The receptionist was nice when I called to see if they were taking new cars, so I chose to get my car repaired here. I told them what car was doing concerning my epc and engine light. For my first time car shop experience this was the worst ever. When she read invoice over the phone I told her yes to fix repairs. I paid over 1k for repairs. The very next day I drove my car out of town 1 hour down the road my epc and engine light came back on losing power, the same issues. I called to inform them and to see when can I bring it back in the receptionist Katy scheduled me for 3 appointments, each time I went she told me he was booked up. A month later he finally looked at my car and told me they didn t find any issues but gave me a new invoice for other repairs. I didn t continue with repairs. I went to pick up my car and was given a $145 diagnostic fee. I asked to speak with the manager. The owner came in the office very rude and disrespectful. While explaining my car issues he was rude telling me NO ITS NOT! I asked him to not talk to me like that. He called the police on me lying saying I wouldn t leave when they had possession of my keys. When I left out the office him and his wife came running behind me being very hostile. This experience was discriminating and very unprofessional. I would never recommend this place.

I had to trust the folks to revive an 18 month idle 2010 Tundra and they did all the essentials for it make a 1000 mile road trip all in 2 days. All that with a great attotide. Thanks much!

Everyone was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me what was going on and got my repairs done in a Timely manor. Very professional. It's nice when the owners come out and talk to you Make sure you were satisfied and everything was completed.

I ve been going to Quality Car Care center for a little over a year now for any and every thing wrong with my car. They have consistently provided me with excellent customer service, and have always been trustworthy with their prices and their advice. I drive a good 45 minutes just to go to the shop and it s worth every mile. I ve recommended friends and family to come here whenever their vehicles are acting up as well and I ve never heard a bad word about them. This is probably the only place I ll ever trust with my car from here out. Shoutout to Katy for always updating and being so accommodating.

Everyone is so nice and honest! They let me know that I had things wrong with my car that would cost more than my cars worth, but they recommended that I try to trade it in instead. They would do the work if thats what I wanted but that it wouldn't be worth it for the miles and age of my car. I don't know many places that would do that! Most would have fixed stuff just to make some money instead of being honest like that!I have my whole family getting their vehicles fixed and worked on here at Quality Car Center now! They help accommodate us with rides home after dropping our vehicles off, or if we need a ride to come pick it up. They even help accommodate us if we need to pick our vehicles up after hours!I will never take my vehicles anywhere, but here!

Best service I've had in the area hands down. They were professional, helpful, prompt and clear with what needed to be done, and they did it right and I felt went above and beyond what was required of them. I've had a few okay to straight up awful experiences in Augusta, even from some places with high ratings, this place blows all those other shops outta the water.The folks here really give a damn about what they do and how they treat their customers. Won't take my car anywhere else now.

The owners are extremely kind and very helpful! Honest with their customers and you can trust they are doing the right thing for your car so no worries about getting taken advantage of. Nice to find a mechanic who doesn't make feel like I'm being scammed. I feel they are honest and do what's needed and don't add on lots of new problems they can fix for you. Front desk people are nice. We take 4 cars there and have had any problems. Recommend.

I had a sudden emergency with my car recently, a misfire, which caused it to lose a tremendous amount of power while I was driving on the interstate. I managed to get the car to the office parking lot, and later in the morning had it towed to Quality Car Center Of Evans. They were able to check it the next business day, let me know exactly what they thought needed to be done, fixed it quickly, and then were able to get the car back to me in top running order. It was not cheap, but the repairs were necessary, the pricing was fair, and the work was done correctly. This is not the first time we ve had an excellent experience with these folks. Highly recommended.

I have used this business twice now. Once after I had new exhaust and the VSC Hicks would not run correctly. They found a broken wire on O2 sensor. The second time the steering column had a steering sensor that was not working and they replaced. They also checked my emergency brake to make sure it was working. They seems to be very honest. They performed the repairs and have no issues. They are quick about getting the vehicle fixed and back to you. I appreciate the great service.

Great communication! They explained what was going on with my car and what other services I might need at this point. I was in communication with Jeff, he was always fair and to the point. I am naive with auto repair stuff so asked family and friends for advice as well. Their prices were reasonable and my car was back in business in no time. Would certainly recommend their services to anyone in my family and others

I thoroughly "enjoyed" my FIRST experience at Quality Car Center of Evan's. Being new to this area, finding a trustworthy and reputable place to service my vehicle is paramount! Considering how detailed they were with my vehicle, I believe i found a gem! Thanks QCC for taking care of one of my most prized and precious commodities! Great experience. My truck needed repairs and they were able to diagnose and provide me with an estimate very quickly. The repairs were done in a proper amount of time and communication was good. I highly recommend Quality Car Center and Don Waters. Very trustworthy and very skilled shop.

I had valve cover gaskets replaced and a power steering system repaired. Great experience from start to finish. The front desk staff were organized and friendly. The mechanic team was transparent throughout the process and contacted me prior to increasing the scope of work. The service was completed on the projected schedule. Great experience! Highly recommend QCC for mechanic services in the CSRA.

This is my go to place from now on! They were fast and affordable. I had my clutch, slave cylinder and axles replaced! The other place I took it to couldn't even find the parts. Quality car care had it done the next day after starting!

Exceptional quality, service and professionalism. Our family was visiting Hamilton Branch State Park from Chicago when we noticed engine problems. We took our truck to Quality Care Center in Evans and met a kind man named Don who was the owner. He explained to my husband that we had several issues to be fixed and that it may take all day. Don kind hearted man drove my husband back to the State Park 30 mins away and picked him up again when our truck was fixed we had no other means of transportation to get to/from his garage. Now I call that SERVICE. In our situation, we couldn t have received a better experience. Thank You Don and your staff for the unbelievable service. 10 Stars in my Book

I was more impressed with the service I received here than I've ever been with any other shop. Period! My vehicle was done ahead of schedule. It was done perfectly and at a very reasonable price. I found Quality Care online, and I m glad I did because they were able to repair my 2001 Honda Civic s exhaust pipe and catalytic converter fast. They were professional, knew exactly what part was required, and was able to order it and make the repair within a 24HR period. As always, Quality Car Center, exceeded my expectations for quality, friendliness, and savings. I have been going to Quality Car Center for years and will continue to as long as they are open because of the high level of service that they offer while also being the most honest car service place that I have ever experienced. Additionally, they go above and beyond to provide their excellent service at a reasonable cost.

I have been looking for a honest auto repair shop in the Evans area for years. I always ended up having to take my truck to one of the National chain auto repair shops. I ve never trusted them. Well Quality Car Center will be the only repair shop to work on my truck in the future. Awesome people!

Nice people. My check engine light in my Chevy Tahoe kept going on, and I took it to several places and spent a lot of money, but no one could figure it out. Then a friend recommended Quality Car Care. They figured it out like right away -- my gas cap was leaking air. They sealed the gas cap, and that fixed the problem. I should have taken it to them in the first place. Thank you, Quality Car Care!
