Keenan was exceptional and is a consummate professional! He was extremely patient with us in deciding to buy our vehicle. There was no high pressure salesman tactics that other dealers do or even the opposite as some dealers judge your appearance and decide you re not going to buy a car. He was engaging and responded immediately to all calls or emails as we carefully made the decision to buy. Luis was also exceptional and I really enjoyed the shared military experiences. Taylor BMW and Keenan will definitely be getting more of my business going forward!

Keenan and everyone I interacted with at Taylor BMW were amazing to work with. Looked at a few vehicles in September, but none of them were what I was really looking for, so they helped me with a custom build on an M440xi convertible. Absolutely worth the wait. Now they have a lot more in stock. Your dream might already be waiting.

This by far was the best car buying experience ever. Thank you Taylor BMW, but most of all I would like to say thank you to my sales representative Keenan Mason. I had the pleasure of working with Keenan during my car buying experience and from the moment I walked in the door I was treated exceptionally well. Keenan provided excellent service throughout the entire process and kept me in the loop with weekly updates on the status of my customized my BMW.I would also like to thank the finance manager Ben Davis, he was very helpful and provided great financial services.Again thank you Taylor BMW, Keenan Mason and Ben Davis, I really appreciate all the hard work and effort they put forth to make sure I was a satisfied customer.~Ra Chelle Burton

Keenan was a great sales person. I made it easy on him though I arrived knowing what car I was looking at and working with Sam to negotiate my price.Keenan followed up and was very communicative.The dealership is very neat, clean and folks are kind and helpful.

This is my first experience dealing with BMW, and I have to admit, they exceeded all of my expectations. I was interested in purchasing a 2024 M3, so I reached out to see if they had one in stock. They did, and invited me in for a test drive. When I arrived, the car was already out front and ready to go. I was greeted by Keenan, who was the sales representative that assisted me. He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. He answered all of my questions, and even went with me on the test drive. Unfortunately, the one they had in stock wasn t exactly what I was looking for, however, Keenan and the sales manager, Sam Jones, were able to locate the perfect match for me in Columbia. They had the car delivered the following day, and I completed the purchase. When I picked up my car, they had it in the showroom, looking beautiful. At that time, one of the BMW geniuses named Jett, sat me in the car to go over every last little bit of the numerous tech features this car has. Now I m tearing up the streets with my new M3. If you re in the market for a new BMW, ask for Keenan, he will take good care of you.

The experience with Keenan was great. Never really shopped for a car, but I felt really good with Keenan not having to rushed. With him listening to my needs and helping me with the best options. The overall experience was spectacular! Thank you Mr Keenan!

I was shopping for a SUV to replace my GMC Denali. I was already a BMW owner for 10 years so I already knew how great the vehicles were. I wanted to purchase another larger SUV. I stopped by Taylor BMW to test drive a BMW X 7. I was happily approached by the sweetest young man named Paton Clark. He told me they didn t have any X7 on the lot but we test drove a few X5. Although it wasn t big enough or exactly what I was looking for my experience with this young man was so amazing that I wanted to buy SOMETHING from him. I took my husband back with me the next day because he had his eyes on a BMW M 440i that Taylor had. WELL . After only a few minutes of talking to Paton we decided to purchase the convertible from him. EARLY 50th birthday gift my husband said. I sadly traded in my BMW 328i that I loved. We are really enjoying this FUN CAR. I can not recommend Taylor BMW or Paton enough. They were so awesome to deal with. Paton was so patient with me and he wasn t pushy at all. He answered all my questions and he was extremely great to work with. Karen was a huge help in making all this happen. Luis was extremely helpful and explained the extending warranties we bought. Chad was awesome, he explained to me everything that the car does before I drove off in it. I will definitely recommend them to everyone. I really enjoyed my edible arrangement they gave me. Overall WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE!!!!

