeks prior while revving the engine.They take advantage of people who don't know a lot about mechanics. I'll pass that info on to the Bitter Business Bureau.

Wow is all that I can say. Phill was extremely easy to work work. I called just to have a set of slip ons installed. After speaking with Phill and after realizing what it was that I really wanted out of my bike. Phill made it make sense that it would be best for me to go with a stage two. The cost benefit vs. my original plan was well worth it. The process was painless and extremely fast.During the time they had my bike I was receiving parts. I took them up to them and they had them installed with no problem. There was never a time that they told me no. They always found ways to say yes. THE TURE DEFINITION OF CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!I would recommend King Kustom Cycles to anyone looking to upgrade or repair their motorcycle. I was extremely pleased with the out come!!!

Phil and his team are the "BEST". The customer service is alway 10 plus and their prices are always fair. I always feel like I am getting the best advice about my 2017 Harley Road glide. If you are looking for a one stop shop and a team of professionals this is your spot!!

Really had extremely high hopes for this shop. I love to support my small business owners like my self. It so difficult finding honest bike shops in GA for buells. First time I took it there they damage my shifter shift and bolt missing under seat. 2nd time now I see my new clutch cable cut and leaking oil and my shifter shift seal still leaks. But I get the picture that maybe my money is not good enough for what ever reason even tho it all greeen. If you work hard for you stuff and like the ideal of things being broken on your bike that was not broken before and giving the take it or I put a lien on your bike attitude then this is the perfect place to take it. I really wish you and your shop the best of luck cause every body hungry. But you lost me as a customer. Am sure that does not even matter to you as a person but this review is not for you it for other people to read. Best wishes.

They did a fantastic job on my Fat boy a couple of years ago and dropping off my Road Glide Ultra for some work this week. Phil greets you by name and takes all the time you need to discuss your project and give you solid advice.

So impressed with the service and my bike's performance. Phil, the owner, told me that my bike would be totally different with the Stage 1 kit. Boy, was he right! I got some SWAG too!

The team at King Kustom Cycles is super friendly and experts when it comes to servicing Motorcycles. Phil, the owner, addresses you by name when you walk in the establishment; even when it is only the second time you have been there.They are not out looking to take all of your money. They treat you right and the prices are far better than any HD Stealership in the area.Phil - thanks for taking such good care of our bikes!!!!

I dropped my bike off to repair one thing for a price of $600.00 then they bought and put other things on my bike totaling up to $2,050. They charged me for an oil change when they had to repair my clutch anyway

I was going to take my bike in, but the pattern of rude customer service has dissuaded me. Just my luck I would have a problem and they tell me to f@ - off.Improve your customer service standards and I will reconsider.

I live so close to this place and always wanted togo inside. Finally I saw they were open and went in to see if I could get my Honda serviced here and they said they "only" work on Harley Davidson's. So sad.

Horrible CUSTOMER SERVICE! Very Rude and Disrespectful. I came to them originally because my bike 2008 CBR1000RR had the oil light on. I told them the oil type I Needed which I acquired from my motorcycle manual and he said he had it. So they proceeded to put oil in it and I paid for the oil. Then when I take it to WOW to get a tire change, I hand them the receipt from King Kustoms and GUESS WHAT! They have my bike type wrong and they put Harley oil in the bike. So it looks like a bullshit receipt! So I nicely call and tell them about the mistake..."why are you calling" "you want me to change the receipt" "we specialize in Harley's not rockets" "so what's the problem" just rude. I was simply telling him the oil he put in it wasn't the oil I said and that he got my bike type wrong on my receipt. I wasn't asking for a refund or anything I was simply informing him of the mix up. But he was so rude and arguementive and then he just hung up. DONT GO HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. Oh and I'll put my name on this. CULANI BURKS! Mannerism Sucks! <--- DOES NOT DESERVE ONE STAR!
