My golf cart was purchased originally from TSA so I called them for service. The nicest young man, Kyle, came out and checked it over, showed me how to put water in the batteries and replaced the forward/reverse switch that had been giving me trouble. Later, Todd, the service manager, called to follow-up. He is also very nice and told me to call him directly if I have any problems or questions. I'm most pleased with TSA!

We purchased our Club Car Precedent from TSA of Augusta back in 2018. We recently had our cart refurbished adding an extra seat, new top, replaced batteries, and two new tires. We had the opportunity to once again work with Todd, who went out of his way to assure that the improvements were done to our liking, in a timely manner, and for a reasonable cost. We are so pleased with how our cart turned out and the attention to detail and customer service that Todd provided. We were also impressed with Kyle, who took great care in picking up and delivering our cart. He also took the time to explain the upgrades and made sure that we were completely satisfied before he left. My husband and I highly recommend TSA of Augusta for all of your golf cart maintenance needs.

Time for our yearly golf cart service, after purchasing our Club Car last year, from Peyton at TSA Golf. So easy with which to work. Very polite, kind, & knowledgeable. He understood our needs & matched us with the best golf cart for us.After making some improvements, last year, Todd delivered our cart. He was so knowledgeable, making sure we knew how to do everything. Going out of his way to accommodate our needs. He thoroughly explained everything.This year, Todd handled all our service & additions we made to our cart. Again, he is so helpful & knowledgeable & always goes above & beyond to make sure we are satisfied. He is a valuable asset to TSA Golf, with genuine concerns for the customer. We feel we can call him anytime.He always answers our questions.This year, another great employee, Kyle picked up & delivered our cart after a very reasonable amount of time. He went through everything with us & made sure he explained everything before leaving.We cannot say enough about the treatment, information, & service we receive from TSA Golf & highly recommend them for your golf cart needs.Patrice & Maco Deaton

Just had my 15 year old Club Car DS serviced at TSA. David and Todd were fantastic. New tires, brakes, batteries and a few other tweaks and she is as good as new. The lights blew on the evening I got it back and they were out the next day, picked it up and returned within two days with new lights and ready roll. Great customer service TSA.

Worst buying experience ever. Would NOT recommend buying a used cart from this place. My recent experience resulted in a colossal waste of time and many headaches. There are far too many other club car dealers in the area that are reputable and act with a sense of integrity. If you still decide to do business with them, one word of advice... get EVERYTHING in writing. They don't seem to like this approach to buying carts.

I love these guys, always have the parts I need for my Club Car Precedent. Wayne in the parts Department will treat you right, every time. Damn good people to do business with.

I don t know what that clown Nick is talking about...I ve never had a better experience buying a golf car. These guys were professional from my first phone call and went above and beyond to deliver me a golf car that far exceeded all expectations.
