Webuild Custom Golf Carts

We have sent several engines in for rebuild. Its about a 50% ratio of getting engine back in proper running order. J & M has kept the last engine we sent back due to not pumping oil correctly. They will not return or answer our calls regarding this engine. DO NOT send anything to them for a rebuild or you may be in the same situation that we are in now. Cannot buy the Subaru/Robin engine to replace the one they have stolen from us. Lost a sale on a remanufactured cart that has been sitting now for a year waiting on an engine.STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS!

Mark is unbelievably kind and generous with his time and knowledge he went above and beyond to answer and help me with some of my issues with my gas golf cart. I recommend anyone to trust these guys with your business

Never been treated so good from a golf cart motor rebuilding shop! I will take them all my business, this is a real shop,not some guy in his garage, Much Respect to Mark,and his hard working crew, and his wife that runs the office. Nice people are hard to find like this.Im very much satisfied with the quality of my rebuild,.I picked the motor up from J&M drove back to South Carolina ,put the motor back in the cart and it has been running great no problems. THANKS AGAIN FOR ALL YOUR HELP AND HARD WORK/SCOTT FROM SOUTH CAROLINA!!!

Happened by J&M after a bad experience with Club Car just down the street. What a breath of fresh air. Everyone was friendly and eager to help. Nice store front, good sized lot with plenty of used carts. Very knowledgeable. Mark did not shy away like most when I asked if I could take a look at some of the old carts they have out back. In fact he asked what I was looking for and took me straight to the part and saved me $200.00!!! Mark then took the time to talk to me about my build (2000.5 Club Car DS) and offered his advise as to works best on my cart from his past experience. I'll be shopping here via the web moving forward. Great people make all the difference when choosing where to spend your hard earned $.

Took 2 engines to them and both broke engines shortly after installing. Very bad customer service. I've been calling for 2 months about latest redo and am told I would get a call back but never do; or they say it will be ready Friday then another Friday then another Friday....nothing. My only guess is that they have so much work that they don't need to care about customer service at all. Finally when I did receive engine for 2nd time, the clutch is missing parts. So either they robbed parts from my clutch or they took my good clutch and gave me someone's bad clutch

Sent in a motor to get rebuilt, said would take 2 weeks. Took a month to do then sends the motor back missing parts, called them they said they would send the parts back. Been two weeks now haven t seen anything. Every time I call goes to voicemail now after several messages and still no call back. They are scammers just like Burrington s golf carts. Would not ever recommend to anyone and would of gave 0 stars if possible. They are unprofessional and definitely don t have no respect for customers or customer service!!!

I have bought two carts at J&M over the years. The first was a 48 DL . No problems what so ever, the cart was/is bullet proof. We put a home built dump bed on it and what a work saver. In 17 years I've put a set of tires on it and new batteries a year ago. It's incredible Club Car has a great product.Next comes the 2nd cart ,a 48 DL ,lift kit chrome mag wheels top 4 seats blue tooth receiver . Wife saw it and had to have it. Well this one had a ghost ,I thought. I contacted J&M re my issue when it was 6 weeks old. I got the feeling they didn't want to be troubled with it and had no comment on this cart having any warranty help. Well ,if I have to pay for this , I'll pay someone else, a matter of principal. It cost me a small fee to find out there was no issue, it was working as designed from another contractor. Bad business guys, you lost a customer ,a repeat customer. Product itself is same as older one quality equipment.

I have been to a couple of other golf cart shops in the area. I even bought a cart from another local shop. Needless to say I have learned a lesson on what shops to avoid. I have gone to J&M several times with the expectation of being charged for even asking a question. That has not been the case though! J&M have multiple commercial accounts like Disney World and Club Car here in town. Yet, everytime I stop by or call, they treat me like I'm their only customer. I can't say enough good things about them. J&M is THE place to go if you need to purchase a new or used cart or just need to buy a part or have your cart diagnosed!!

540 Cartz in Unionville, Va has been trying to reach you about parts that were to be mailed back to our shop for quite some time. Every time we are told they are in the mail and will be here the next day. It has been well over 2 weeks and nothing has come. Someone please call 540 Cartz back after the numerous phone calls that have not been answered. We trusted you with the engine rebuilds and now our customers are not getting what they paid for because you will not answer the phone.

Had an issue with a golf cart I just purchased for my daughter. Took it in Danny was super helpful ended up having to have the whole engine replaced they did a fantastic job and got it back to us in record time. Highly recommend them to anybody in need of service for their gas or electric golf carts.

This is the best and highly recommended golf cart place around.mark and the staff are highly knowledgeable and friendly.service is fast and friendly.i drive over and hour and a half to let them do my work.so if you need anything golf cart related please call or go by and you will see.best parts from upgrades to simple parts.all in stock.