I had an unfortunate incident that resulted in getting 2 flat tires on my X5 while in the middle of a 2 1/2 hour drive to the Masters. BMW Road Side Assistance gave me the option of having my car towed to Taylor BMW which is on close proximity to Augusta National. At the time, I didn't realize what a blessing in disguise this was. The Service Manager, Brian Moon, provided me and my daughter, the type of Customer service that is rarely seen in this day and age! His primary focus was to ensure this unfortunate event didn't spoil our highly anticipated day. He provided us with a loner vehicle with zero hesitation, which allowed us to be in the Masters gate by 11:30. Depending on the extent of the damage to my X5, he would have allowed me to take the loner back to my home and would deliver my car, once repairs were made! Luckily, only the 2 new tires, and an alignment were needed. After we returned the loner, we were on the road and heading back home at 7:00 that evening! Special thanks to Brian Moon, and Business Manager, Luis Olmo, for their help and courtesy. When me and any family members are in the market for a BMW, we will surely make the trip to Taylor!Dean Erickson

What an awesome experience I encounter at Taylor BMW of Augusta on August 19. I spoke with Keenan before I arrived at the dealership and explained what I was looking for and when I arrived, he had two options for me to look at. When I saw the black X3 with the red seats, I knew I had to have it, but I told myself to remain calm. The X4 was nice but the wrong color and the seats were beige. I was not pressured on either vehicle but educated on their performance. Keenan ensured that all my questions were answered. His customer service was outstanding! I must add that I wasn t pressured into purchasing something that I won t be pleased with next year or regret my decision. Keenan made my birthday a great one. Hats off to a wonderful salesman!

This was by far the best experience ever. Literally went in 10/21 built and ordered my suv and within 2 weeks my car had arrived to the dealership. Would definitely recommend the sales rep Keenan. He made the process easy and communication was on point as far as updates. Thank you so much!

Had a wonderful buying experience at Taylor BMW. Keenan was fantastic to work with, we were able to work out a purchase despite me being 200 miles away! They had the color combo I was looking for in a Certified pre-owned Z4, Keenan made the process easy and answered all questions I had, always helpful and super friendly. As this was our first BMW, it was a special and unique purchase consisting of a showroom spot with (New England Patriots) themed bow on top. A few days later we even received a thank you with chocolate covered fruit. Highly recommend the good folks at Taylor if in the market for a new or used BMW.

Keenan was my sales agent. He did an amazing job from start to finish. My car broke down suddenly and Keenan provided stellar customer care although I was buying from Atlanta (120 miles away).I would definitely request him again.

This experience at Taylor BMW was awesome! From our salesman Keenan Mason, Mr. Sam Jones, Ms. Karen Smith and not to forget our genius Chad Prince! Keenan made us felt like family from the moment we walked in the door! He will always be my salesman because of his honesty, knowledge and going that extra mile to make sure we were comfortable. The level of respect and listening to details that Keenan gave us was like no other. Mr. Sam and Ms. Karen helped us with all the questions we had. Sharing their experiences and placing our minds at ease. They were so respectful and showed so much patience with us. I love Chad Prince and the way he made sure I understood everything about my car. Chad made me felt like we knew each other for years and I loved it. He helped me with all my questions even if they were some silly ones. One thing about them all they made sure I had their cards in case I had questions later down the road. You don't get that type of hospitality from any other dealership and that's from my experience. I will always come back to them to purchase a vehicle because they never made us felt like just another deal. They made us feel like we were family!

Such a great experience. I ordered a new X1 after my previous car was totaled in an accident and Armando was so helpful with the ordering process. I love my new car so much - the only bad part was the wait time but I can't take off for that because it wasn't within the dealership's control. Luis was also so nice during the financing process and I really wish I could remember the name of the BMW Genius who taught me how to use all the cool new stuff in my car, because he was great too. My family will definitely be back!

Peter was extremely helpful and patient throughout the research and buying process. We tested several of the X series before decided on an X1. Our trade-in was fair and comparable to other offers we received in the area. I m very happy with the overall experience and the new car!

