From the moment we stepped on the car lot, Eric Graham greeted me and my daughter with respect and kindness and a willingness to help make the experience for my daughter special. This is my daughter s first car and Eric went above and beyond to make sure she was happy with her choice and comfortable with her first purchasing process. Our salesman Barrett Rogers did an exceptional job showing us options in our desired parameters. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and polite. In addition, to our delight, he was not overbearing or pushy. Which has been a frequent irritation of ours with past salesmen at other dealerships. He.allowed us to explore and ask questions, then followed up with knowledgeable responses and helpful tips and comparisons.All involved in this purchase, were exceedingly helpful .. I would recommend this dealership to others.

I had a great experience buying a car from Evan s Kia. Barrett Rogers was my sales consultant. One thing that I really enjoyed about him is his honesty and straight forwardness. I was a little concern with getting a new car, but he reassured me and answered ALL of the questions (believe me there was a lot to answer ) and concerns that I had throughout the entire process. Had an awesome experience with Taylor. He was very professional as well as personable. Helped me find a car in my budget and was very easy to build a report with. James was my finance guy and he was great as well. Was not overly pushy about anything nor tried to force extra things at the end before it was all said and done. Recommend KIA of Evans 10/10

Everyone was very professional and helpful from beginning to end! Especially Eric, who happens to be my bday twin not to mention he multitasked by assisting me and taking a class (sells refreshment) and Jaymar who was very patient and assisted me while Eric was unavailable (in class). He answered every question even if it was repetitive. The insurance process was the longest but the crew at Kia got me in and out of there. They went above and beyond even after the fact! This was my first experience buying from a dealer, 10/10 I ll be referring everyone I know to KIA (Evans) Thank you again, AshleyT

He was professional, and was not overwhelming trying to sell us any car and we was in and out. The whole team was very friendly and professional. Thank you!!

Recommendation:1. ***Only go here if you are an assertive person or take someone with you who is assertive.***2. Look at other Kia dealerships for the same car to compare. Or look at competitors for similar cars and compare BEFORE going here so you have some leverage.3. Don t just read all the positive reviews, read the negative reviews for the sales and see what they have in common.This is my family s second time dealing with Evans Kia. The first time was in 2020 when I was looking for a new vehicle. I was looking at the telluride at the time and ended up going to Milton Reuben and getting a 2020 Highlander because the salesman made it clear that they weren t budging in the price.Fast forward to 2023 when we are in the market to replace another vehicle. According to my partner, who went this time, the saleswoman was extremely nice and personable. We were looking to get a Kia Carnival this time. In the website it was priced at about $52,000, so a few thousand above MSRP. Our trade in value is $11,000, we are a military family, and credit scores are optimal.We were told in order to get the most savings and discounts, you should finance through us instead of your bank . Also noticed that there were like 300 miles on this car. When attempting to negotiate the price down, we were told this is low as we are willing to go which was still over the amount listed in the website.When my partner gave me this information, I hoped in the car and drove to Stokes Hodge s Kia. I walked in the door with my phone open and said this is the car I want, and I want to know if the price listed in the website is what you re selling it for . They said yes and immediately went and showed em the details of what all would be factored in when I gave them the trade in information. It was the EXACT same car, only difference is the color. The window sticker had the same thing, and every single feature was the same as the one my partner was looking at. Stokes Hodge s price for the SX Prestige was $3,000 less on their website than the one at Evans and also only had 16 miles on it, where as the one at Evans Kia had like 300 miles on it. Also, they were perfectly fine with us financing through OUR bank and not through them and still willing to give the same deal.We were ready and prepared to buy from Evans Kia. But they weren t willing to negotiate the price down til I sent my partner a picture of the quote I was given. Why weren t you willing to negotiate to that price before? I feel like with that many miles on the car, with our credit score, and trade in, that there should ve been more effort to get our business before I got in my car to go to Stokes Hodge s Kia.To me, this was not good for business. Do you really want to see us in a Kia or do you only want to see us in a Kia if we are willing to pay you a certain amount of commission?Here is a picture of BOTH window stickers so you can see that they are indeed the same car. When my partner decided to walk away, they said when you get there, you ll see that it s not the same package but it was. Check the window sticker. When I went to stokes Hodge s kia, I was in there for 10 minutes and got a deal better than Evans gave and didn t even have to negotiate or show my credit score.To me, this was just not tasteful at all. I m leaving 3 star only because my partner said they were personable. But I truly believe that the only people who should buy a car here are people who have 0 negotiation skills or who are too tired to negotiate. Or people who don t care to negotiate and just want a car.I even got a quote from bulldog kia in Athens that was less than Evans Kia for the SAME model and package. I understand we all have families to feed and inflation is high but my goodness, marking the prices up that high and not budging is insane when we bring so many things to the table.I thought they would take $300 more off the price when shown the competitor price but nope, they were just willing to match it because I was no longer interested in Evans Kia.

We love Dion Walker C D he was amazing and helped us get the best deal on the carnival van. He was patient answered all our questions even though his wife s water broke we highly recommend him bc he definitely knows his job
