This is the best golf cart establishment in this area, in my opinion. I've delt with them (Sam) for over 10 yrs. They are always friendly, professional & punctual. I would recommend The Cart Barn to any & everyone I know!! Thank you Sam for all that you & your staff have done for me!!

I have been doing business with Sam for almost 10 years. We have bought a couple of golf carts from him and he has helped us if we have any problems or need extra accessories/parts. He is the first person we call/trust with any advice on any of our golf carts. He is so patient and kind to my 80plus year old Dad that loves to tinker on old golf carts too! Just had to give him a shout out because he helped me AGAIN with an issue when I just brought a cart to Florida! Best of Service! Thank you!!!

We purchased a golf cart about 2 years ago! Within weeks the bazooka audio bar had to be replaced. Within a few months the battery started going dead. My husband would charge the battery here and there and eventually called bc a battery shouldn t go dead on a brand new golf cart. They said we were draining it somehow. The guy I had to deal with over and over again was rude. Never would get called back by owner. He was never in or got back to me per the guy that answered the phones. Both times that we had to bring it in, for the battery, they said it should be good. Per them the battery was fine . The problem continued until we bought a new battery over selves and put it in. Customer service stinks, owner is apparently too busy to handle a business, and per other reviews I ve read the batteries are an issue with this place.

I stopped in multiple times to check out their inventory. I was always greeted with a smile and great customer service. They were very willing to help me find the cart I wanted and ultimately had fair prices. The purchase process was easy and quick! Thanks again for the smooth transaction and great cart!

The buying experience went well, however less than 2 months into having the cart, we had a battery go bad. The Cart Barn suggested we go a shop closer to our house as we did not want to travel the 2 hours back to Evans, Ga. The other shop fixed our battery and charged an $89 labor charge. The Cart Barn, who approved for us to take it here, refused to pay the $89 and the owner, Sam, refused to call us on the phone or respond to our e-mail, which were not hateful in nature at all. Bad business to do business with, when they won't take care of customers or respond to your concerns. Not worth the drive or energy to buy from them, they want your business and don't want to hear from you again, which is opposite of what they said when we bought the cart.

Bought a used cart about five years ago. Anytime we ve had any issues; whether it was a weak battery , cracked cup holder, or any upgrades we wanted done, the staff was always helpful and accommodating. My family has purchased two carts from Cart Barn and have had a great working relationship with everyone there. Highly recommend.

Stopped in to shop their inventory a couple of times before making a purchase of a new cart. Always met with friendly, knowledgeable service. Also observed others being treated the same way.After my purchase I had some cup holders installed. This was done while I grocery shopped. Glad to keep this purchase local.

Purchased a used cart spent $6600 only to get it home and find out it had issues. Drove it twice and the oil light started flashing and the cart started to back fire. Check it and the battery was very low, charged it up and it ran fine. Parked it in the garage and came back a couple of days later, the battery was low again. Contacted Cart Barn and they gave me the run around. Needless to say they didn't assist me with the problem. They actually started ignoring my calls,,Do Not Purchase from them, Bad Customer Service..(Retired Verteran)

We purchased a 2017 RXV and we added all the bells and whistles. We LOVE it and we re so happy!The Cart Barn staff gave us time to walk around without pressuring us to buy and they answered all our questions when we decided what we wanted.Great customer service!!

I bought a brand new EZ-GO at Cart Barn a year and a half ago. I traded in a club car. I was so excited as this was my very first brand new EZ-GO. I had some trouble with a very subtle shimmy in the steering column. It was such a bizarre complaint but Sam and his staff took it very serious.I haven t been this happy with the customer service of any business for the amount they were willing to do, to fix such a subtle problem that was truly hard to identify.Cart Barn has above and beyond, given amazing customer satisfaction. This is a great business to deal with. They also do a great job representing EZ-GO as a dealer.

paid for new wheels and tires got a phone call the next day saying the wheels are on a national back order and did not know when they would be in. so they gave me the option of other new wheels that they had in stock. i picked a set and went to pick them up and they had been mounted already on a cart but they sold them to me as new. i called and they said they had been mounted on one of their new carts. so i asked them if they could help me out with some discount or reimbursement since the wheels had damage on them and all he would give me is a 50.00 store credit. i had to argue with him to at least give me 50.00 off my already 700.00 purchase and felt like i had to pressure him to do that. where has the customer service gone???? I hope the business the best of luck but they will not be getting anymore of my money.

If you are looking to purchase a golf cart from here be patient. You have to wait on the staff to finish playing on their phones and talking to help you. I went in today with cash in hand to buy a cart and was ignored by the girl playing on her phone to the point I just left. I have been in there several times to get accessories with the same experience. There are too many golf cart places in Augusta to have to deal with that.

I ordered a brand new 2017 golf cart for here at Harbor Club with some upgrades. It will be delivered at the end of this month. So far, I couldn't be more pleased with the customer service.