The team at Taylor is fantastic. I bought a used 750 that had 2 problems a few months later. Taylor paid for it all to be repaired at another BMW dealer to save me a return visit . Sam Jones and Tim Rivers were so helpful and went above and beyond to resolve the issues. I will definately buy from them again !

I honestly went to BMW to look b/c I promised myself and husband that I was going to gift myself a BMW for my 60th birthday. Keenan Mason went above and beyond to help us out, although he knew my birthday was in August, he had me drive an X3 with no pressure. Needless to say, I left that lot with an early birthday present . Keenan s customer service was outstanding!! He was so professional, kind and respectful to my husband and I. There wasn t a question about the car that he couldn t answer! Great job Keenan Mason!!

After careful consideration and evaluation of various vehicles, auto dealerships, and price points my husband & I decided to purchase another BMW.Keenan, our Salesman listened to our requests, was attentive, trustworthy & followed through on everything we requested. Karen Smith (who I call the Closer ) is my new favorite person. Her customer care was absolutely phenomenal. She is action mindedness, confident and will provide you with . She ensured we had 6 star quality care prior to us leaving. Mrs. Karen personally oversaw our departure with a full vehicle inspection inside and out, leaving us wanting nothing. As always Mr. Ben was very nice, courteous, and easy to work with. He made the signing process seamless. Thanks for glasses!!

I went to the lot just to look around. Keenan was the best. When I told him what I was looking for he made a real effort to find something that fit. After three test drives, he finally helped me find the car I never knew I wanted. After driving it for a month, I like it even more. The service after the sale is phenomenal. Any time I have a question or just want to chat, they are there with a smile.

Hands down the BEST car buying experience I ve ever had. Out of the 16 cars I ve bought (don t judge) and therefore 16 different sales folks, Keenan Mason wins the prize. From the moment I stepped onto the lot at Taylor BMW, I felt like I was car shopping with a friend. Zero pressure, incredibly knowledgeable, and the BEST personality. I cannot say enough nice things about Keenan and everyone who I came in contact with-Sam, Payton, Mr. Ben, Kay, Luis, and Clarence. If you re in the market for a new/used/preowned car, please stop by Taylor BMW and meet these awesome people you will be so happy you did. One more shoutout to Keenan for the Big Red Bow and sweet sign that greeted me today when I went to pick up my new car! I can t see going anywhere else for all of my future cars!

Keenan made things as easy as possible. This was the best car buying process I've been involved with. He connected with me the day before, sent me information by email and thoroughly explained everything. When we arrived at the dealership, the car was prepped and ready. So was all of the paperwork. Keenan took nothing for granted and made sure I was comfortable with all aspects of the car and all the details in the documents. He was prepared, but did not rush me through any item I had questions about and answered or found someone to answer every question on the car, paperwork, warranties, etc. Ronnie, Luis and Keenan work as a team at Taylor and I felt welcomed by all. Thank you Keenan.

From beginning to end, the service department went above and beyond. It was also nice to not be assaulted by salesmen as I waited (I was walking the lot killing time as there were no loaners available to drive to go eat lunch). I really can t say enough about these folks! The service lead, Eric, was very knowledgeable and made sure that everything I needed was ready and waiting. I called expecting to have to schedule an appointment for next week, but, they got me in on last minute notice ON A SATURDAY! The complementary Starbucks station was a welcomed treat since I d been up for around 24 hours straight (ER life). Thank you Taylor BMW, for a job very well done, and for making me feel like family.

Paton Clark, a salesman with Taylor BMW in Augusta, was very personable and a pleasure to work with as he assisted us in building our X3. He kept in touch and provided updates as the vehicle was being manufactured. Upon pickup, he greeted us in the lot as we arrived and proceeded to make the experience timely and enjoyable. We could not be more pleased with the service and professionalism Mr. Clark provided or our new BMW X3.
