Great customer service recovery from Hunter and Eva today. Arrived with plenty of time to get to a 12 pm appointment. Must have had a call out, waited 40+ minutes for my turn. Hunter and Eva helped expedite my oil change to make my appointment. Both techs were so friendly and professional. Highly recommend

The crew here is always so friendly and educational and works fast! They give you suggestions but never pressure you to buy unnecessary fixes or upgrades. The customer service is always great and Jacob, Hunter, Keaira helped me this most recent time and they are all so nice and made my day. They re very educated and experienced and great at their jobs! Thank you all :)

You should definitely bring your car here for service and oil change. Keaira and Derrick did an excellent job with working with me. They were all too kind, respectful, and pleasant to work with. No worries about being pressured for other services. Very appreciative!

Jamar and Eva took great care of me when I came in for my oil change. They were very attentive to detail and made sure I was aware of any issues my car had. Kudos to them and the excellent service!

Oil change, radiator flush, air filter replaced, and 1 tail light installed. I don't think I was there over 30 min. I haven't had any problems with the work done. It has been a month. Everything was reasonably priced compared to my area.

Amazing customer service provided by technicians, Eva and Keaira. Keaira is extremely knowledgeable about vehicle maintenance. After showing her a photo of a leaking filter, she immediately knew that the wrong filter was installed and knew by memory what the right filter number for my vehicle without looking it up. She rushed to action and made the proper repairs. Also, she may have saved my rear differential by noticing extremely low fluid levels during her thorough checks. I will be requesting this duo by name on future visits. Thanks Eva, Keaira and the Express Oil Change!

I've been going here for many years to get my vehicle serviced and it's always fast and professionally done. Keaira is an excellent mechanic, she always give my little ones sweets when they are with me. Hunter is very attentive and always working! Never a disappointment here, definitely would recommend:)

I absolutely loved Keaira J!I have a paid off 2017. Hyundai ELANTRA that I want to keep for a long time.She gave me info on the health of my car and how I can make sure I do that.I went over mileage and should have come in sooner, she really took care of me and my car. I hope she stays there for a long time because she has my business.

Keaira is the LEGEND 27! She's so smart and kind. I went to the express in grovetown once and they were so condescending at my lack or knowledge. So it was do refreshing and nice to have Keaira help me understand what was going on. GOAT type behavior. Please give her a FAT raise.

Not only is this location convenient for me but I find the employees trustworthy. I feel like they do a thorough job without trying to upsell me on services I don t need. I have worked with Eva twice now and feel like she does a very good job! Highly recommend.

I like going to Express. They are friendly, fast, and professional. Hunter serviced my Acadia March 21, 2024. Oil change then he recommended a tire rotation.He said it would take 25 minutes. Wow, it took exactly 25 minutes.Then at check out a friendly man helped me with some tire discounts. I hate that I can't remember his name! He needs cards too.Thank you for being so kind:)

Keaira provided excellent service! She saw that my front tires were bald and gave me a quote and tire comparisons. She answered all of my questions and was so helpful and informative. I got an oil change and a set of safe, new tires.

I loved my experience here at Express Oil! Eva helped me out and did her job very well, all the staff were very kind and helpful. They re very quick, they let you stay in your car and once you re in a bay you re done in 15 minutes or less.

I ve been all over the country and the world traveling for work, and for leisure. I have never met anyone as professional and down to earth as Eva here at Express Oil Change in Evans, GA. Eva made this experience fun by casual small talk, as well as us joking with each other!To even top this experience, their low prices are unbeatable.

Keara and Jake were so helpful !!! My oil change was so fast- and quick literally 10 minutes i love coming here no rush made sure to check everything and quoted me for tires without asking i appreciate you guys service i will be returning .. ask for Keara or jake you won t be disappointed

I had the oil changed on one of my vehicles yesterday and was serviced by, I believe, Joe. He had a great personality and gave the best service. I came back today for another vehicle and was serviced by the manager, Jamar, and had another great experience. In all the best service I ve ever received upon getting oil changes.

Came in for an oil change and my service was absolutely amazing. Quick, professional and friendly service. Keaira and Josh did a really great job providing service to my vehicle. Keaira explained what was being done and encouraged me to get another service that was needed and I did. Thankful for this place since moving from Philly no other place has touched my car.
