Rusty talked with me about the repair prior to starting any work. My vehicle was complete when promised and a job well done. I got several quotes from other shops and Rusty's was the best. The quality of the repair and customer service was great. I have already recommended Rusty ' Automotive to my friends and family.

I moved here a few weeks ago, very new to the area so I didn t know where to take my vehicle to for proper maintenance. After calling around I was told this place did maintenance on Porsches, I took mine in for a routine oil change, after paying and overpriced amount for an oil change a few days later I noticed there was a leak. The coolant light came on and I seen smoke. ( never had ANY mechanical issues) the guy then charged me 1200 bucks to fix a hose I m sure that was damaged surging the oil change. break After that was supposedly fixed I had to deal with his extremely rude daughter getting upset because I can to get receipts. EVERY encounter with her was extremely horrible, very rude saying if the closed sign is up don t walk in. I m not sure if race played a part in this I m getting a feeling it did. Very horrible experience. I ve owned 3 Porsches and have never dealt with service or customer service like this. I wouldn t recommend this place to anyone STAY FAR FAR away!!

Rusty's automotive has completed three repair jobs on my Silverado. I trust Rusty and his team to take care of my vehicle. I sincerely appreciate his diligence in completing the job as promised.

We took our car after no one else in town would work on our engine to Rusty s. SO GRATEFUL he was able to get us back on the road again. It was a difficult and tedious repair. Thankful.

My car had a bad wheel bearing and brake problem. I called on Wednesday to make an appointment. They gave me an appointment for Friday. I dropped the car off Thursday afternoon. Late Thursday afternoon they called me with an estimate which I approved. Friday they had the car ready at 1:20pm.My opinion is that the service was fast, good and at a fair price.I would recommend Rusty's Auto service.

I am new to the Evans area and had my Subuaru Outback serviced at Rusty's Automotive. They did a fine job explaining what service was needed and what service needs that the car requires on the next service. I trust this business with my car and they charge a fair price. Last year I was experiencing some electrical issues with my car. I visited multiple mechanic shops and all of them were asking for atleast $150 just to find the issue. I finally found this shop, and the owner checked my car and found the problem without charging me for his service. He is very honest and fair price for the service that he provides. He explained everything including the prices for parts and gave me good estimate.

After looking for a good/honest mechanic for years, I found Rusty's automotive. Rusty has been fixing my cars for more than 2 years and I wouldn't take them anywhere else.I recommend Rusty to anyone who wants to be able to take their car somewhere for quality work and not have to worry about being cheated. Rusty stands by his work. On one visit he replaced my AC system and it broke a couple months later. I took it back and he replaced the part at no charge and without hassle.His stand up reputation and service is why I drive 30 minutes out of my way to get to his shop!

Honest honest honest! I took in my Olds Aurora that was having electrical issues expecting a $500 bill and he just threw me the keys. It was just a loose connection. As a loyal customer I get treated like that. Highly recommend!

Good work, but really overpriced for the job. I was charged nearly twice what the work should have cost, and the guy's daughter, who handles billing, kept giving me double-talk about why the parts cost so much.

Takes a long time to tell you whats wrong with your car. Took a week before I heard something. Work was over priced compared to other local shops. Quality was average, prices should be too.
