Terrible experience. I had scheduled an oil change when it was Ford/Quick Lane and when I went to the appointment, they had changed it for the Lincoln dealership. What was advertised as a $69 oil change ended up in $135. Do NOT take your car there.

I've taken my F-150 Lariat to Fairway Ford for both maintenance work and a quick lane oil change. In both instances I found the staff to be skilled, knowledgeable professionals who seem genuinely interested in keeping my truck at the highest level of operational efficiency. There isn't any superfluous chatter about needing this or could use that type of advice or recommendations from the service managers. Their reports are consise, mechanically sound with final cost usually spot on with an estimate. I've had no problems having my F-150 maintained by the service department at Fairway Ford and see no reason not to highly recommend them to anyone. For the last two years I personally have nothing but good things to say about the men and women who work there.

I recently had my tires rotated and balanced at Quick Lane Evans. They were incredibly friendly and I was in and out in under 45 minutes. Even though it was a busy morning, they were able to give me prompt service and I was back on my way in no time. The service was inexpensive and they did a quality job. I wouldn't trust anyone else to service my truck but the guys at Quick Lane!

I really do love this place. Quick Lane is easy. You bring in your vehicle, they do the work, they CONSULT- you with recommendations -BEFORE they do the work. Gary is super funny and his memory is on point. They remember me and my family. We bought a vehicle from Fairway Ford because of the service I received at Quick Lane. When we bought my husband's truck - it was the same experience. I really do love Fairway Ford - their - no hassle, great customer care- I am so very very grateful! Many blessings to you!!!!

Service Advisor Gary Adams is great. Very professional and customer friendly. As for Quick Lane itself, they try to make your experience as good as possible while you wait for your service. They have a good TV and free coffee and snacks in the lobby, a plethora of auto reading material and a game room with an Xbox one for the kids. (or adults) As for my service, I got my tire patched and they were very quick once my car got back to the mechanic. I ll definitely go back.

Was there yesterday for an oil change and tire rotation. Sure, it took a little bit like some folks have been complaining about below but the reason it did was because they do an inspection of your vehicle and actually show you the areas that need attention or may require attention. They didn t try to sell me anything and explained how I could do something on my own vice them charge me for it.Every person that was there was very polite and professional. You have my business quick lane.

Mickey has the best deals in town on tires. The price was great I will come back again for my oil changes too. The service tech was nice and very helpful to answer my questions as well. I will be returning for all of my service. If you want to deal with people who care, are honest, and will not take advantage of you then these are your guys.

I really love these guys! Most tire places will treat you like you are just another number but we were very impressed with the service we received. We shopped all over town and they were able to beat out best quote on tires by more than 200 dollars! The only negative would be they were kind of hard to find tucked behind Fairway Ford because the address is the same, we were able to find them after we drove up front and they are actually attached to the service building on the back of the lot. I will definitely be telling all of my friends about my great experience. Thank you Quick Lane!

I had an issue with a tire I purchased less than one year ago. Gary and his staff gave me the best options, informed me of the best prices, and took care of my problem with excellent service and little wait time. I will choose Quick Lane again.

Always a pleasure to do business with this fine establishment. The first and only auto shop that treats me with the courtesy that I expected. Being a woman I always take mechanics advice with a grain of salt but Quick Lane is in a league of its own! They have world class customer service, exceptional rates, and are ALWAYS LOWER THAN COMPETITORS!!!

It's ironic that they're called "Quick" Lane, because they are just the opposite. Today, they aren't even answering the phone. The people there are very nice and they have good prices on tires, but you'll need plenty of time on your hands if you're going to wait for an oil change.

Fine for servicing but...They admittedly charge 65% more for their parts and call it an "inventory fee"...dont do anything at this location that requires any parts. Most other places will charge you retail. This is a ford location that probably gets these parts near cost and still charge you 65% over retail.

All was good till I went to pick up my truck. They were fixing an oil leak. Found on Saturday also fixing heater problem. Said would be done Tuesday afternoon. Go to pick up not even started on. Did have done by Wednesday but a phone call Tuesday would have done a lot in me not getting so mad. What ever happened to customer service?

I went in to get a scheduled oil change, tire rotation, my defroster tab re-attached, and a full-detail (minus shampoo) on my mustang. Took them about 4hours to do everything and I waited the whole time. The waiting area was clean, comfortable, and mostly quiet (save for the terrible soap operas playing on the tv).Gary Adams was the guy running the desk that took me through everything, what I needed done, how much it might be, and how long it might take. He got everything set up for me as soon as I walked in the door. We talked off and on throughout the day which made things go faster and helped to kill my boredom. Gary also helped me out on some things when we found out I had ANOTHER nail in one of my tires, and I had to get a new one entirely!Thanks Gary :)

Very disappointed with the service at Fairway Ford. They need to update their in-take system for customers dropping off their vehicle. Instead of a central drop-off location, customers are directed to an advisor. Really unnecessary especially when the advisor is not in his "office". The process clearly can be improved by a central drop-off process. After drop-off, Fairway can assign an advisor who can reach out to me if there are any issues or let me know the vehicle is ready for pickup. While the staff are pleasant enough, they could improve the process by reducing the inconvenience to the customer.

Mike, the owner, took great care of me as soon as I walked in the door. This establishment really makes an effort to get their customers moving. With customer care like this, I'd certainly come back.It's a little hidden away behind the dealership. Make sure you turn on the side street to get to the shop.

Only took 5 hours to change 4 tires on my truck. Did get free oil change coupon and I think $10 off. Went to go use free oil change week ago after giving heads up I was coming in. They said sure we are busy now but come in a couple hours then we will put you in. Nope!! Got there they said it will be 2-3 hours before we can get to it. Ridiculous!

Bad experience, had appt. Called about truck,kept getting the run around, got to dealership, truck in parking lot hadn't been touched all day. Extremely disappointed want go back. Don't recommend to anyone.

Brandon in the service department is the man. They need to do what ever possible to keep him around. He is the main reason I continue using that dealership at all. He looks after the customer and makes sure warranty companies are informed so the customer isn't shafted

Great customer service . Had a bad experience at my own dealership so came here. They didn t charge to look at my radio and gave me an honest response as to how to fix it. Not trying to charge for every little thing . Definitely going back.
